消毒剂对不同水体中ElTor霍乱弧菌杀灭作用的实验观察

#论著# 基金项目:深圳市南山区科技局资助( 99- 04- 23) 作者单位: 518054深圳市南山区卫生防疫站站长室(陈昭斌、段 永翔) ;华西医科大学公共卫生学院(张朝武、孙俊红) 消毒剂对不同水体中 El Tor霍乱弧菌 杀灭作用的实验观察 陈昭斌 张朝武 段永翔 孙俊红 =摘要> 目的 研究消毒剂对不同水体中 El Tor霍乱弧菌的杀灭作用,为霍乱疫源地的消毒提 供指导。方法 用细菌悬液定量杀灭实验测定消洁粉、固体碘伏、二氧化氯和戊二醛 4 种消毒剂分别 对生活污水、医院污水、沟水、河水和海水 5 种不同水体中 El Tor 霍乱弧菌的杀灭效果。结果 对 5 种水体中的埃尔托生物型霍乱弧菌定量杀菌 5 min, 其杀菌率皆达到 100%时, 消洁粉,碘伏, ClO2 及戊 二醛的浓度分别为 25. 0~ 250. 0 mgPL, 100. 0~ 250. 0 mgPL, 10. 0~ 25. 0 mgPL 及 100~ 500 mgPL. 结论 不同消毒剂杀灭水体中埃尔托生物型霍乱弧菌的能力有差别。同种消毒剂对 5 种不同水体中的霍乱 弧菌的杀灭作用亦有差别,污水比天然水体所需消毒剂浓度相应提高。 =关键词> 消毒药; 水; 弧菌,霍乱; 灭菌 Experiment observations of the germicidal effects of disinfectants on vibrio cholerae of E l Tor biotype in different water bodies CHEN Zhaobin* , ZHANG Chaowu, DUAN Yongxiang, et al . * Nanshan District Health and Anti - epidemic Station, Shenzhen 518054, China =Abstract> Objective To study the germicidal effect of disinfectant on vibrion cholerae of El Tor biotype in different water bodies and to set a guidelines for disinfection in the epidemic foci of cholera. Methods The suspension quantitative bactericidal test was used to examine the germicidal effects of four kinds of disinfectants, including Chlorine compound disinfectant, Indophor、Chlorine diox ide and Glutarlehyde, on vibrio cholerae of El Torbiotype in waste water from residential areas and hospitals, and water from ditches, rivers and seas. Results When gerimicidal rate for Vibrio Cholerae of El- Tor biotype in the five different kinds of water bodies reached to 100% in five minutes, concentrations of Chlorine compound disinfectant, Indophor, Chlorine dioxide and Glutaraldehyde were 25. 0 ~ 250. 0 mgPL, 100. 0 ~ 250. 0 mgPL, 10. 0 ~ 25. 0 mgPL and 100~ 500 mgPL, respectively. Conclusions Germicidel effects of the four kinds of disinfectants on Vibrio Cholerae of El- Tor biotype differed, and so did germicidal effect of each of the same disinfectant on it in the five different kinds of water bodies.
