High temperature expansion 学困生转化工作计划 二年级 全面推进素质教育，既要提高优生的成绩、培养特长生，又要照顾和关爱学困生，使不同层次的学生都有所提高，有所发展，现结合我班实际，制定我班“学困生”转化实施。 (一)、教学过程:突出一个“情”字 新课程主张面向全体，这就是说要努力创造“均衡教学”，因此作为教师应当把更多的爱倾注在学困生身上，以真情的爱唤醒沉睡的心，以此来点燃他们自信的火种。使他们获得克服缺点的勇气和信心。 (二)、教学速度体现一个”慢”字 为了顾大局，也就是为了学困生能够跟得上，我将教学的内容放的很慢，经常在正常的课时安排中，总是多出一课时来巩固所学习的内容，为了是接受慢的学生不掉队子，每个教学内容走的扎实一点。尽可能的使每一步走的扎实一点，从不搞题海战术来靠学生的大量的练习获得知识的。这样学困生就相应的和好学生减少了差距，不过这个过程很慢长，我们正在用这种方法一如既往的坚持 。 (三)、教学内容:体现一个“异”字 学困生一般情况都由于知识系统某项残缺，造成学习新知的障碍，因而教师必须完善他们的知识结构，教学活动要适应学生的个性，目标弹性化，知识层次化。 (1)目标因人而异。教师根据学困生的实际情况，放低要求，适当补“困”，掌握学困生的最近发展区，创设一个“小目标”，使学困生在短期内能达到小目标要求，体验成功的喜悦。 (2)作业因人而异。作业布置要有梯度，每次作业都适当安排基础题、扩展题，思维训练题等。优等生可选扩展题、思维训练等难度较大的题目做，而“学困生”起，初则可选基础题做，慢慢地根据其基础题的完成情况而适量提高要求。不断鼓励他们，引导他们向扩展题、思维题“跳一跳”。让学生在“跳一跳”的过程中不断地提高学习能力，获得学习的乐趣。 (3)分层次练习。 根据一节课的教学目标，练习分为“选做题”和“必做题”两类。“选做题”难度较大，只要求那些中等以上程度的学生完成。首先，要求全班学生完成基础练习，然后逐步提升、增加难度。让达到前一目标的学生先踏上一步，做后一层次的练习，教师则集中精力个别辅导学困生。这样，学习困难的学生可以顺利完成基础练习。难题不会做也不要紧，听完讲评再做，不会感到有很重负担，学生对这种弹性练习布置很感兴趣，各种水平的学生都有所得，有所进步。 (4)分层次布置作业。 布置作业时要做到让学困生巩固基础建立自信心，让中等生能跳一跳够得着，让学习优秀的学生的潜能得到开发。让作业充满鲜活的个性，改变过去那种统一内容、统一格式的模式，注意学生能力差异、兴趣差异，使作业形式多样化。这样的作业让学生有选择余地，更能发挥学生的个性。让不同的学生的数学得到不同的发展。 (5)“学困生”的作业当面批改。 学困生的作业要当面面批，是进行个别辅导的一种极为有效的方法。面批时不仅要注重作业的结果，更注重思维的过程;发现他们的作业有错误，先不打错号，而是面对面地点拨思路，让学生一次次地自行纠正，直到对了以后再打对号。这样，学困生对做作业便产生了development of freezing plans and emergency precautions. 3, night-time setting the full-time attendant to ensure someone on duty and on duty day and night recording, while setting the Weatherman, responsible listens to and published on the weather conditions. 4, should complete the construction of the winter rainy season Shi ...
