Is the distance the cooling circuits between the materials and outline reasonable?           水路的直径大小是否合理?Is the cooling water size reasonable?           滑块成型部位是否有足够的冷却?Is there enough cooling for the slider molding position?           需要排水路的是否需要冷却?Does the plate with cooling circuits need cooling?                   7 顶出系统 Ejector 顶针排布是否合理,不易顶断,顶白 Are the ejectors designed reasonably for smooth and appropriate ejection?           有斜顶时,是否能避免产品抱住斜顶一起走?Does the product can move off the lifter?           顶针长度是否足够顶出产品?配合段长度是否合理并做避空?Are the ejectors long enough to eject out the product? Are the length of fitting parts reasonable and with clearance?           斜顶是否有足够的顶出距离?是否有足够的导向配合距离?Does the lifter have enough ejection distance and enough guiding fitting distance?           产品和流道是否自动掉落?顶出距离是否足够?Does the product and runner drop automatically? Is the ejector distance enough?           司筒是否需要用特殊的材质和精度要求?Does the sleeve need special material and precision requests?                   8 模架部分 Mould base 模板的长宽和厚度是否设计合理? Are the length, width and thickness of mold plates reasonably designed?           定位圈尺寸和模具外形尺寸是否满足注塑机的要求?Are the locating ring size and the mold size suitable for the injection machine?           AB板间的导柱导套的直径是否足够并高于滑块斜导柱的长度或型芯的高度??Are the diameters of the guide pins and guide bushes between A and B plates enough and higher than the angle guide pins of the sliders or higher than the core?           AB板间是否设计精定位或平衡块?Are there any precision locating or balance blocks designed between A and B plates?           导柱导套,顶针等件是否按要求做?例如:Hasco,Lkm,Punch,DME. Are the standard parts like guide pin, guide bush, ejector processed according to standard requests? E.g. Hasco,Lkm,Punch,DME.           吊模孔或吊模条的螺丝是否能承受模具重量?是否分布平衡(如4面都设计吊模孔)?Can the eyebolt or the screws of transportation plate bear the mold weight and are they placed in balance? Is there any venting designed for other air trapping position?           长分流道的末端是否有设计排气?Is there any vent designed for long runner terminal?           前后模主分型面是否有设计排气?Is there any vent system designed for parting line?           产品局部地方会造成真空是否有设计排气或吹气? Is there any venting or huffing designed for the partial vacuum position on the product?                   11 刻字 Inscription 主模仁是否有要求刻字?其他零部件是否有按要求刻字?Are the main inserts and other components requested to be engraved according to requests?           模穴号(有需要的日期章)等是否有做?Have the cavity no. and needed date mark been made?           模板号是否有刻?模板的其它位置是否有按要求刻字 Are the mould plate no. and other marks engraved according to requests?                   12 热流道 Hot runner 热流道选购是否有指定供应商?接线盒是否找热流道供应商购买?Is there any designated hot runner supplier? And are the connect box supplied by hot runner supplier?           热流道浇口处是否有设计水路?Is there any cooling designed at the hot runner gate position?           热流道出线位置和接线盒位置是否合理?Are the terminal coming out position and the connection box position reasonable?           有热流道板的定模模板间的导柱导套和螺丝是否设计合理和足够?Are the guide pins, guide bushes and the screws between the stationary mold half with hot runner plate reasonably designed with enough quantity?                   13 其他要求 Other requirement 是否检查好没有干涉,错位等问题?Is there any check for the interference or misalignment problems?           大件零件是否设计吊环孔?
