油用于身体肌肤时,必须稀释或用基础油调和后才能使用,除非有其它特别的建
议。
4、肌肤上使用柑橘类精油(如佛手柑、柠檬等)后四小时内请勿在阳光下
曝晒。
5、精油不能取代药物。因此,使用后如症状未改善,请一定要看病就医,
绝不可因使用精油而放弃原先已在使用的药物。
6、患有高低血压、癫痫、神经及肾脏方面疾病的病人请小心使用。使用前
最好先请教芳香治疗师。
7、请按建议量使用。使用过量会导致反效果,甚至对身体造成过大负担。
8、请避免小孩直接碰触,以免误用而发生危险。
9、避免用塑料、易溶解或油彩
面的容器,稀释精油时需使用玻璃、不锈
钢或陶瓷器。
10、精油最好不要内服,除非获得芳香治疗师或医师的指示 .

防止紫外线。
2、放置于阴凉处,避免阳光直射。但不必存放于冰箱。

Herb Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) is an herbaceous plant of the
genus Hyssopus native to Southern Europe, the Middle East, and the
region surrounding the Caspian Sea. Due to its properties as an
antiseptic, cough reliever, and expectorant, it is commonly used as an
aromatic herb and medicinal plant.
Hyssop is a brightly colored shrub or subshrub that ranges from
30 to 60 centimeters in height. The stem is woody at the base, from
which grow a number of straight branches. Its leaves are lanceolate,
dark green in color, and from 2 to 2.5 cm long. During the summer,
the plant produces bunches of pink, blue, or, more rarely, white
fragrant flowers. These give rise to small oblong achenes.
It is well known in ancient times, Hyssop was referred to in the
Bible for its cleansing effect in connection with plague, leprosy and
chest ailments. Hyssop was used for purifying sacred places and as a
strewing herb in the Middle Ages to ward off lice.
Uses: The plant is commonly used by beekeepers to produce a
rich and aromatic honey. Herb hyssop leaves are used as an aromatic
condiment. The leaves have a lightly bitter taste due to its tannins,
and an intense minty aroma. Due to its intensity, its used moderately
in cooking. The herb is also used to flavor liqueur, and is part of the
official formulation of Chartreuse. As a medicinal herb, hyssop has
soothing, expectorant, and cough suppressant properties. The plant
also includes the chemicals thujone and phenol, which give it
antiseptic properties. Its high concentrations of thujone and
chemicals that stimulate the central nervous system can provoke
epileptic reactions when taken in high-enough doses. It has been also
used in the formulation of eye drops and mouthwash. Herb hyssop
has also been observe to stimulate the gastrointestinal system.
Hyssop is sometimes used as a herbal remedy for HIV type 1.
