It is found f rom the s tat ist ic ana lys is of the experim enta l re sult s that frame frequency, respon se t im e and video content have s ign ificant inf luence on moving im age s qua lity. H ighe r frame frequency re su lt s in bet te r qua lity and there is an opt im al f rame frequency. L onger re sponse t im e resu lts in wo rse qua lity. Fo r differen t video content s, diffe rent mot ion a rt ifact s are perceived. B lurring and judder a re the most perce ivable art ifact s.
