The JUCCCE Blueprint uses collaborative Web features to catalyze international and cross-sector partnerships. It draws upon the collective wisdom of the masses to determine a matrix of key barriers and market- transforming goals for each energy sector. JUCCCE is an international network of government influencers, corporate resources and volunteers collaborating on impactful programs.
