干过四大的人现在干什么 曾经听应届去四大的师兄师姐介绍，四大是个两头开口的大管子，一头每年进来很多新人，另一头是高居不下的跳槽。 我对四大并不了解，无意中在雁渡寒潭上看到了这个四大人晒自己经历的帖子。其中有几十位四大人跳槽出来后，回顾了自己在四大前前后后的一些感受。 比较遗憾的是帖子的作者对自己的背景没有太多的交代，加上大多是跳槽走的，普遍不太喜欢四大的工作，所以能借鉴的东西有限，希望大家批判的看，独立思考。 ——有朋友说，看别人的路再多，最后自己怎么走还是要靠自己，我很同意。帖子很长，大家要斟酌自己宝贵的时间，谢谢。 1 、普华——被公司劝退——猎头联系，转入实业界 我是忙季后走的，准确的说，是被劝退……某par和career coach道貌岸然地找我谈话，准备好一副“持久战”的样子等待我申辩。其实我早就已经打算走了，所以很干脆。 走，是因为得罪人，搞笑的是我得罪的人后来也混不下去了。呵呵，流言足以杀死一个人，走的时候才充分体会:“走的未必是最差的，留下的也未必是好的”(我没有讽刺留下来的同志的意思) 走之前，我邮箱里收一封话说得很难听的"鉴定"—— 基本上用a2的语言把我说得一无是处。这份working paper语气是那么稚嫩而后尖刻，其中混着错别字。真不敢想象一个professional的公司，会像一个泼妇一样用尽浑身解数来伤害对方，这是我看到的最刺眼的信了……然后，找工作，不断面试，也不断看CPA ，浑浑噩噩的。我承认，我走的时候心态不好，甚至偏激。离开的过程是让我心态从扭曲到正常的过程。每个离开四大的人绝不会单纯为了钱，或者健康，原因说不清也道不明，总之就是不舒服。有些人、有些事伤害了我，我不明白为什么有些人可以上着淘宝，把事情丢给我做，结果那s还说我很不好;我不明白为什么我生病的时候，打分的时候有人说我装病，我不明白为什么我发烧39.5的时候经理可以一脸淡然的，在晚上2点跟我说:“你做完这些就可以走”……而实际那些东西在早晨8点才能做完……而离开后，想念却没有后悔过。 找工作，面试了10+公司，从内审到分析都有。先在一家小公司做了3个月，然后有猎头找到我，于是跳槽到了现在这个公司，东西是新的，也会加班，但是相比四大的加班算是很少了。中秋节发了月饼以及面包券(说实在的，p记只发1/4的月饼真让我恶心)。现在的薪水比我走时要多点，虽然每年的涨幅有限，但起码我开心。 发salary信后，我最初的感觉是痛快～(离开之后的心态不免有个比较，希望大家别介意)。 但是换位思考，如果我现在还在P记，我也会气愤，因为倒霉的是底下做事的人，但是同时我也质疑，留下来的很多人都在抱怨，可有多少人会拿出行动走。 真的，大多数时候走的人，是对公司失望而一言不发的人。而正因为留恋和抱有希望，所以才会抱怨吧……如果要走，纵使金融危机多么严重，也是有机会的，只是个人的期望是多少罢了，我不在乎钱多少，我只是不想回到妈妈半夜3点帮我煮方便面而我边做边吃边流眼泪的日子。 我相信四大的朋友们仍然是优秀的，所以不要妄自菲薄，如果真的有打算，可以开始新的旅程，如果打算留下，也要记住，人的脊梁骨是 直的。 system troubleshooting. Recovery building intranet and extranet communication optical cable from medical and rehabilitation of ground floor one floor basement corridor into the rehabilitation floor weak current lines1th, floor and 2nd, floor of intranet and outside network of communications cable since medical integrated floor of information room leads, along rehabilitation center of weak tube respectively into 1th, floor of East, in the, West three seat floor a layer of weak equipment 抢回来后，业务本身却相对容易完成。因为咨询本身具有一定顺意性，还有一点艺术性在里面，而且几乎没有职业风险。正是这个原因，我在四大一年多时间里面，几乎没有被那种传说中的超长时间 加班所折磨过，更没有遭遇通宵工作的非人待遇。反倒是乘着全国出差的机会，好好享受了一下全国各地的夜生活。现在回忆起某些片段还是觉得很精彩啊，也算是我在四大日子的一个成就啊。走题了，言归正传。因为工作性质特殊，闲暇时间比较多的原因，我可以我从事的所谓professional的工作进行更多的观察，进行更多的思考。 这一观察、思考让我看到了很多四大光环底下的阴影。先说业务招揽阶段，说白了四大在业务招揽阶段的伎俩和电视广告卖减肥药差不多，言过于实的proposal、对业务本身作用的虚伪和夸张的宣传，编凑项目经验，和无从考究的best pratice案例。反正就是把客户一阵忽悠，根本没有考虑过自己在客户所在行业当中是否有足够的专业能力，想把业务拿下再说。其实现在这个社会为了生存，大家都在忽悠，所以四大忽悠一下也是可以理解的，但是我没法理解的是四大连忽悠都订了一大套规矩，连ppt中可以用颜色系列都一大套规定。所以每次做 proposal的ppt，光调颜色就搞一个晚上，何况其他繁文缛节多的去了。多数的工作量都在应付这些繁琐的东西了，proposal本身的却没有花多少心思，不断重复过去内容。 再说拿下业务之后吧。我感觉公司就是收入至上，没有真正尊重过客户。有些客户确实把一些咨询项目看得非常重要，肯花大钱，并投入一定的人力协助外部顾问做项目。可惜啊，客户的重视被四大的par们忽视了，par们派来了都是没有行业经验的senior和magr。这些老大们大都毕业后在四大一直做做过来的，和这些人一起做项目的时候，感觉他们和我们普通staff一样，对客户的行业根本不了解，即使了解也是跟我们一样，属于门外汉看热闹那一层次的。但是因为有了title，这些人charge rate就可高了。我们这些对行业知识一片空白的老大们还要但当领队责任，主导并担负项目发展方向和质量，有时候，有些项目经理一边做项目一边还要拉业务，白天在客户现场工作，晚上回去赶制下一个项目的proposal。这样做出来的项目质量可想而知。实际上四大根本没有行业专家可派出来，proposal提到的行业专家多数是滥竽充数的，或者不知道从那里拉出来列到proposal里面凑数的，真正做项目的时候根本没见人。 最后说业务的结果。其实，项目的结果在项目开始时就已经知道了，因为无论什么行业，无论业务有什么差异性，无论客户曾经提到特别关注些什么，我们最终将递交给客户的东西早就准备好了。项目该怎么做，做到什么层次，什么，什么内容都早就已经有模板了，稍微花点时间去跟客户聊聊，把一些细节修改修改就成为递交物拉。其实，这些模板的东西很害人，老大们花了很多的时间来要求我们把递交物的内容做的更接近模板，在强调形式的过程中却忽略了事情的本质。一步步跟着模板做，我们忘记了客户花钱雇我们来做这个业务是干什么的;忘记了去满足客户的需求;忘记如何通过创新来把服务做好。当我们为了形式而形式的递交物产生时，我们的项目结束了，我们看到了有些客户失望的眼神，看到有些客户对我们产品不屑一顾的表情，看到有些客户有些愤愤但还是默默忍受了。不过也不是所有客户都怎么好忽悠的，我就试过在成果报告会上被客户说得脸面无存，客户挑明说:无法接受这些所谓的项目成果。 我想，四大当年把咨询业务独立出去是绝对对的。不能搞咨询拉，搞也先穿个马甲，别让人认出来是你四大在搞，一折腾就把自己那点半桶水的水平都让人家客户都了解了。好不容易把审计业务搞得玄乎又玄乎的，让客户永远搞不明白，甚至搞不明白这么玄乎的东西怎么连一出纳的简单舞弊都发现不了，最后还要推卸回客户自己身上。这下好，搞咨询了，一system troubleshooting.
