Layout of cable trays/ladders including cable layout on each tray/ladder, busbartrunkings, connections/routes,etc., shall be submitted to the architect for review prior to installation. 除非图纸上另有显示或者同达成一致,所有电缆桥架和梯架悬挂高度为,距离天花板450mm,或者距离梁、其他桥架/设施底部300mm。安装前,电缆桥架和梯架平面布置,包括每个电缆桥架/梯架、母排线槽内电缆布置、连接和路径等,需要提交设计审批。 6.除了电话电缆桥架外,图纸上显示的电缆桥架、梯架、框架系统和电缆槽的尺寸,仅仅 是指示性的。分包商负责选择合适尺寸的电缆桥架、梯架、框架系统,安装电缆、母排线槽等。选取的电缆桥架和梯架尺寸,要保证电缆、母线线槽之间具有足够的间隙,使电缆和母排的设计额定值不受影响。空间有限的区域,使用多层桥架、框架系统。 7.除非另有说明,所有单线图中显示的PVC和防火等级电缆,要按照规范要求的方法, 装入穿线管内或者线槽内。95mm及以上的电缆,要安装于电缆桥架或梯架上。 8.除非另有说明,单线图和其他图纸上显示的所有PVC、PVC和XLPC、PVC电缆,应 该安装固定于电缆桥架或梯架上。 9.使用专门制作的挠性连接线,将母排同交流发电机端子连接。连接线的额定值同母排等 同。 10.电缆安装完毕后,按照设计要求,过挡土墙的所有套管和引入管(包括备用的)需要由 分包商合理密封、接地,防止地下水流入。 11.所有供油管和回油管,包括沿停车场、公用走廊安装的支撑架(备用发电机房、燃油泵 房和管道竖井内安装的支撑架除外),应该完全封闭在石膏玻璃或者其他具有2小时防火等级的材料内(材料需要获得FSB批准认可)。 12.投标商需要检查确认,并且在提交的标内强调说明,若规范图纸上提供的变电站、开 关室、竖向电气管等,根据分包合同,不能容纳投标商提供的设备。 13.关于景观照明,园景树栽种之前,分包商需要去掉接入园景树的电气管。园景树安装完 毕后,再安装灯具,灯具的具体位置,根据园景树位置,现场再做调整。 14.每盏外置风景灯应该配有降压变压器、控制器、功率因数矫正电容器、电源接触器、辅 助零件、端子箱,以及安全顺利操作照明装置需要的安装支架等。 15.电气系统、防雷系统等显示的接地极和接地井的数量和位置,只是指示性的。分包商负 责按照相关规范要求,对现场要求达到接地值的位置,提供充足的接地极和接地井。 16.显示各种系统的原理框图,描述不出各种设备实际的连接方式。 17.每个辅助干线和末极电路,应该带有电路保护导体,导体横截面积计算如下: S(横截面积mm2)= I=故障电流(A.C RMS) T=保护装置的工作时间 K=保护导体的材料因数 或者按照CP5:1998 Table 54G选取: 相导体(mm2)接地连续性导体(mm2) S≤16 S 16∠S≤35 16 S大于35 S/2 18.开关柜母排的电流密度不超过1.55Amp每平方毫米。 19.如上说明适用于所有相关图纸。
