GMDSS遇险报警发送及取消 1． 遇險警告傳送程序 Distress alert translation procedure 有兩種方法可傳送遇險警告通信 第一種方法： No1way: 是當情況很緊急時,此時就直接壓下遇險按鈕4秒鐘以上會將船舶的識別碼及船舶位置傳送出去. When emergency situation there is no time to specify nature of distress and recipient of distress alert ,open distress button cover continue press distress button more than 4 seconds, distress alert will sent directly. 第二種方法： No 2 way: 是利用所提供的遇險警告表單，其程序如下： When there is time to specify nature of distress and recipient of distress alert, the procedure as follow: 按「F8」键进入Setup menu,按「1」键进入Distress Alert setup menu 選擇手動輸入LES ID, Update time,船位,遇险种类,航向,航速. 按「Esc」键显示update 界面,选择Yes按「Enter」键保存设定. 打开遇险警报盖子按下「DISTRESS」鈕4秒鐘以上发送遇险警报. Press「F8」key enter Setup menu, press「1」key enter Distress Alert setup menu choose manual enter LES ID, Update time, ship position, distress nature, course, speed. Press「Esc」key show update window, choose yes press「Enter」key to register settings. Open distress button cover continue press distress button more than 4 seconds, distress alert will be transmitted. 2． 誤報警解除程序 第一種情况： No 1 situation: 当警报还在发送时,按「F7」显示Options menu,按「3」键选择abort界面,选择Yes按「Enter」取消. When the alert is transmission, press「F7」key show Options menu, press 「3」key choose abort, choose yes press「Enter」to cancel. 第二種情况： NO 2 situation: 遇险误报警已经发出, 用INM-C船站向RCC发射一份取消误报警的电文如下: If mistaken alert already transmitted, use INM-C sent cancel mistaken alert email to RCC as follow: TOP URGENT TO: RCC FM:M/V SHIP’S NAME/CALL SIGN/IMN/COCEAN AREA DT:_______UTC THIS IS M/VSHIP’S NAME/CALL SIGN /DSC ID AT_________UTC POS IS _____N(S)______E(W), INMARSAT-C SES (MMSI)IS MISTAKEN ALERT.PLS CANCAL.NOW ALL OK. MF/HF遇險警告傳送程序 MF/HF Distress alert translation procedure 第一種方法: No1 way: 是當情況很緊急時,此時就直接壓下MF/HF 遇險按鈕4秒鐘以上,出现遇 警报界面继续壓下MF/HF 遇險按鈕2秒鐘,MF/HF會将遇险警报发送出去,一般耗时1到2min45secinds,在警报被确认前MF/HF不能接收任何呼叫. When emergency situation there is no time to designate the nature of distress,open distress button cover continue press distress button more than 4 seconds, show distress alert window continue press distress button 2 seconds the alert will be transmitted. It will take 1 to 2min 45seconds, MF/HF can’t receive any call before alert be conform. 第二種方法: NO2 way: 按一下遇险键手动选择遇险种类,输入信息模式.输入船位,时间,选择telephone 呼叫模式,選擇DSC 呼叫頻率,按下遇險按鈕4秒鐘以上,當遇險警報被確認收到後,用電話聯繫. If have the time to designate the nature of distress, open the distress button cover and press distress button momentarily to enter the distress nature, input type manual, ship’s position, time, choose comm mode telephone, DSC frequency. Continue press distress key more than 4 seconds to send the distress alert. When the distress acknowledge call is received, use the telephone or telex to communicate. 4. MF/HF遇險誤警告解除程序 MF/HF distress alert cancel procedure 第一種情况： No1 situation: 當遇險警報還在發射或者未被確認前按cancel鍵,選擇cancel按enter鍵選擇yes,轉動enter鍵選擇發送遇險警報的頻率按enter鍵,出現cancel界面選擇yes取消發送遇險報警. Cancel the distress call while it is being sent or while waiting for its acknowledgement. Press the cancel key choose cancel press enter key choose yes, rotate the enter knob to choose send DSC frequency press enter key, show cancel window choose press enter key cancel distress alert. 第二種情况： No 2 situation: 1.遇险误报警已经发出, 調到與發射誤報警相同波段的無線電話遇險頻率上,用單邊帶無線電話廣撥取消誤報警的電文.電文內容如下: Distress alert was conformed, adjust the frequency to sending distress alert frequency, broadcast as follow: ALL STATION, ALL STATION, ALL STATION, THIS IS M/V SHIP’S NAME/CALL SIGN/DSC ID AT_______UTC. POS IS_______N(S) _______E(W), MF/HF DSC(MMSI) IS MISTAKEN ALERT.PLS CANCEL.
