The two hooks are designed to releasing at the same time in lifeboat operation when the lifeboat is floating completely on the water surface. The hooks also can be released when there is a distance from lifeboat to water surface, but it is very dangerous and used in very special situations. Additional hatches are provided at the helmsman’s position, at the forward and on both sides of the canopy. There is also an access to the air cylinders (tanker version only) and drain plug. This valve preserves the cabin from becoming dangerously over pressurized when the emergency air system is in operation (tanker version only). 救生艇可以使用提供的桨通过侧舱门划艇。 The lifeboat may be rowed using provided oars through the side hatches. 救生艇安装了护舷,提供防撞保护。 The lifeboat is fitted with shock absorbing skates/fenders to provide protection to the inboard side of the lifeboat during launching. 救生艇配置了由船级社认可的柴油机,并带淡水冷却系统。具体规格及操作参阅柴油机制造商 手册。 The diesel engine is of approved type, with water cooling system. Full detailed specifications of the engine are contained in the engine manufacturers manual. 柴油机主启动电源是通过舱内正常供电的 12V 蓄电池提供,应急启动为完全独立的 12V 蓄电池 系统。启动开关安装在后立柱上。该柴油机并额外配置了紧急手启动系统。具体操作请参阅柴 油机制造商手册。 Main engine starting is by 12 V battery with electric starter. Emergency engine starting is by a totally independent 12 V battery system. Battery switches are mounted on aft of the pillar. 蓄电池充电器安装在后立柱上(42V AC / 12V DC)。如果安装了太阳能充电器,这个充电器就 不需要了。 A battery charger is installed inside the canopy on the aft pillar (42 V AC / 12 V DC). This shall be not applicable, if Solar Power Panel is installed. 蓄电池充电器形成 2 个同时又独立的回路,充电器通过救生艇登乘口处的插头连接到母船电源, 插头的输入电压为 42V AC。 The charger is totally encapsulated with two channels capable of operating two circuits simultaneously and separately. The charger is connected to the ship’s power supply 42V AC via a plug on aft of the lifeboat near the embarkation access. 救生艇上安装了一个柴油箱,油箱容量充足,在艇满载以 6 节航速航行时至少能航行 24 小时以 上。 A fuel tank with a capacity sufficient for 24 hours running for the fully loaded lifeboat at 6 knots is mounted in the centre tank section. Page 8 of 34 2. 操 作 程 序 OPERATION PROCEDURES 警告! 所有使用这条救生艇的船员或人员须学习包含在这本或相关手册中的操作程序。不遵照这些程 序操作将会导致具体操作人员甚至包括所有乘员严重伤害甚至死亡。 All crew and personnel using this lifeboat should learn all operating procedures contained in this and reference manuals. 下列程序须严格执行 The following procedures are to be rigidly adhered to: z 紧急登乘 For emergency embarkation z 放艇 Release the boat z 通过火焰或有毒气体区域的操作程序(仅适用于耐火型) Operation procedures through fire and toxic gases (tanker version only) 正常的救生艇训练须采用类似的程序,必须强调维持经常性的救生艇训练是很重要的。 The normal lifeboat trainings should be adopted as similar procedure and necessarily emphasize that it is important to keep the usual lifeboat trainings. a) 紧急弃船程序 Emergency abandonment of ship procedure 该程序仅针对救生艇。关于艇架部分参阅艇架生产商指示以获取详细的艇架操作程序。 This applies to boat only, see davit manufacturers instruction manual for details about davit. 1. 当被指派到一条救生艇之后,乘员须站在救生艇外部等待救生艇操作船员的指示。当被 告知可以登艇时,乘客须穿上救生衣并快速且有秩序地进入救生艇。 After being assigned a lifeboat, passengers should stop outside the lifeboat and await instructions from the lifeboat crew. When told to board, passengers should enter the lifeboat quickly and orderly wearing their lifejackets. 2. 通过释放绑船装置把艇移到准备放艇位置。参看艇架手册。 Prepare boat for launching by releasing the lashing arrangement and bringing the boat into boarding position. See davit manufacturer instruction manual. 3. 打开登艇门并固定在开启位置,待乘员全部登艇后,应关闭登艇门。 Open the embarkation door and secure in open position. After the passengers are fully on board of the boat, close the boat. 4. 驾驶员断开外部电源插座进入艇内。(如果安装太阳能充电器,这就不需要了) Helmsman disconnects external power plug and enters. (These should not applicable, if solar power panel is installed.) Page 9 of 34 5. 驾驶员打开主电池启动开关。 Helmsman turns main battery switch on. 6. 所有分派的船员(前、后吊钩操作员)上船并进入他们的位置。如果放艇时使用首缆, 把它从属具箱中取出,一端系于救生艇首缆释放钩上,另一端系于母船上。 All designated crew (forward hook operator and aft hook operator) board lifeboat and take up their assigned positions. If a painter is to be used during launching, remove from the equipment tank and secure to painter release hook on boat and other end to ship. 7. 如海面有可燃液体,启动紧急供气系统(2.3 节描述)。(仅适用于耐火性) In case of burning liquid on sea surface, it is now the time to activate the emergency air system as described in section 2.3 and the sprinkler system as described in section 2.4 (tanker version only). 8. 所有乘员占据各自的座位,先进来的坐在最里处,坐下后按照如图 1 及 1a 系上安全带。 All passengers board lifeboat occupying the seats furthermost from the entrance first. Once seated and wearing lifejackets, place the straps over shoulders as shown in fig.1 & Fig. 1a. 9. 驾驶员启动柴油机。 Helmsman starts engine. 10. 驾驶员拉动绞车刹车释放索并维持固定拉力,直至救生艇完全浮于水上且降放索上没有 任何张力。 Helmsman pulls and maintains steady pull on the winch brake release wire until the boat is completely waterborne and no tension exists in the fall wires. 11. 驾驶员根据固定在艇内的指示牌操作吊钩释放手柄(如图 2,2a 及 2b)。 Helmsman operates the hook release handle according to instruction on label fixed inside of boat (see fig. 2, 2a & 2b). 12. 如海面有可燃液体,启动紧急洒水系统(2.4 节描述)。(仅适用于耐火性) In case of burning liquid on sea surface, it is now the time to activate sprinkler system as described in section 2.4 (tanker version only). 13. 驾驶员现在合上离合器告诉艇首的船员释放首缆释放手柄(如果使用首缆时)。然后朝罗 盘指定的方位逃离危险区域。 Helmsman now engages gear and tells crewmember at front of boat to pull the painter release handle (if painter has been used) and steers away from danger on designated compass course. 14. 船员从储藏位置取出雷达反射器并安装在驾驶塔顶上同时在垂直向上方向固定支杆。 Crewmember removes radar reflector from storage compartment and installs Page 10 of 34 on top of the steering tower and at the same time fixes mast in the upright position. 15. 关于救生艇内的乘员如何组织请参看救生手册。 For information how occupants in the lifeboat should organise themselves see Survival Manual. b) 释放吊钩 On-load release hooks 救生艇首、尾安装了负载/无负载吊钩。这些吊钩由安装在操舵控制台右侧的释放手柄控制的。 Equip load and unload hooks at the front and back of lifeboat and the hooks is controlled by the release handles equipped on the right of console. i. 正常操作(无负载程序#1,图 2,2a,2b) Normal operation (unloading procedure1#,fig.2, fig.2a, fig.2b) 正常情况下,救生艇不能在未完全浮于水面上时释放。因此须正确执行下列程序: In the normal conditions, the lifeboat can’t float completely on the water to release. So carry out as the follow procedure 1. 不要碰吊钩释放手柄直至艇完全浮于水面上。 Don’t touch the release hook equipment until the lifeboat float completely on the water. 2. 拔掉安全销 Unbolt the safe bolt 3. 握住释放手柄,并用力向后拉。吊钩此时将被释放。 Grasp the release handle and draw to back at full tilt, and the hook is released. 危险警告 Danger warning! 安全插销要到艇完全浮于水面上时才能移去。不正确执行吊钩程序会导致严重伤害甚至死亡。 Bolt the safe bolt until the lifeboat float completely on the water. If not carrying out as the right procedure will lead to serious damage or deadth. ii. 紧急操作(带载程序#2,图 2,2a,2b)。 Emergency operation (loading procedure2#,fig.2, fig.2a, fig.2b) 如果艇未完全浮于水面,按以下程序正确执行: If the lifeboat float completely on the water, you can carry out as the following procedures: 1. 拔掉安全销。Unbolt the safe bolt 2. 移去安全指示杆外面的塑料盖。 Page 11 of 34 removing the plastic cover outside of the index pole. 3. 把安全指示杆向上移动。removing index pole to front. 4. 握住释放手柄,并用力向后拉。吊钩此时将被释放。 Grasp the release handle and draw to back at full tilt, and the hook is released. 危险警告 Danger warning! 如果救生艇在空中时紧急操作(负载)脱钩,吊钩也会被释放,这可能会导致严重伤害甚至死亡。 If the lifeboat unhook at the emergent operation in air and the hook is released which will lead to serious damage or deadth. c) 紧急供气系统操作(仅适用于耐火型)图 6 Operation of emergency air system (tanker version only) 图 6 救生艇上安装了一套紧急供气系统,当艇外火灾或有毒气体存在时可以操作。如果使用供气系 统,在乘员登艇前执行以下第一、第二步,放艇时执行第三、第四步。 The lifeboat is equipped with an emergency air supply system, which should be operated if fire or toxic gas conditions exist outside the boat. If the air system is to be used, carry out step 1 before passengers enter the boat and step 2, 3 and 4 during launching. 1. 驾驶员通知船员打开每个空气瓶上的阀,图 7。 Helmsman is to inform crewmember to open valve on each air cylinder, fig.7. 2. 确保所有舱门关闭, 调节器高压侧的充气阀充气口关闭。Ensure that all hatches are closed. 3. 确保空气瓶上的阀处于打开状态。Ensure that valve on all air bottles are open. 4. 打开调节器侧的低压阀。 Open valve on low pressure side of regulator. 注意!调节器已被调整好。Attention! Regulator are adjusted. Page 12 of 34 d) 洒水系统操作(仅适用于耐火型)Operation of sprinkler system (tanker version only) 救生艇配备了洒水系统,当海面上有可燃液体时可用于保护救生艇。如果使用洒水系统,在放 艇前做好准备。注意洒水系统操作时对窗户外的能见度有一定影响。 The lifeboat is equipped with a sprinkler system to protect it from fire in case of burning liquidon the sea surface. If the sprinkler is to be used, prepare before launch of lifeboat. Note that the visibility through windows is very poor when the sprinkler is operated. 1. 确保所有舱门处于关闭状态。Ensure that all hatches and openings are closed. 2. 打开洒水泵吸水阀,使洒水泵操作手柄处于工作状态。 Open bibulous valve of water spray pump, and make water spray pump operation handle at work estate 3. 吸水阀位于柴油机室前面。soping up valve is at the front of diesel engine room. 4. 增加柴油机转速直至全速离开危险区域。 Increase engine R.P.M. to full speed to leave danger area. e) 救生艇训练后的回收 The callback of lifeboat is after trainings. 救生艇释放回收之前,救生艇船员应确保吊钩闭合,释放手柄在锁定位置及安全插销插入。 Before releasing and reclaiming the lifeboat, passengers should assure the hook is close and insert the releasing handle at the locked position and safety insert bolt position. 为了实现这种状态按如下步骤 The normal lifeboat trainings should be adopted as similar procedure: 1. 驾驶员确保释放手柄在完全释放位置(吊钩打开) Steersman should assure releasing handle at the place of completely released 2. 前后吊钩处船员确保吊钩已手动复位固定位置。(吊钩闭合) Steersman should assure hook has been restoration from manual position to fixed position 3. 操作船员通知驾驶员闭合释放手柄至锁定位置。 Operation passengers should notice steersman to close releasing handle to locked position. 4. 位于前后吊钩的船员仔细观察销钉、螺栓位置正确。两个吊钩同时往上提升确保在闭合位锁 定。 Passengers at the front and back hook should carefully observe nuts and bolts are at the right position or not. Assure the two hooks are at the closed and locked position when lifted. 5. 前后吊钩处船员通知驾驶员吊钩已锁定在闭合位置。 Page 13 of 34 Passengers at the front and back hook should notice steersman that the hooks have been at the locked position. 6. 驾驶员锁定安全手柄。Steersman locks safety handles. 7. 此时吊钩装置已准备好连接艇架吊索,救生艇可被带到吊索下了。 The hook equipments have been ready to connect to the davit and lifeboat can be strapped to slings. 8. 前后吊钩处船员把吊索挂入吊钩,确认吊环正确挂入。 Strain the securing unit’s quickly release hook let the ploy hook catch the lifeboat. 9. 提升救生艇刚离开水面,即停止。 Lift the lifeboat to the surface of water, which is stop. 10. 前后吊钩处船员再次检查吊钩是否正确闭合。 Checking the front and back hooks are close or not. 11. 驾驶员检查静水压力释放器安全连锁动作,指示针应在绿色区域。 Drivers should check the lenitic pressure release equipment safe interlocking act, and the index point should in the green area. 12. 艇可以继续提升至存放位。 Lifeboat can lift to the storage. 13. 把艇捆绑在艇架上,确保艇在紧急时随时可用。 Binding lifeboat to the davit to use momentarily in emergency circs. f) 启动前的检查 Checks before starting 没有经验的人启动任何机器将很危险!在试图启动机器前,操作者应熟悉安装在艇上的机器指示 及机器制造商指示手册。 Starting any engine can be dangerous in the hands of inexperienced people. Before attempting to start any engine, the operator should be familiar with the engine instructions mounted in the boat and the engine manufacturers instruction manual. • 确保蓄电池在可用状态及连接正确。 Ensure that the batteries are in serviceable condition and correctly connected. • 检查柴油机及齿轮箱内的润滑油液位正确。 Check that the oil levels in the engine and the gearbox are correct. • 检查燃油箱充满及系统正常。 Check that the fuel tank is full and that the system is primed. Page 14 of 34 • 检查燃油箱底部燃油阀已打开。 Check that fuel valve on bottom of the tank is open. • 检查所有排水阀已关闭。 Check that all water drain plugs and cocks are closed. • 检查冷却箱内注入了水/防冻液的混合物,冷却系统内没有液体时柴油机严禁启动。 Check that the water level in the header tank is filled up with mixture of water/anti-freeze. Under no circumstances must the engine be started without liquid in the cooling system. • 确保离合器(齿轮箱)在空档。Ensure that the gearbox is in neutral. • 断开母船到救生艇的供应电源(如安装)。 Switch off and disconnect external power supply to the boat.
