右膝关节退行性变 膝关节退行性变三阶段运动可改善 人过中年，机体器官开始发生退行性改变。膝关节是人体基本的负重关节，当膝关节的肌腱、韧带发生退行性改变后，关节腔的润滑液分泌减少，膝关节骨面长期摩擦形成骨质磨损，关节周围组织由于炎症等原因易发生纤维粘连，所以老年人常会感到膝关节发僵，有时还会发出“咔嗒”的弹响声或是摩擦声，在受凉或过度活动时会诱发疼痛、肿胀、关节腔积液，严重的还会使老年人关节畸形，形成残疾。 我院骨关节科根据膝关节退行性改变的病机，参照国内外研究成果，结合临床经验，为患者了三阶段运动疗法。如果能够在完成中药熏蒸疗法后循序渐进地进行，约有85,的患者能够恢复正常的生活。 第一阶段关节增氧训练 膝关节只有得到足够的氧才可以自我修复。关节增氧训练是适合于患者自己在家里进行的针对股四头肌的运动治疗(股四头肌及其肌腱的强健，对稳固膝关节有重要作用)，可以在中药外用基本消除肿胀疼痛的基础上，达到有效保护膝关节和祛除老年膝关节痛的效果。 老年人股四头肌肌力较弱或关节肿胀、疼痛明显，关节周围组织积液，适宜选用以静止运动为主的护膝操，以不需活动关节、不加重关节磨损为特点，可使关节疼痛明显减轻。练习强度应由低到高，开始每天练习持续时间可短一些，患者耐受后，可逐渐增加。 第1节:卧位绷腿 取仰卧位或仰坐位，双腿伸直不动。将大腿肌肉绷紧，做时可用手模一下膝关节上部的大腿正面，可以感到大腿肌肉绷紧鼓起就达到目的，绷紧肌肉6,9秒钟，放松1秒钟，每次反复做20分钟。心血管疾病患者应注意绷压腿时间不应超过10秒钟。 coupling Centre shall be checked, the second poured concrete strength of more than 70%.
