Serious research about social support the development of cultural undertakings in the country and the XX policy, especially the policy of industrial development, financial investment policy, financial policy and tax policy, and actively seek policy, projects and funds, enterprise and industry group mission to promote leapfrog development. 2、现场支持:育苗、大田移栽,两个重要环节,甲方将根据乙方需求 派技术人员现场指导,食宿费需乙方承担。在巨菌草的栽种育种生 长期间,甲方将安排技术人员不定期现场巡视指导。 3(全程技术辅导:合同期内甲方提供全程技术辅导和专家咨询。包括: 种植技术、施肥、用药指导。 4、定期督检:甲方定期每月采取电话跟进、巡视支持、现场解决问等方式,对乙方进行督检; 5、建立追溯体系:对乙方区域内发展的种植地,甲方建立产品追溯体 系,纳入公司“统一管理”、“统一收购”、“统一配送”,一条 龙产业化服务; 二、经营支持 1、甲方负责统一供应种苗,负责新产品的开发和升级; 3、甲方负责回购。回购原则及质量,详见第八部分巨菌草回收质量标准; 4、甲方负责乙方营运培训、种植技术培训; 注:以上经营支持,仅限在合同期间内允许乙方分享使用,合同结束当日甲方收回乙方停止使用。 第八部分、产品配送 一、种苗价格: 1、全国统一优惠价:0.2元/棵,每亩需3200棵左右。 2、收购标准:按照国标牧草和甲乙双方协商标准执行。 3、种苗需提前按照种植亩数预定。合同签字后,公司免费提供种苗, 由乙方负责按照甲方要求种植、施肥、浇水,待秋收后甲方以每亩 2500元支付乙方在种植期间所发生的与种植有关的费用,需合作销 售时,分配方案另起。 4、种植生长及收割时间为:每年的四月到十一月之间,根据当地气their own conditions to develop the correct road, the maximum to avoid investment risk, gain profit.(three) vigorously promote the brand. Serious research about social support the development of cultural undertakings in the country and the XX policy, especially the policy of industrial development, financial investment policy, financial policy and tax policy, and actively seek policy, projects and funds, enterprise and industry group mission to promote leapfrog development. 候和生长状况确定。 二、 其他约定 1、签订合同的乙方,必须按照甲方的指导田间管理标准,进行种植、管理、施肥、用药、采收 。 2、种苗销售由甲方统一销售,。严禁乙方擅自销售巨菌草和巨菌草种苗。否则乙方将承担由此带来全部违约责任和经济损失,违约处罚甲方按种植亩数X当地牧草市场价格进行处罚。 3、乙方如因特殊情况,需提前30天甲方;乙方未提前告知影响甲方正常的生产经营的,乙方应承担违约责任和由此造成的全部经济损失,并按回收合同总额支付甲方违约金,,甲方在收获期内没能按时收购巨菌草,甲方应承担乙方种植期间以及逾期所照成的经济损失。 第十部分:目标任务 第一年任务:首批种植1000亩; 第二年任务:种植10000亩; 第十一部分:合作区域及期限 1、授权乙方为:山西省运城市盐湖区西辛庄村为独家种苗基地。 2、2、合作期限:十年。 3、本合同期到期前二个月,在同等条件下乙方享有续签合作的优先权。 第十三部分:违约责任与解决方式 1、合同签字后不得随意变更。如违约合同条款,由违约方承担违约责任和经济损失。 2、违约处理方式:本着友好协商的原则协商解决,也可以通过仲裁解决或向当地法院起诉。 3、在药材种植过程中,如遇不可抗拒的自然灾害而造成的损失,不属双方责任。不可抗拒因素:由于水灾,火灾,地震,干旱,战争或协议一方无法预见,控制,避免和克服的其他事件导致不能或暂时不能全部或部分履行本协议,该方不负责任。但是受不可抗力事件影响的一方须在3日内尽快将发生的时间通知另一方。 甲方(签章): 乙方(签章): 日期:2015年4月 1日 日期:2015年4月 1日 their own conditions to develop the correct road, the maximum to avoid investment risk, gain profit.(three) vigorously promote the brand.
