(四)设备日常保养维护Daily Maintenance of Equipment 1. 清洗三滤。 Clean the air filter, oil filter and petrol filter. 2. 更换机油。 Change the oil. 3. 加油容器。 Add oil vessel. 4. 加注黄油。 Add grease. 5. 检查各部位油面。 Check the oil level of every part. 6. 清洁卫生。 Do the cleaning. 7. 清洗工具。 Clean the tools. 8. 调整各部间隙。 Adjust the space of every part. 9. 紧固各部螺栓。 Fasten the bolts of every part. 10. 底座螺帽齐全，固定良好不松动。 Blind nuts are all complete and well fixed on the substructure. 11. 底座拉筋齐全，不变形，备帽紧固。 Lacing wires are all complete and well shaped on the substructure and the nuts are well fixed. 12. 修井机支腿要支牢，锁紧螺母要锁定支腿。 Landing legs of the workover rig must be fixed and the locknuts must be fastened to the legs. (五)安全与环保 HSE 1. 劳保用品穿戴齐全。 Please wear complete PPE (personal protection equipment). 2. 上井架挂好防坠差速器，抓好扶手，高空作业佩戴安全带。 Carefully hang the falling protector. Hold the handrails well and wear the safety belt while working aloft. 3. 当心高空坠物。 8 Beware of falling objects. 4. 高空禁止抛物。 No tossing aloft. 5. 井场禁止吸烟。 No smoking at the well site. 6. 当心爆炸。 Beware of explosion. 7. 当心火灾。 Beware of fire. 8. 当心触电。 Beware of electric shock. 9. 当心烫伤。 Beware of burns. 10. 高压止步。 Keep off high voltage! 11. 小心碰头。 Mind your head. 12. 保持井场清洁。施工现场严禁入内。 Please keep the well site clean. No entry into the well site. 13. 严禁带明火进入施工现场。 the operation site. No open fire at 14. 非工作人员严禁入内。 Staff only. 15. 请拴好刹把链。 Please fasten the brake bar chain. 16. 当心机械伤人。 Beware of the machines. 17. 转盘旋转时请勿靠近。 Keep away from the rotary table when it’s rotating. 18. 修井机维修时禁止转动。 No turning when the workover rig is under repair. 19. 修井机加油前必须熄火。 The workover rig must be shut down before refueling. 20. 活动管柱时钻台严禁站人。 Stand clear of the drill floor while working the pipe. 21. 严禁随意挪动消防器材。 No casual moving of fire fighting equipment. 22. 井场油污随时清理。 Clean the oil dirt at the well site in time. 23. 井控灵活好用。 The well control is flexible for use. 24. 远程控制台在施工中均保持系统工作压力。 The remote console is preserving the system working pressure during operation. 25. 井控管线保持畅通。 Line pipes of the well control keeps unblocked. 26. 压井管线、防喷管线桩必须牢固锚定。 9 Kill lines and ram preventer lines must be firmly anchored. 27. 使用绞车注意二层平台。 Pay attention to the monkey board when using the hoister. 28. 严禁在钻杆、管桥上行走。 No walking on the drilling pipes and pipe bridges. 29. 吊管柱时，管柱前后严禁站人。 Stand clear of the string while it is being lifted. 30. 转动部位用全封闭护照，固定牢靠无破损。 Rotating parts should use totally enclosed safeguard, which is firmly fixed with no damage. 31. 大绳磨损严重要及时更换。 Replace the drilling lines if they are seriously damaged. 32. 高压软管线防碾压，应有保护措施。 Protective measures should be adopted to keep the HP hose string from pulverizing. 33. 井架梯子牢固，无开焊、变形、松动。 Derrick ladders are secure without break, distortion or looseness. 34. 二层平台各部位应安装正确、牢固。 Each part of the monkey board should be installed correctly and firmly. 35. 逃生装置应安装在季风上风头。 The escape system should be fixed to the upwind monsoon. 36. 钻台上工具摆放整齐，不阻挡井场逃生通道。 Place the tools on the drilling floor orderly so as not to block the escape passage. 37. 施工现场配备1个以上风向标。 At least one wind vane must be provided at the well site. 38. 严禁未打开防喷器闸板情况下起下钻具。 Don’t pull drilling tools out of the hole until the ram block is opened. 39. 内外钳工传递工具时严禁抛、扔。 Floormen are forbidden to toss or throw tools while passing them. 40. 立放井架操作时，要有专人监护指挥。 There must be an assigned person who commands the erecting and lowering of the derrick. 41. 严禁在视线不清时，进行滚筒操作或转盘操作。 Don’t operate the rotary drum or table without clear sight. 42. 防碰天车防碰距离不小于2.5m. The anti-collision distance of the crownblock saver shouldn’t be less than 2.5 meters. 43. 死绳固定器固定牢靠，大绳缠绕固定器4-5圈。 The deadline anchor is firmly fixed and the drilling line winds the fixer 4 to 5 circles. 44. 天车、滑车、井口在同一垂线上，误差不大于20mm. The crown block, traveling block and wellhead are on the same vertical line with an error less than 20mm. 45. 吊卡手柄、活门灵活，定期检查。 The handle and latch of the elevator are flexible and they should be checked periodically. 46. 各部位销子应齐全牢靠，销子穿好后应加保险销或别针。 Pins in each part should be complete and firm, and safety pins or clips should be used after pinning. 47. 小件工具远离井口，谨防坠落。 Keep small tools away from the wellhead to avoid falling. 48. 发电机应有专人操作，非操作人员不应进入。 10 Only the assigned person can get in and operate the generator.
