服务期满特岗教师考核 根据《教育部、财政部、人事部、中央编办关于实施农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位的通知》(教师[2006]2号)及省地县特设岗位计划招聘实施方案要求:“鼓励特岗教师3年聘期结束后，继续扎根基层从事农村教育事业。对自愿留在本地学校的，要负责落实工作岗位，将其工资发放纳入当地财政统发范围，保证其享受当地教师同等待遇”。我县xx年招聘的特岗教师三年服务期将于今年八月期满，为全面掌握我县xx年服务期满“特岗”教师服务期间的基本情况，科学评价服务期满 “特岗”教师工作，为评价录用服务期满“特岗”教师的工作提供依据，做好服务期满特岗教师的工作岗位安排，根据《xx县xx年农村义务教育阶段学校特设岗位教师接转方案》，经局党组研究决定，对xx年“特岗”教师进行综合考核。特制定以下方案: 一、 考核原则 整个考核工作要始终坚持“公平、公正、竞争、择优”的基本原则，结合本县实际，以科学的考核评价机制调动广大特岗教师的工作积极性，促进教师综合素质和工作能力的提高，以积极鼓励高校毕业生长期在我县农村中小学扎根立业为宗旨，努力营造良好的用人环境。 二 、考核对象 xx年招聘，到2011年6月一直在岗的特岗教师。 三、考核内容 yan Zhen and other places. Being a strict party branch members of the publicity of the tomb of Shao deeply shoulder 四、考核时间、程序及办法 (一)考核时间 2011年7月5日至7月31日。 (二)考核程序 1、县成立考核工作领导小组，制发考核方案文件等; 2、特岗教师服务的教辅站要以站为单位成立考核小组，负责组织本站的考核工作; 3、被考核教师本人及所在学校要下载并据实填写《xx县特岗教师工作考核备案表》; 4、及时通知被考核教师撰写工作总结，按要求做好考核相关准备工作; 5、被考核教师服务学校配合教辅站组织对本校纳入考核的特岗教师进行考核，按考核认真逐项打分; 6、教辅站结合学校，确定考核等级，考核采取百分制。(总分在90分以上为优秀、总分为80-89分为合格、60-79分为基本合格、总分在60分以下为不合格)，形成考核意见; 7、县考核领导小组审查考核结果，确定接转对象。 (三)考核办法。 考核采取听、查、看、访、测评、座谈等方式进行，县考核小组根据考核成绩，分别按照优秀、合格、基本合格、不合格四个等次，确定服务期满的特岗教师的考核结果。 yan Zhen and other places. Being a strict party branch members of the publicity of the tomb of Shao deeply shoulder 凡查实属以下四类对象的，考核直接认定为不合格: 1、有体罚或变相体罚学生造成严重影响等违反师德行为的; 2、在一年内连续旷工15天、累计旷工30天的; 3、不服从工作安排，经教育不改，造成对学校、教育主管部门不良影响的; 4、服务期满的特岗教师在服务期间，有二年所任教学科教学成绩在全乡(镇)学年统考中同级别同类别排倒数第一名的; 5、有其他违纪违法行为的。 五、考核结果的运用 1、考核为优秀等次特岗教师，上报县教育行政主管部门表彰作为今后评先选优，晋级提拔的重要依据之一; 2、考核为基本合格及以上等次的特岗教师，服务期满本人要求继续留在农村学校任教者，予以留任; 3、考核定为不合格等次的服务期满的特岗教师，根据有关文件精神解除协议，不再留用。 六、工作要求 1、各乡镇(学校)要高度重视服务期满特岗教师的考核工作，要及时成立考核小组，必须在规定时间内完成考核工作，逾期完成工作任务的站校，县不安排本乡镇接转教师所需经费，后果自负。各站校要严格以2008年特岗教师安置文件上的人员为依据按要求对服务期满特岗教师进行考核，并形成客观的考核结论和鉴定意见，为县考核小组提供真实的考核依据; yan Zhen and other places.
