Press [OK] to continue printing. 请联系维修站进行废墨垫的替换。 按[OK]键继续打印。 Replace the ink absorber, and reset its counter. Pressing the OK button will exit the error, and enable printing without replacing the ink absorber. Printing with a once-empty ink tank can damage the machine. To continue printing without replacing the ink tank(s), press the Stop/Reset button for 5 sec. or longer to disable the function to detect the remaining ink amount. On the LCD, "Scanner is not operating correctly." is displayed. 电源灯长灭，警告灯闪烁 RAM/ROM错误RAM/ROM error ——           第三章    常见用户故障现象处理表 用户故障现象 处理方法 备注 无打印结果打印模糊不清颜色错误白色条纹 1、是否已确认纸张和打印质量设置？ 2、检查墨水盒状态。如果墨水已用完，请更换墨水盒 。3、是否残留橙色胶带或保护薄膜？ 4、打印喷嘴检查图案，并执行打印头清洗/深度清洗等必要的维护操作。5、使用仅一面可打印的纸张时，确保将纸张可打印面向上装入。 如果执行两次打印头清洗后问题仍未解决，请执行打印头深度清洗。如果执行打印头深度清洗后问题仍未解决，请关闭打印机并在24小时后再次执行打印头深度清洗。如果执行两次打印头深度清洗后问题仍未解决，打印头可能已损坏。 规则的线条打印后没有对齐或打印效果不理想 执行打印头对齐操作。 低端机型只有手动对齐功能。中高端机型既有手动对齐又有自动对齐功能。 纸张正面有污迹 1、清洁打印机内部。2、执行底板清洁。3、执行进纸滚轴清洁。4、设置较长的墨水晾干等待时间。5、装入平整后的纸张。6、如果在厚纸上打印，选择防止纸张磨损设置。7、调整小车导轨位置。 如果打印机内部的突出部分脏污，使用棉签或类似物品将突出部分的所有墨水擦拭干净。 纸张背面有污迹 1、清洁打印机内部。2、执行底板清洁。3、检查压盘废墨吸收垫。4、检查出纸辊。 如果打印机内部的突出部分脏污，使用棉签或类似物品将突出部分的所有墨水擦拭干净。 纸张后缘上出现条纹或不均匀打印 1、在推荐的打印区域内打印。2、设置更好的打印质量。3、使用佳能纯正打印纸。 由于后部边缘不能被压力辊压住，墨滴喷射的位置可能改变，引起不均匀打印。 复印图像不均匀 1、提高打印质量。2、增加复印浓度。 为了在普通纸上具有更高的打印速度，扫描经过数量会减少，引起复印图像不均匀。 在进行双面打印时，部分页面未打印 在驱动程序，双面打印—>打印区域设置中选择“使用缩小打印”选项。 由于在双面打印时，纸张需要再返回到纸路过程中，顶部的可打印区域比通常窄2mm。 无法打印作业的末端 1、检测打印数据量是否过大？·单击页设置选项卡上的打印选项。 然后，在显示的对话框中选择防止打印数据丢失复选框。2、检测计算机硬盘空间是否充足？·删除不需要的文件以释放磁盘空间。 数据量过大或硬盘空间不足造成打印作业末端缺失。
