景观桥罗马柱工法 景观桥罗马墩柱施工工法 中国一冶集团有限公司 殷滇 徐光辉 吴俊 1.前言 随着我国经济发展~城市化进程给市政交通与人文环境带来的双重压力日益突显~各大城市中心区均采用高架立交桥的形式组织交通~其墩柱、盖梁目前多采用圆、方形~造型显得粗壮、呆板~且又因桥梁的振动和露天性的特点~无法进行二次装饰,如干挂石材等,~这样虽然解决了市区的交通问题~但对城市人文环境~视觉效果造成了很大的破坏。 深圳市作为世界花园城市和宜居城市~率先提出市中心区须建成景观桥~以美化人文环境~提高城市品格~达到与人文环境的和谐。 我公司作为第一家承建市政景观桥梁的单位~对景观桥的墩柱及帽梁通过人性化细节考虑~进行柱槽的线条处理~减弱粗壮感~增加欧式,罗马,特定元素和多方向多角度的视觉美感~经反复研究~动态演示、试验、专家评审~最终形成景观桥罗马墩柱莲花座帽梁的设计效果~并形成了此施工工法。 2.工法特点 2.1罗马墩柱莲花帽梁装饰线条顺直~平滑~且有多方向多角度视觉美感~减弱了粗壮感~施工成型后无需打磨或其他装饰处理~浑然天成~达到清水砼效果~且为城市增加一处人文景观。 2.2模板既保证砼浇筑侧压力要求~又装拆方便~实用~操作简单 3.适用范围 本工法适用市政桥梁~轻轨工程的墩柱施工~还可以推广应用到酒店~会堂等大型公益性房建工程。 4.工艺原理 为了成功建造特殊工艺造型的大型桥梁墩柱,罗马柱及莲花台座,~首先要定制工艺模板~并满足施工的可行性要求~研发施工工艺~另外必须按清水混凝土乃至混凝土的艺术观感效果要求配制及施工。墩柱模型采用特制定型钢模,接头用螺栓联接。模型在地面按墩柱高度进行并联拼装,模型安装前均匀涂刷脱模剂,模型间的接口缝用封口胶泥密封,模型采用整体预拼,一次吊装,以保证接头平整度和严密性都好,在模型底部用水泥砂浆填塞防止漏浆,模型拼装就位后,检测其位置及垂直度。 5.施工工艺及操作要点 profile yongxing river level hydropower station pressure pipe pipeline plane Shang along Ridge is line layout, and slope surface contour close vertical, Guan Po with original ground line changes, used open type Ming tube, single tube joint water way, competent diameter 1.3M, long 931.00m, two root non-symmetric "Bu" type support tube, diameter 0.8M, single root long 8.3M. Gutter width 0.5M depth 0.5m,M5 grouted rubble masonry. 9.2 main engineering content this standard pressure pipe and the metal structure installation part main including Yunnan province tengchong County yongxing River primary and secondary hydropower station in the of pressure pipe and the power station metal structure, which level power station pressure pipe total about 562t (containing annex); II level power station pressure pipe about 733 t (containing annex); level power station metal structure about 52.5 t, containing discharge Gate 2 hole, rushed sand Gate 1 hole, water mouth work door and the stopped dirt gate the 1 hole, Qian pool work door and the stopped dirt gate the 1 hole; Secondary power station metal junction at about 19.5 t, containing sand Gate 1 hole, water inlet water gate and trash the 1 hole; their auxiliary hoist equipment and electrical 还要用墨线弹出十字交叉线和墩柱外边线,可根据施工需要~每边加宽固定值,以便于控制墩柱模板的定位。 帽梁施工放样时~应测量出帽梁中心位臵以及帽梁顶部标高,用红油漆作记号,~并用墨线弹出十字线~调整好帽梁模板标高及位臵~方可施工。 2、钢筋安装 1,钢筋进场出厂质量合格证齐全~进场后的钢筋按规范规定进行抽样试验~试验合格后才能加工使用。进场的钢筋材料要堆放好~防止生锈及被污染。 2,墩柱锚固筋与承台锚固筋按规范和设计要求连接牢固,形成一体。 3,基础上上已预埋的钢筋位臵必须准确,满足钢筋保护层的要求,墩身钢筋与预埋钢筋按50%截面错开配臵。 4,墩柱骨架筋全部配螺旋筋绑扎~安装好后,与承台预埋钢筋焊接。 5,钢筋骨架在不同高度处绑扎适量的垫块,以保持钢筋在模板中的准确位臵和保护层厚度。 6,保护好钢筋成品~防止锈蚀及污染等~对已安装的立柱钢筋笼~一定要经过除锈处理~方可施工。 3、模板安装 模板面清理打磨光滑平整后刷脱模剂~在立柱模板下口10CM处焊定位钢筋?按模板编号顺序分节分片由下而上进行安装,吊机配合、先安定位销钉及竖向栓再安横向栓,?安装定圆法兰?吊线调垂后用钢风缆绳锁定。(注:每块模板拼缝接缝处设有5mm深的榫口并有公母之分~拼缝接缝处理采用硅胶涂抹填充并抹平)。 、混凝土浇筑 4 混凝土由商砼搅拌站供应,要求水泥含碱量低~C3A含量小~强度富余系数大~活性好~标准稠度用水量小~砼南落度控制在8-10cm~并且原材料色泽均匀一致。混凝土输送车运输至现场,吊车料斗入模。提前在柱模内安装套筒~引导混凝土下落~确保混凝土下落高度小于2m。浇筑混凝土时,采用振动器振动捣实~分层振捣~一次浇筑到顶。振动器振捣时,应符合下列规定:使用插入式振动器时,移动间距不应超过振动器作用半径的1.5倍,与柱模应保持5-10cm的距离,插入下层混凝土5-10cm,每一处振动完毕后边振动边徐徐提出振动棒,避免振动棒碰撞模板、钢筋及其他预埋件。对每一振动部位,必须振动到该部位混凝土密实为止。密实的标志是混凝土停止下沉、不再冒出气泡、表面呈现平坦、泛浆。 5、拆模及养生 混凝土浇筑完1天以后~即可拆模~拆模时注意先拆松竖向栓?拆钢风缆绳?拆定圆法兰?拆竖向、横向栓?按安装时反向顺序拆卸按顺序摆放好。模板拆除后立即用塑料薄膜或土工布从上到下严密包裹~采用洒水养护自然养生相结合的办法养护砼7天。掺用缓凝型外加剂或有抗渗要求的混凝土不得少于14天。派专人不间断进行浇水~每日浇水次数能保持混凝土处于的润湿状态。 5.2.2莲花座式柱帽梁施工 1、帽梁施工方法及施工流程 2、施工平台搭设 帽梁施工平台搭设满堂支架~每处墩柱两个帽梁支架同时搭设~联成一体。支架搭设必须符合规范和设计要求。 3、模板工程 盖梁模板采用一次性冲压成型钢模,安装采用吊车,或塔吊,辅助作业。安装后必须进行标高测量和方位纠正~经验收无误后才能施工。 4、钢筋工程 profile yongxing river level hydropower station pressure pipe pipeline plane Shang along Ridge is line layout, and slope surface contour close vertical, Guan Po with original ground line changes, used open type Ming tube, single tube joint water way, competent diameter 1.3M, long 931.00m, two root non-symmetric "Bu" type support tube, diameter 0.8M, single root long 8.3M.
