Triangle at the cemetery (Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou), and the sm7 手机网络新闻是“第五媒体”的重要组成部分。 手机网络新闻不同于手机报，手机报是在固定时间针对开通手机报业务的用户固定发送的，受时间的约束。并且手机报的内容有限，只限于一些重大新闻，不方便受众阅览地方性新闻等。手机网络新闻收费便宜，以移动运营商为例，5元可以包30M流量，而1kb可以阅读将近50的内容。以一篇新闻1000字计算，再加上手机网络新闻中图片产生的流量，30M可以阅读近几千篇新闻。手机网络新闻方便了受众能够随时随地的获取大量的新闻内容，受到了受众的欢迎。 平心而论，手机网络新闻在“第五媒体”中所占比重不是很大，目前“第五媒体”仍是手机报的天下。但随着人们对手机网络新闻印象的加深，各新闻网站对手机网络的投入，手机网络新闻必定会在“第五媒体”中发挥举足轻重的作用。 四，目前我国手机网络新闻存在的问题。 (一)垃圾信息、虚假信息与不良信息的传播。 手机网络新闻作为一种刚刚兴起的新闻传播方式，越来越多的承载社会意识形态和文化功能。但是手机网络新闻在中国的发展还十分的不完善，这就给了一些不法分子以可乘之机。 流言的可怕在手机网络中有着愈演愈烈的趋势,不制止就必然会危害社会。手机扩展功能的逐步研发,必将利弊共存、垃圾信息和黄色信息的泛滥、个人隐私屡屡被侵犯和信息安全等方面的问题逐步被认知,并认知到严重到不制不可的地步,但如何有效制止仍是值得和必须探讨的。在正常的人际交往中,人们都有社会赋予的角色,言语和行为都会受到道德与法律的约束,人们的角色意识强烈。而一旦处于隐蔽状态,约束力的缺失必将导致个性与欲望的无限升级,就会导致信息难以控制,加速不良庸俗信息的泛滥。中奖、推销、迷信、色情等五花八门的不良信息成为手机网络中的“毒瘤”,由于不良信息不易抗拒、不分时间、不分场合的“入侵”令人防不胜防。由于手机可以随心所欲的拍照,所以由此引发的偷拍导致的侵犯他人隐私权、肖像权的事件层出不穷。更值得注意的是,手机网络新闻 ailway, Jiujiang road, invaded Wu Jiang. Triangle at the cemetery (Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou), and the small triangle (Soviet Union, Ka, Lake) whe ships of 72 and a half the Harbour, like8 作为一种年轻的文化,在年轻人中影响很大,对于年轻人的道德观念、价值取向、生活方式长生着深远的影响。这一切都是值得我们关注的,也是急需要各级部门解决的。 (二)在很大程度上受到了公众手机类型的制约。 手机网络新闻是以手机为媒介的一种新的传播方式，因此也受到了来自受众手机类型的制约。智能手机上网速度快、信号好，并且手机屏幕也大，支持3G上网技术。因此，智能手机是用来阅览手机网络新闻的首选手机类型，但由于在中国，智能手机的发展处于一个刚刚起步的阶段，科技技术不是很完善，并且价格昂贵，现如今得不到大范围的推广。普通手机屏幕小，一页能容纳的内容也相对较少，并且普通手机的屏幕分辨率也较低，受众长时间的通过普通手机来阅读新闻，会造成眼睛干涩不适。而且普通手机上网速度慢，受众在阅读新闻时，因网速太慢而打不开网页，会造成受众失去用手机阅读网络新闻的兴趣，开始逐渐远离手机网络新闻，改用传统纸质报纸阅读新闻。因此，手机网络新闻的发展在很大程度上受到了受众手机类型的制约。 (三)受公众心理因素的影响。 由于手机本身的通信工具特点，使得手机媒体化的应用与众不同，使得当前许多传统媒体与手机媒体结合过程中出现众多的困惑。这些困惑主要是传统媒体的经营理念根深蒂固，人们很自然地用传统媒介思维去套手机媒体的运营，结果并不令人满意，而这也是探索以手机为媒介的网络新闻运营模式的必经过程。 中老年人接收新事物的能力差，思想传统、保守。这个层次段的人尤其对高科技的领悟能力较差，不会单纯的为了阅读新闻而学习手机上网技术。由于一直受传统新闻传播媒介的影响，这一层次段的人仍多选择广播、报纸、电视等来接受新闻。 五，手机网络新闻的发展前景 g city.
