翻译论文：翻译 军事装备 平行语料库 术语 翻译论文:基于语料库的军事装备术语的翻译研究 【中文摘要】军事装备术语,作为军事英语的一部分,属于科技英语的范畴。有关军事装备命名及其翻译的研究已经越来越受到语言学家及军事学家的重视。相对来说,军事英语的研究以及对美军军事装备命名的研究在一定程度上已经相当丰富并硕果累累,而对军事装备命名的翻译研究还有很多不足之处。大部分此类研究仅限于命名方面或者军事英语的文体、语法特征等方面,比较片面,并没有将命名与翻译结合起来。随着语料库的引入和发展,许多语言学家尝试着把平行语料库运用到翻译研究中去。这一尝试已经被实践一再切实可行。语料库由真实语料构成,享有容量大,搜索快捷的优势。因此,平行语料库已经被大量运用到翻译研究的领域。目前还没有过基于语料库的的军事装备术语的翻译研究。因此,借助自建的小型平行语料库,作者对军事装备名称的翻译进行了研究。本文旨在通过对比研究军事装备在中国的命名和在英美国家的翻译,以发现军事装备命名与翻译之间的联系。作者对同一装备的不同译法进行对比,以军事装备的翻译特点及趋势。本文的重要结论有以下几点:(1)中国军事装备翻译成英语,有北约代号的装备通常以功能对等理论为翻译原则;没有北约代号的装备通常也是以功能对等理论为翻译原则。因... 【英文摘要】Armaments terms, as a part of military English, fall in the domain of English for science and technology.
