Laohuzhen Qian BU Zi Cun Jie Qingli, after participating in the e-business training courses throughout the County using learned knowledge of electrical contractor, registered the "Chen of Dongping Lake fish produce" shop, forming a home order online order business model 【杭州市三墩小学校长章献明专题讲座】 聆听与思考 -----听《成为学术领袖---给校长们的几点建议》专题讲座心得体会 凉州区中坝镇头沟小学校长 赵雄贤 2014年5月7日下午14时30分～我在中共武威市委党校六楼会议室有幸参加了由凉州区教育局组织的杭州市三墩小学校长章献明专题讲座会。报告会历时4个多小时～报告会由凉州区教育局局长、党委副书记苏万俊同志主持。报告会伊始苏局长给与会的同志介绍了章献明校长所在的杭州市三墩小学及章献明校长的基本情况和举行本次活动的意义和目的,而后由杭州市三墩小学校长章献明做了题为《成为学术领袖——给校长们的几点建议》专题讲座。 在历时四个多小时的学习中～我认真聆听了讲座～并做了详细的。整场报告会虽然历时四个多小时～当我却非但没有感觉到疲劳～反而如沐春风雨露一样。这完全源于章献明校长的语言艺术和幽默～让我真正领略了一个特级教师的人格魅力。 章校长的专题讲座主要有以下几个主题: 一是认识:“所有的活动都是为孩子们准备的”。学校应该是为每一个孩子准备的校园～给每个孩子一个展示的机会～让孩子学会和陌生人说话～让孩子因自己的现而自豪～校园处处皆课堂。章校长将学校近年来开展的精彩校园活动和在座的我们进行了分享。让我们感受到他们学校就是如此实实在在地落实该理念。 undertaking, strengthen the construction of party and Government personnel. Laohuzhen Qian BU Zi Cun Jie Qingli, after participating in the e-business training courses throughout the County using learned knowledge of electrical contractor, registered the "Chen of Dongping Lake fish produce" shop, forming a home order online order business model 范。教师的观念～主要影响班级活动和学科教学。校长的教育思想观念～则影响整个学校和所有教师与学生。校长走在前面～学校才能出现崭新的素质教育风貌～开出现代教育之花。 校长应当成为教育教学改革的排头兵。改革是学校活力和希望之所在～素质教育的探索与实践～要求校长具有开阔的视野、理性的思维、开拓的精神、求实求是的作风～并善于把先进的教育理念贯彻于学校的全部活动之中。课堂教学必须关注学生的主体性～推进素质教育必须发挥教师的主体作用。素质教育的实施是一个不断探索、不断创新的过程。 二、校长要坚持人性化的管理方式。 教师是一个有知识、有素质、重情感的群体～以情感人～以情动人的管理方式更能让老师信服。做到人性化的管理～要做到以下几点:首先要把握好校长的定位。校长就是带领教师从事教育教学的领头人～说白了就是不要拿自己的职位当官做～等级分明、高高在上的领导只能让人敬而远之。有了这种定位～才能踏下心来～和老师们打成一片～团结在一起～认认真真做一个教育工作的实践者。其次要有宽广的胸怀。学校的教师都有其长处～也都会有不可回避的短处～校长要做到扬长避短～用其所长～挖掘出教师的最大潜能。要学会少指责教师工作上的失误～对他们的成绩、优点尽量多给予赞赏和表扬。对教师的“过激之言”多给予忍耐和理解～尽量与他们多沟通、交流～从中感受教师的酸甜苦辣～如果处处以挑剔的眼光看待教师～那么教师就不会有工作积极性～校长与教师的关系就不会融洽～再次～校长undertaking, strengthen the construction of party and Government personnel.
