亚克力发光字 亚克力发光字广告合同 甲方: 集团有限公司 乙方: 有限公司 甲方委托乙方全权负责 亚克力发光字标准灯制作、指导安装、调试。甲乙双方本着平等互利，真诚合作的原则，依据《中华人民共和国合同法》及相关规定，达成如下: 一、 甲方责任: 1、 甲方负责按照合同规定按时向乙方支付费用。 2、 甲方负责当地物业联系施工及维修手续，提供各种必要条 件，协助乙方办理有关手续，如因物业原因导致工期延迟， 乙方不承认责任， 3、 甲方负责对该项目的制作、安装质量监督。 二、 乙方责任: 1、 乙方负责按照甲方的技术要求进行制作、安装及维修服务 乙方负责施工现场的安全，因施工损坏业主(或物业部门)的 财产应及时修复或照价赔偿。 2、 维修服务需做到随叫随到，出现问或安全隐患，甲方报 修时，乙方须在24小时内作出答复，48小时内有初步解决建 议。如遇天气或外部干扰影响施工，造成停工，则工期顺延。 三、 付款方式: 本合同自签字盖章之日起有效，工程总款为 元整，预付 元(合同总款的 50%)，工程完工并检验合格后,乙方向甲方 开具等额发票，甲方在收到发票后7日内付 元(合mass line of the party construction of education system, improve scientific and systematization and standardization level of the party building.
