Hope you deliver the goods on time and the ship can arrive in time for the new year rush. Make delivery date not later than May because June is the right season for the goods. (the boom season for…,peak period,boom season,busy season,right season,selling season.) ?The goods are urgently needed,please make early shipment. ?We are in urgent need of the goods,dispatch them by the first available steamer. ?Arrange for the immediate shipment to meet the urgent demand for them. ?Thank you for previous prompt execution of our order. Now we demand these items very urgently as we have only a few stocks. Please quicken shipment. 15 days prior to the date of shipment,you should inform us by fax of the name and the ETA of the vessel. The packing list should be indicated with weight and date of corresponding invoice. Send one copy of the shipping documents to the port of destination together with the shipment. Send the shipping document to us,we need it to get the shipment. Please prepay the shipping charges(transportation expense,freight,fare),and we will repay the shipping charges against original receipt(receipt note,documentary evidence,account bill,bill,quittance,voucher。票据,账单). Transshipment adds to the risk of damage and delays arrival to some extent. You should guarantee that the commodity is in conformity with the quality and specification as stipulated in the contract. Urge you into an early delivery. ?Prompt you to deliver the goods early. Otherwise we shall be compelled to place our order with other who can and will give delivery at the stipulated time. ◆We have been put to considerable inconvenience by the long delay in delivery. We must insist on immediate delivery,otherwise we shall be compelled to cancel the order in accordance with the stipulation/ prescription of the contract. ◆We take pleasure in advising you that the L/C for USD32,000 has been opened in your favour through the First Commercial Bank,New York. We are informed that S/S “Apollo” is due to sail from your city to our port on 12th September. Please try your best to ship the goods by that steamer. We can assure you that repeat orders in increased quantities will be placed if the trial order proves satisfactory to us. ◆We are very anxious about the shipment of our order since there is an urgent demand for the goods in our market. The customers are in urgent need of them to catch the boom season. We stated explicitly at the outset the importance of punctual execution of this order. Please arrange the shipment early,thus enabling the goods to catch the brisk demand at the start of the season. Please make serious efforts to get the goods dispatched with the least possible delay. ◆We wish to remind you that the time of shipment has long been overdue. Your delay has caused us much inconvenience,and we must now ask you to do your utmost to dispatch the first 500 pieces(sets)under this order by air as the goods are urgently required by our customers. We suggest the use of cartons with hinged lids to facilitate opening for customs examination. ◆We usually charge a penalty of 0.04% every delayed day,which we have not used as a policy in your case. But our boss has decided to apply it also in your case because unfortunately the market price of your goods is very unstable,and if you are very late in sending goods,we will have a very big loss. ◆We need you to confirm that you are available to pay 0.04% of penalty for every day you are late from delivery date,which you declared on L/C. But I need you to write it down on P/I and send revised and signed P/I from your side. We would also hope to make an early delivery,as it would not tie up our capital and we could invest again soon. We also must face many factories,as the materials cannot be supplied in time.
