工程材料送检规范 水泥，砂石，砖、砌块，钢筋，焊件，防水材料，涂料，配合比，保温材料，网格布，钢筋机械接头，外加剂等。 一、混凝土试件的取样及制作 (一)现场搅拌混凝土 根据《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 50204-2002)和《混凝土强度检验评定》(GBJ107,87)的规定，用于检查结构构件混凝土强度的试件，应在混凝土的浇筑地点随机抽取。取样与试件留置应符合以下规定: 1、每拌制100盘但不超过100立方米的同配合比的混凝土，取样次数不得少于一次; 2、每工作班拌制的同一配合比的混凝土不足100盘时，其取样次数不得少于一次; 3、当一次连续浇筑超过1000立方米时，同一配合比的混凝土每200立方米取样不得少于一次; 4、同一楼层、同一配合比的混凝土，取样不得少于一次; 5、每次取样应至少留置一组标准养护试件，同条件养护试件的留置组数应根据实际需要确定。 (二)结构实体检验用同条件养护试件 根据《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 50204-2002)的规定，结构实体检验用用同条件养护试件的留置方式和取样数量应符合以下规定: 1、对涉及混凝土结构安全的重要部位应进行结构实体检验，其内容包括混凝土强度、钢筋保护层厚度及工程约定的项目等。 2、同条件养护试件应由各方在混凝土浇筑入模处见证取样。 3、同一强度等级的同条件养护试件的留置不宜少于10组，留置数量不应少于3组。 4、当试件达到等效养护龄期时，方可对同条件养护试件进行强度试验。所谓等效养护龄期，就是逐日累计养护温度达到600?.d，且龄期宜取14d,60d。一般情况，温度取当天的平均温度。 (三)预拌(商品)混凝土 预拌(商品)混凝土，除应在预拌混凝土厂内按规定留置试块外，混凝土运到施工现场后，还应根据《预拌混凝土》(GB14902,94)规定取样。 1、用于交货检验的混凝土试样应在交货地点采取。每100立方米相同配合比的混凝土取样不少于一次;一个工作班拌制的相同配合比的混凝土不足100立方米时，取样也不得少于一次;当在一个分项工程中连续供应相同配合比的混凝土量大于1000立方米时，其交货检验的试样为每200立方米混凝土取样不得少于一次。 2、用于出厂检验的混凝土试样应在搅拌地点采取，按每100盘相同配合比的混凝土取样不得少于一次;每一工作班组相同的配合比的混凝土不足100盘时，取样亦不得少于一次。 3、混凝土试样的组批条件，应符合GBJ 107的规定。 4、对于预拌混凝土拌合物的质量，每车应目测检查;混凝土坍落度检验的试样，每100立方米相同配合比的混凝土取样检验不得少于一次;当一个工作班相同配合比的混凝土不足100立方米时，也不得少于一次。 (四)混凝土抗渗试块 根据《地下工程防水技术规范》(GBJ108,87)，混凝土抗渗试块取样按下列规定: 1、连续浇筑混凝土量500立方米以下时，应留置两组(12块)抗渗试块。 2、每增加250,500立方米混凝土，应增加留置两组(12块)抗渗试块。 3、如果使用材料、配合比或施工有变化时，均应另行仍按上述规定留置。 4、抗渗试块应在浇筑地点制作，留置的两组试块其中一组(6块)应在标准养护室养护，另一组(6块)与现场相同条件下养护，养护期不得少于28天。 根据《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 50204-2002)的规定，混凝土抗渗试块取样按下列规定: 对有抗渗要求的混凝土结构，其混凝土试件应在浇筑地点随机取样。同一工程、同一配合比的混凝土，取样不应少于一次，留置组数可根据实际需要确定。 (五)粉煤灰混凝土 1、粉煤灰混凝土的质量，应以坍落度(或工作度)、抗压强度进行检验。 2、现场施工粉煤灰混凝土的坍落度的检验，每工作班至少测定两次，其测定值允许偏 差为?20mm。 3、对于非大体积粉煤灰混凝土每拌制100立方米，至少成型一组试块;大体积粉煤灰混凝土每拌制500立方米，至少成型一组试块。不足上列规定数量时，每工作组至少成型一组试块。 (六)试件制作和养护 根据《普通混凝土力学性能试验方法标准》GB/T 50081—2002的要求，混凝土试件的制作和养护按下列规定: 1 试件的制作 1.1 混凝土试件的制作应符合下列规定: 1.1.1 成型前，应检查试模尺寸并符合《普通混凝土力学性能试验方法标准》GB/T 50081—2002的规定;试模内表面应涂一薄层矿物油或其他不与混凝土发生反应的脱模剂。 1.1.2 在试验室拌制混凝土时，其材料用量应以质量计，称量的精度:水泥、掺合料、水和外加剂为?0.5%;骨料为?l%。 1.1.3 取样或试验室拌制的混凝土应在拌制后尽短的时间内成型，一般不宜超过15min。 1.1.4 根据混凝土拌合物的稠度确定混凝土成型方法，坍落度不大，70mm的混凝土宜用振动振实;大于70mm的宜用捣棒人工捣实;检验现浇混凝土或预制构件的混凝土，试件成型方法官与实际采用的方法相同。 1.1.5 圆柱体试件的制作按有关规定执行。 1.2 混凝土试件制作应按下列步骤进行: 1.2.l 取样或拌制好的混凝土拌合物应至少用铁锨再来回拌合三次。 1.2.2 按以上1.1.4的规定，选择成型方法成型。 1)用振动台振实制作试件应按下述方法进行: a.将混凝土拌合物一次装入试模，装料时应用抹刀沿各试模壁插捣，并使混凝土拌合物高出试模口; b.试模应附着或固定在符合有关要求的振动台上，振动时试模不得有任何跳动，振动应持续到表面出浆为止;不得过振。 2)用人工插捣制作试件应按下述方法进行: a.混凝土拌合物应分两层装入模内，每层的装料厚度大致相等; b.插捣应按螺旋方向从边缘向中心均匀进行。在插捣底层混凝土时，捣棒应达到试模底部;插捣上层时，捣棒应贯穿上层后插入下层20,30mm;插捣时捣棒应保持垂直，不得倾斜。然后应用抹刀沿试模内壁插拔数次; c. 每层插捣次数按在10000mm2截面积内不得少于12次; d.插捣后应用橡皮锤轻轻敲击试模四周，直至插捣棒留下的空洞消失为止。 3)用插入式振捣棒振实制作试件应按下述方法进行: a.将混凝土拌合物一次装入试模，装料时应用抹刀沿各试模壁插捣，并使混凝土拌合物高出试模口; b.宜用直径为φ25mm的插入式振捣棒，插入试模振捣时，振捣棒距试模底板10,20mm且不得触及试模底板，振动应持续到表面出浆为止，且应避免过振，以防止混凝土离析;一般振捣时间为20s。振捣棒拔出时要缓慢，拔出后不得留有孔洞。 1.2.3 刮除试模上口多余的混凝土，待混凝土临近初凝时，用抹刀抹平。 2 试件的养护 2.1 试件成型后应立即用不透水的薄膜覆盖表面。 2.2 采用标准养护的试件，应在温度为20?5?的环境中静置一昼夜至二昼夜，然后编号、拆模。拆模后应立即放入温度为20?2?，相对湿度为95%以上的标准养护室中养护，或在温度为20?2?的不流动的氢氧化钙饱和溶液中养护。标准养护室内的试件应放在支架上，彼此间隔10,20mm，试件表面应保持潮湿，并不得被水直接冲淋。 2.3 同条件养护试件的拆模时间可与实际构件的拆模时间相同，拆模后，试件仍需保持同条件养护。 2.4 标准养护龄期为28d(从搅拌加水开始计时)。 3 试验 3.1 试件制作和养护的试验记录内容应符合《普通混 凝土力学性能试验方法标准》GB/T 50081—2002第1.0.3条第2款的规定。 二、砌筑砂浆试件的取样 (一)抽样频率 每一楼层或250立方米砌体中的各种强度等级的砂浆，每台搅拌机应至少检查一次，每次至少应制作一组试块。如果砂浆强度等级或配合比变更时，还应制作试块。基础砌体可按一个楼层计。 (二)试件制作和养护 1、砂浆试验用料可以从同一盘搅拌或同一车运送的砂浆中取出。施工中取样，应在使用地点的砂浆槽、砂浆运送车或搅拌机出料口，至少从三个不同部位采取。所取试样的数量应多于试验用量的1~2倍。砂浆拌合物取样后，应尽快进行试验。现场取来的试样，在试验前应经人工再翻拌，以保证其质量均匀。 2、砂浆立方体抗压试件每组六块。其尺寸为70.7mm×70.7mm×70.7mm。试模用铸铁或钢制成。试模应具有足够的刚度、拆装方便。试模内表面应机械加工，其不平度为每100mm不超过0.05mm，组装后各相邻面的不垂直度不应超过?0.5度。制作试件的捣棒为直径10mm，长350mm的钢棒，其端头应磨圆。 3、砂浆立方体抗压试块的制作 (1)将无底试模放在预先铺有吸水较好的纸的普通粘土砖上(砖的吸水率不小于10%，含水率不大于20%)，试模内壁事先涂刷薄层机油或脱模剂。 (2)放于砖上的湿纸，应用新闻纸(或其它未粘过胶凝材料的纸)。纸的大小要以能盖过砖的四边为准，砖的使用面要求平整，凡砖的四个垂直面粘过水泥或其它胶结材料后，不允许再使用。 (3)向试模内一次注满砂浆，用捣棒均匀地由外向里按螺旋方向捶插捣25次，为了防止低稠度砂浆插捣后，可能留下孔洞，允许用油灰刀沿模壁插数次。插捣完后砂浆应高出试模顶面6mm,8mm; 当砂浆表面开始出现麻斑状态时(约15min,30min)将高出部分的砂浆沿试模顶面削去抹平。 4、试件养护 (1)试件制作后应在20?5?温度环境下停置一昼夜(24h?2h)，当气温较低时，可适当延长时间，但不应超过两昼夜，然后对试件进行编号并拆模。试件拆模后，应在标准养护条件 下继续养护至28天，然后进行试压。 (2)标准养护的条件是: a 水泥混合砂浆应为:温度(20?3)?，相对湿度(60,80)%。 b 水泥砂浆和微沫砂浆应为:温度(20?3)?，相对湿度90%以上。 c 养护期间，试件彼此间隔不少于10mm。 (3)当无标准养护条件时，可采用自然养护。 a 水泥混合砂浆应在正温度、相对湿度为(60,80)%的条件下(如养护箱中或不通风的室内)养护。 b 水泥砂浆和微沫砂浆应在正温度并保持试块表面湿润的状态下(如湿砂堆中)养护。 c 养护期间必须作好温度记录。在有争议时，以标准养护为准。 三、混凝土外加剂的取样 (一)混凝土外加剂 混凝土外加剂按GB8076,1997分为九大类:普通减水剂、高效减水剂、早强减水剂、缓凝减水剂、缓凝高效减水剂、引气减水剂、早强剂、缓凝剂和引气剂。 生产厂应根据产量和生产设备条件，将产品分批编号，掺量大小于1%(含1%)同品种的外加剂每一编号为100吨，掺量小于1%的外加剂每一编号为50吨，不足100吨或50吨的也可按一个批量计，同一编号的产品必须是混合均匀的。 每批取样量不少于0.2吨水泥所需用的外加剂量。 每一编号取得的试样应充分混匀，分为两等份。一份按GB8076,1997标准规定方法与项目进行试验;另一份要密封保存半年，以备有疑问时交国家指定的检验机构进行复验或仲裁。如生产和使用单位同意，复验和仲裁也可现场取样。 (二)混凝土泵送剂 每50吨泵送剂为一批，不足50吨也作为一批。每批取样量不少于0.5吨水泥所需用的泵送剂量。 每一批取得的试样应充分混匀，分为两等份。一份按JC473,92《混凝土泵送剂》进行试验;另一份封存半年，以备有疑问时交国家指定的检验机构进行复验或仲裁。 如生产和使用单位同意也可在现场取平均样，但事先应在供货合同中裁定。 (三)混凝土膨胀剂 每60吨为一批，不足60吨时也作为一批。 抽样应有代表性，可以连续取样，也可以从20个以上的不同部位取等量样品，每批抽样总量不小于10kg。 每一批取得的样品应充分混合均匀，分为两等份。一份按《混凝土膨胀剂》(JC476,92)进行试验;一份密封保存三个月，以备有疑问时交国家指定的检验机构进行复验或仲裁。 (四)砂浆、混凝土防水剂 年产500吨以上的，每50吨为一批;年产500吨以下的，每30吨为一批。同批的产品必须是均匀的。 每批取样量不少于0.2吨水泥所需的防水剂量。 每批取得的试样应充分混合均匀，分为两等份。一份按《砂浆、混凝土防水剂》(JC474,92)标准进行试验;另一份密封保存一年，以备有疑问时交国家指定的检验机构进行复验或仲裁。 (五)混凝土防冻剂 同一品种防冻剂，每50吨为一批，不足50吨也可作为一批。每批取样量不少于0.15吨水泥所需用的防冻剂量(以其最大掺量计)。 每批取得的试样应充分混匀，分为两等份。一份按《混凝土防冻剂》(JC475,92)进行试验;另一份密封保存半年，以备有疑问时交国家指定的检验机构进行复验或仲裁。 (六)混凝土速凝剂 每20吨为一批，不足20吨也可作为一批。 每一批应从16个不同点取样，每个点取样250g，共取400g，将试样充分混匀。 每批取得的试样应充分混匀，分为两等份。一份按《喷射混凝土速凝剂》(JC477,92)进行试验;另一份密封保存半年，以备有疑问时交国家指定的检验机构进行复验或仲裁。 三、混凝土外加剂的取样 (一)混凝土外加剂 混凝土外加剂按GB8076,1997分为九大类:普通减水剂、高效减水剂、早强减水剂、缓凝减水剂、缓凝高效减水剂、引气减水剂、早强剂、缓凝剂和引气剂。 每批取得的试样应充分混合均匀，分为两等份。一份按《砂浆、混凝土防水剂》(JC474 ,92)标准进行试验;另一份密封保存一年，以备有疑问时交国家指定的检验机构进行复验或仲裁。 (五)混凝土防冻剂 同一品种防冻剂，每50吨为一批，不足50吨也可作为一批。每批取样量不少于0.15吨水泥所需用的防冻剂量(以其最大掺量计)。 每批取得的试样应充分混匀，分为两等份。一份按《混凝土防冻剂》(JC475,92)进行试验;另一份密封保存半年，以备有疑问时交国家指定的检验机构进行复验或仲裁。 (六)混凝土速凝剂 每20吨为一批，不足20吨也可作为一批。 每一批应从16个不同点取样，每个点取样250g，共取400g，将试样充分混匀。 每批取得的试样应充分混匀，分为两等份。一份按《喷射混凝土速凝剂》(JC477,92)进行试验;另一份密封保存半年，以备有疑问时交国家指定的检验机构进行复验或仲裁。 四、水泥的取样 (一)水泥的批组成 水泥进场时应对其品种、级别、包装或散装仓号、出厂日期进行检查，并应对其强度、安定性及其他必要的性能指标进行复验。 当使用中对水泥质量有怀疑或水泥出厂超过三个月(快硬硅酸盐水泥超过一个月)时，应进行复验，并按复验结果使用。 检查数量:按同一个生产厂家、同一强度等级(标号)、同一品种、同一批号且连续进场的水泥，袋装水泥不超过200吨为一批，散装水泥以不超过500吨为一批，每批抽样不少于一次。 注:以上是根据《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 50204-2002)的要求。 (二)取样方法 对进场的袋装水泥，每批随机选择20个以上不同的部分，将取样管插入水泥适当深度，用大拇指按住气孔，小心抽出样管，将所取样品放入洁净、干燥、不易污染的容器中。 对于散装水泥，当所取水泥深度不超过2m时，采用槽形管式取样器，通过转动取样器内管控制开关，在适当位置插入水泥一定深度，关闭后小心抽出，将所取样品放入洁净、干燥、不易受污染的容器中。 取样总量至少12kg。 五、普通混凝土用砂、石的取样 (一)砂、石的验收 砂、石的验收分别按《普通混凝土用砂质量标准及检验方法》(JGJ52,92)及《普通混凝土用碎石或卵石质量标准及检验方法》(JGJ53,92)中的规定进行。购货单位应按同产地同规格分批验收。用大型工具(如火车、货船或汽车)运输的，以400立方米或600t为一验收批。用小型工具(如马车等)运输的，以200立方米或300t为一验收批。不足者亦为一批。 对于砂子，每验收批至少应进行颗粒级配、含泥量和泥块含量检验。如为海砂还应检验其氯离子含量。 对于石子，每验收批至少应进行颗粒级配、含泥量、泥块含量及针、片状颗粒含量检验。对重要工程或特殊工程应根据工程要求，增加项目。当质量比较稳定、进料量又较大时，可定期检验。 (二)取样规定 每验收批取样方法应按下列规定执行: 1、在料堆上取样时，取样部位应均匀分布。取样前先将取样部位表层铲除。然后对于砂子由各部位抽取大致相等的8份，组成一组样品。对于石子由各部位抽取大致相等的15份(在料堆的顶部、中部和底部各由均匀分布的5个不同部分取得)组成一组样品。 2、从皮带运输机上取样时，应从机尾的出料处用接料器定时抽取，砂为4份，石子为8份，分别组成一组样品。 3、从火车、汽车、货船上取样时，应从不同部位和深度抽取大致相等的砂为8份，石子16份，分别组成一组样品。 4、若检验不合格时，应重新取样。对不合格项进行加倍复验，若仍有一个试样不能满 足标准要求，应按不合格处理。 5、取样数量对于砂子，一般30kg，对于石子一般100,120kg。 6、对所取样品应妥善包装，避免细料散失及防止污染。并附样品卡片，标明样品的编号、名称、取样时间、产地、规格、样品量、要求检验的项目取样方式等。 (三)样品的缩分方法 1、砂子的缩分方法 采用人工四分法缩分:将所取每组样品置于平板上，在潮湿状态下拌和均匀，并堆成厚度约为200mm的“圆饼”。然后沿互相垂直的两条直径把“圆饼”分成大致相等四份，取其对角的两份重新拌匀，再堆成“圆饼”。重复上述过程，直至缩分后的材料料量略多于进行试验所必需的量为止。 对较少的砂样品(如作单项试验室)，可采用较干原砂样，但应该仔细拌匀后缩分。 砂的堆积密度和紧密密度及含水率检验所用的砂样可不经缩分，在拌匀后直接进行试验。 2、石子的缩分 将每组样品置于平板上，在自然状态下拌和均匀，并堆成锥体，然后沿互相垂直的两条直径把锥体分成大致相等的四份，取其对角的两份重新拌匀，再堆成锥体，重复上述过程，直至缩分的材料量略多于试验所必需的量为止。 石子的含水率、堆积密度、紧密密度检验所用的试样，不经缩分，拌匀后直接进行试验。 六、钢筋、焊接件及连接件的取样 (一)热轧钢筋 1、组批规则 以同一牌号、同一炉罐号、同一规格、同一交货状态，不超过60吨为一批。 2、取样方法 拉伸检验:任选两根钢筋切取。两个试样，试样长500mm。 冷弯检验:任选两根钢筋切取两个试样，试长度按下式计算: L=1.55*(a+d)+140mm 式中:L—试样长度 a—钢筋公称直径 d—弯曲试验的弯心直径;按下表取用 钢筋牌号(强度等级) HPB235(?级) HRB335 HRB400 HRB500 公称直径(mm) 8,20 6,25 28,50 6,25 28,50 6,25 28,50 弯心直径d 1a 3a 4a 4a 5a 6a 7a 在切取试样时，应将钢筋端头的500mm去掉后再切取。 (二)低碳钢热轧圆盘条 1、组批规则 以同一牌号、同一炉罐号、同一品种、同一尺寸、同一交货状态，不超过60吨为一批。 2、取样方法: 拉伸检验:任选一盘，从该盘的任一端切取一个试样，试样长500mm。 弯曲检验:任选两盘，从每盘的任一端各切取一个试样，试样长200mm。 在切取试样时，应将端头的500mm去掉后再切取。 (三)冷拔低碳钢丝 1、组批规则 甲级钢丝逐盘检验。乙级钢丝以同直径5吨为一批任选三盘检验。 2、取样方法 从每盘上任一端截去不少于500mm后，再取两个试样一个拉伸，一个反复弯曲，拉伸试样长500mm，反复弯曲试样长200mm。 (四)冷轧带肋钢筋 1、冷轧带肋钢筋的力学性能和工艺性能应逐盘检验，从每盘任一端截去500mm以后，取两个试样，拉伸试样长500mm，冷弯试样长200mm。 2、对成捆供应的550级冷轧带肋钢筋应逐捆检验。从每捆中同一根钢筋上截取二个试样，其中，拉伸试样长500mm，冷弯试样长250mm。如果，检验结果有一项达不到标准规 定。应从该捆钢筋中取双倍试样进行复验。 (五) 钢筋焊接接头的取样 A、取样规定 [根据《钢筋焊接及验收规程》(JGJ18-2003)] 1、钢筋闪光对焊接头取样规定 a 在同一台班内，由同一焊工完成的300个同牌号、同直径钢筋焊接接头应作为一批。当同一台班内焊接的接头数量较少，可在一周之内累计计算;累计仍不足300个接头，应按一批计算。 b 力学性能检验时，应从每批接头中随机切取6个试件，其中3个做拉伸试验，3个做弯曲试验。 c 焊接等长的预应力钢筋(包括螺丝端杆与钢筋)时，可按生产时同等条件制作模拟试件。 d 螺丝端杆接头可只做拉伸试验。 e 封闭环式箍筋闪光对焊接头，以600个同牌号、同规格的接头为一批，只做拉伸试验。 f 当模拟试件试验结果不符合要求时，应进行复验。复验应从现场焊接接头中切取，其数量和要求与初始试验相同。 2、钢筋电弧焊接头取样规定 a 在现浇混凝土结构中，应以300个同牌号、同型式接头作为一批;在房屋结构中，应在不超过二楼层中300个同牌号、同型式接头作为一批。每批随机切取3个接头，做拉伸试验。 b 在装配式结构中，可按生产条件制作模拟试件，每批3个，做拉伸试验。 c 钢筋与钢板电弧搭接焊接头可只进行外观检查。 d 模拟试件的数量和要求应与从成品中切取时相同。当模拟试件试验结果不符合要求时，复验应再从成品中切取，其数量和要求与初始试验时相同。 注:在同一批中若有几种不同直径的钢筋焊接接头，应在最大直径接头中切取3个试件。 3、钢筋电渣压力焊接头取样规定
