芯片测试报告范文
Power bank 2000-4000 芯片测试报告 目的:鉴于原power bank2000-4000 芯片的输出电流不能满足不断升级、更新手机的需求,继而寻找高电流出去芯片,代替原有芯片,特针对此芯片芯片进行测试,为今后的更改做好铺垫 。
测试工具:电子负载、稳压电源、万用
、电子温度计、数字电流表。 测试内容:
1、输出电流不断上升,输入电压不断下降的状态下,输出效率变化分布;
2、输入为恒压的状态下,不断的提高输出电流,输出效率的变化;
3、输出电流不断上升时,芯片发热温度 变化;
测试
:
1 、控制输出电流从0.3A-1.9A 逐一递升变化,每0.1A,;稳压电源输出为4V,以实际电路输入电压为准,并读取电子负载上的显示参数,输出电压、电流,;

2、控制输出电流从0.3A-1.9A,不断调整输入电压,使之为定值 ,并读取电子负载上的显示参数,输出电压、电流,;
