國家圖書館記錄編號：88NCNU0578014 研究生(中)：吳佳倩 研究生(英)：Chia-Chen Wu 論文名稱(中)：中美兩性平等教育政策之比較 論文名稱(英)：A Comparative Study on Educational Policies for Gender Equity between Taiwan and U.S.A. 指導教授(中)：江芳盛 學位類別：碩士 校院名稱：暨南國際大學 系所名稱：比較教育研究所 學號：86102512 學年度：88 語文別：中文 關鍵字(中)：兩性平等 女性主義婦女教育 關鍵字(英)：Gender Equity Feminism Women's Education 摘要(中) 為了解如何透過政策的制定，以實施性別平等的教育，本文採用比較研究法，配合 理論分析與歷史分析，對中、美兩性平等教育政策進行比較研究，以達成以下目的： （一）探討兩性平等教育政策的理論依據與內涵。（二）分析中美兩國實施兩性平等 教育的背景脈絡。（三）了解中美兩性平等教育政策的實施現況。（四）歸納研究發 現，考量兩國措施之優劣，提出對我國兩性平等教育之建議。綜合本研究，獲得以 下建議：（一）應更積極的納入基進女性主義者與社會主義女性主義者從事政策規劃 工作，讓我國的兩性平等教育可以朝更多元化的理想發展。（二）我國應在中央到地 方各層級設立常設性兩性平等教育之規劃、推動、執行、與申訴機構，使各機構成 員除了學者與教育行政人員之外，亦能包含教師、學生、偏遠地區、少數民族之代 ，並與國會之間互相建立支持與諮詢系統。（三）進行性別平等教育立法，以促使 檢視性別結構、師資與人才資源、性騷擾與性侵害、生涯發展與職業教育、課程改 革、教育行政、學術研究與推廣、弱勢女性的教育需求等方面的政策有法可循，獲 得經費的編列與人力的編製。 摘要(英) In order to understand how to realize gender equity in education through policy making, this thesis compares the gender equity education between Taiwan and U.S.A. by G.Z.F. Bereday’s comparative method, historical research and theory analysis. The aims to be achieved in this study are as follows：(1) Investigating the theory background and meaning of gender equity education. (2) Inquiring the historical fact of Taiwan and U.S.A.. (3) Exploring the policy practice of Taiwan and U.S.A.. (4) Synthesizing the result of the comparative study and offering suggestions for improving the policy making and practicing of gender equity education in Taiwan. Based on the finding of this study, the recommendations are as follows: (1) Besides Liberal feminist, Radical feminists and Socialism feminists should also involve in policy making to make our gender equity education toward multiple development. (2) We should build the regular and formal institution from central to local levels. Their functions should cover planning, improving, implementing and dealing with complain. (3) We should promote gender equity legislation about sexual structure examination, teacher education and in-service training, sexual harassment and violence, career consultant and vocational education, curriculum reform, education administration, research and improvement, and education needs for minority and poor women, so there will be legal funds and personnel to work on the issue. 論文目次
