The total amount is 16903.20 instead of 16484.70 6) 42C DRAFTS AT… The draft should be paid at sight as contracted, instead of at 30 days’ sight. 7) 43T TRANSHIPMENT The transshipment should be allowed as contracted, instead of prohibited. It is doubtful whether the direct steamer will be rented from Chinese ports to Osaka. 8) 45A DESCRIPTS. OF GOODS The name of commodity is “100% COTTON LADIES SHIRT”, not “100% COTTON LADIES APRON”. The quantity of STY No. 49394 is 3960 instead of 3690. The trade terms are “CIF OSAKA DETAILES AS PER S/C NO. TF0710”, not “CIF C3 OSAKA DETAILES AS PER S/C NO. TT0710”. 9) 46A DOCUMENTS REQUIRED + Please amend “2/3 of original clean on board ocean bills of lading…” to “Full set (3/3) original clean on board ocean bills of lading…” and consequently delete the wording “ one set of original B/L and” in the clause “Beneficiary’s certificate stating that… sent directly to the applicant… 1 after shipment”. + We have also noticed that you increased the insurance amount to 120% of the invoice value instead of 110%. You also change the covering “all risks and war risk as per china insurance clauses dated 1/1/1981” to “the institute cargo clauses (A), the institute war clauses”. This will incur the additional premium, which is contracted to be borne by you. Please confirm the change.
