南京都市圈城市联盟成立

南京都市圈城市联盟成立 南京都市圈地处长三角和中部皖江城市带的接合部，自然人文资源多元组合。自1986年“南京区域经济协调会”第一次会议到2007年开始的“南京都市圈市长峰会”，都市圈已走过10个年头，城市间合作交流平台不断完善。各城市达成了多项单边和多边合作框架协议，推动了都市圈区域间的实质合作。 去年4月，以“共同的规划、共同的明天”为主的第六届南京都市圈市长峰会在宁召开，峰会上，都市圈城市代表共同探讨如何将南京都市圈建设成为承接放大长三角辐射的门户枢纽、长江流域先进制造业中心和现代服务业基地、我国转型发展与承接产业转移相结合的示范区、具有较强竞争力的国家级都市圈等话题。去年12月，《南京都市圈区域规划》专家评审会在南京召开，规划通过了专家评审。南京都市圈经过一年的洗礼，宣城首次作为成员城市加入都市圈城市发展会议，更加充实了都市圈的实力。 今年都市圈市长峰会首次升格为党政联席会议，并成立南京都市圈发展联盟，打造更加务实高效的合作平台;将审议通过《上报〈南京都市圈区域规划〉请示》;研究审议《南京都市圈建设目标体系》，提升都市圈建设质量水平。此外，会上还将成立南京都市圈党报联盟。南京都市圈第一届党政领导联席会议召开，为都市圈各城市的交流提供了更高的平台，也为下一步的发展铺垫了基础。 这十年 我们一直在成长 抓机遇打造“门户型”都市群 随着经济全球化和区域一体化的深入，转型、合作、创新、开放成为区域发展的主题，这也使得都市圈和城市群成为世界各地提升竞争力、参与全球区域竞争的主要方式。城镇化是我国未来发展的最大潜力所在，这为推进都市圈建设提供了良好的时代机遇。国际资本转移不断加快，长三角转型发展和中部地区承接转移态势日趋明显，通过区域产业转型与承接产业转移相结合，为促进南京都市圈产业升级和现代产业体系的形成提供了良好机遇。随着市场经济的进一步发展，我国区域经济发展正呈现由传统的行政区主导向经济区、行政区并举转变趋势，这将有利于南京都市圈突破行政约束，构筑协调有序的城市经济区。 面临机遇，南京都市圈依托连接长三角与中西部的区位优势以及长江溯流而上最后的深水航道条件，通过南京及各中心城市以及沿江、京沪等综合运输大通道，打造区域性金融服务体系、商务服务体系、航运物流网络体系，提升开放型经济水平，为带动长江中上游及中西部地区参与国际竞争创造更好的条件。 全国日益重视区域均衡发展，并着力推动内需市场开拓和中西部地区快速崛起等，也为南京都市圈发挥区位优势，建成中西部地区接受东部辐射乃至面向国际的重要门户提供了重大机遇。抓住机遇，迎难而上，南京都市圈的发展将迎来一个新的时代。 three thematic education and Central and provincial implementation of the inspection group feedback problem rectification in accordance with the three Suns activities require, 11 April 2015 to November organizations focus on activities, focus on General Secretary XI Jinping important speech and the code of self-discipline of the CPC, the CPC disciplinary regulations, and so on.
