I’manexcellentstudentofChangjunmiddleschoolwhichisthemostoutstandingmiddleschoolinHunan,hopingtostudyatHongKonguniversity.TheseedofthedreamemergedfrommyjourneytoHongKongattheageofnine.Withitsuniquehistoricalbackground,HongKongishometoresidentsfromallovertheworld.WhatattractsmemostisHongKong’sdiversificationofglobalcultureandgoodsocialorder.Ihavemadeupmymindtomakemywaytothedreamingdestination,HKU,whichisgenerallyacknowledgedasthebestuniversityinAsiawhereadvancededucationalphilosophies,suchas‘thewholepersoneducation’arethemainfocus.Inmyeyes,HKUisauniversitywithprofoundhistoricalcultureandfreeacademicexchange.ThiscannotonlyaffectmypersonalcharacterbutbroadenmyhorizonwithanEnglish-teachingatmosphereaswell.Igrowup atanaristocraticfamilyofmedicine,myfatherwasamedicaldoctorofSunYat-senUniversity.Iwascultivatedagreatsenseofsocialresponsibility.Iusedtoserveasthecaptainofvolunteerteam,leadthepublicbenefitactivitiessuchasenvironmentalprotectionatweekends.TherewasmyfigureintheXiangjiangRiverSceneBeltandbusschedulecleaning.Ialsoorganizedseveralactivitiesofcleaningforlonelyoldpeopleinthenursinghome,donationfortheclassmatewithLeukaemia,showingloveforthedisabledchildrenandhelptoputthebooksinorderintheHunanlibrary.Theseallowedmetoembracealotofgoodfromthemandacquiredas‘Campuspublicwelfareactivities’inChangjunmiddleschoolseveraltimes.Thus,withthecourageandthepersistence,Iconsideritmyresponsibilitytobuildupabetterenvironmentforthesociety.TheBachelorofenvironmentscienceinHKUprovidesmewithaperfectplatformtoachievemydream.HKU,Iamapproachingyouwithenthusiasm,willyouopenthewindowforme?
