员工上传照片配置及操作手册 1、 Create a number range for SAP Archive Link Tcode : OANR 2、 Document type  HRICOLFOTO must be exist document class JPG. Tcode:OAC2 Table  : TOAVE 3、 Document type HRICOLFOTO must be linked to object type PREL and IT0002 Tcode:SM30 Table  : V_T585O 4、 Check which Content Repository is linked to document type HRICOLOTO and object type PREL. Tcode:OAC3 / SM30 Table  : TOAOM_C 5、 Create this content Repository with storage type FILE archive. Tcode:OAC0 6、 Link photo to personnel number Tcode  :OAAD Business object: PREL Document type : HRICOLFOTO select a person. Choose the right photo (JPG).Click open. Click “Allow” and show the message :Sucessfully. 7、 Return to PA30.Check the photo. 8、 Delete the photo Tcode:OAAD Execute and select the employee. Select appropriate document and click on the delete icon.
