Preparation a) All pipe to be cleaned with acid pickling before pipe installation and protected from the impurities by covering each ends. b) System oil to be filled in tank c) By pass the oil motor during the flushing oil d) Starting pump filling system oil to the pipe lines and release the air until the oil leaking from the highest of part , then tightness the vent plug. 2. Flushing e) The filter to be cleaned by every six(6) hours interval. during the first flushing about 12 hours. f) Use the wood hammer knocked the pipes elbows or install air vibration pump on pipe lines while flushing oil. g) The system oil should pass through by manual three way valve for running 2 hours after finish flushing oil. h) Flushing condition should be inspected by owner ’s representative. 3. After flushing j) connection the pipe lines accord to the pipe system diagrams k) Start the hydraulic pump and running all winch and check the operation condition. l) Application inspection all system to owner ’s representative and surveyor. Beck Machinery Winch & Windlass Hydraulic Pipe Flushing Oil Procedure 锚铰机液压管路串油工艺 (0307315/16/17) 2 1. 准备 a) 所有管子在安装前必须经过酸洗,而且在各端必须安装保护盖以防止杂质进入。 b) 将系统油注入油舱。 c) 旁通锚绞机的油马达。 d) 从起动泵注入管路的最高点待空气泄漏后才拎紧放气旋紧。 2. 串油 e) 滤器在首次串油时必须每6小时清洗一次。 f) 在串油时用木锤敲击管子弯头或安装空气振动泵。 g) 串油结束后系统油必须经过动手动的三通阀流动2小时。 h) 串油的环境必须经过船东代表的检查。 3. 串油后 i) 按照管系图连接管路。 j) 启动液压泵和所有绞盘检测控制情况。 k) 向船东代表和检查员申请检测所有系统。
