In these two areas it is the redesign effort which must address the majority of issues Implementation Success - Key Focus Areas Implementation Success - Key Focus AreasOur experience tells us that achieving harmony of people, processes and technology requires a focus in six key areas:PeopleProcessesTechnologyBusiness FocusBusiness FocusWhat quantifiable business gains are expected?

In the Business Assess Phase we look at all of these and build a 'Case for Change' that validates the need for the business transformation project.
We also look at the areas of business transformation that the client wishes to address. We then use our business expertise to advise and guide the client in the selection of the best business practices in order to maximize their investment in this transformation initiative.
Particular attention is given to the identification and quantification of business benefits that will be achieved by the implementation of the selected package. The Value of Our Solution ApproachBusiness Assess PhaseRunPrepareBusiness AssessPackage AssessPlanDesignImplementManage/RunnullThe main purpose of the Package Assess Phase is:

Special attention is given to designing all interfaces, package extensions, and data conversion routines. Our solution approach, with its focus on the reuse of assets, can be particularly effective in this and following phases.Design PhaseThe Value of Our Solution ApproachDesignRunPrepareBusiness AssessPackage AssessPlanDesignImplementManage/RunnullIt is in the Implement Phase where the package is configured to meet the requirements of the business.
Required system interfaces are built, end users trained, IT infrastructure put in place and plans for final deployment of the system are developed during this phase.
This phase also ensures cut-over to the new system. Final data conversion is completed in this phase along with other activities necessary to bring the new system to life within the business.
Support procedures are established at this time to ensure the ongoing success of the business transformation.
