Strengthen the management of education and training of cadres and workers of the existing busineowned assets.(five) to strengthen the constr- 3.地质资源概况 3.1.矿床地质特征 3.1.1.矿床、地层 本区矿床为沉积型高岭土矿床,矿层属第三系上新统老虎岭组(NL)第二、三地层。矿层与地层产状一致,且与地表地势相似,2 在银海矿坑东段和中段间矿层随地表地势隆起,向东、西倾斜,倾角1?30′,2?,层状产出。矿层厚度5.1,6.5米,平均厚度5.6米。 矿区内高岭土矿石类型可分为:含砾、不等粒长石石英砂岩高岭土,不等粒长石石英砂岩高岭土和粉砂岩—粘土岩高岭土三种。以前者为主,占矿石总量90%以上,且质量较好,后两种类型多是薄层状或透镜状夹于前者之中,质量较差。 3.1.2.矿石 矿区内高岭土原矿物成份以石英为主,约占51.6,62.3%;粘土矿物为12,30%(以高岭石为主,伊利石、蒙脱石少量)。高岭石大部分呈分散的单片状,粒径多数小于5μm。残留长石占1,3%,往深部略有增加。原矿主要化学成份见表3—1 market.
