--- Having good habits of using eyes
Dear teachers and schoolmates, good morning!
My topic today is ‘Say goodbye to myopia ’ ,I’m going to talk about how to set good habits of using eyes.
Eyes are the windows of our soul. We use them to explore the world, They are our good companies.We use them to appreciate the beauty of the colourful scenery of nature. 70 per cent of information is got by our eyes.
But nowadays,the number of myopia among students increases sharply, we can see more and more students around us wear glasses and the glasses on the nose are getting thicker and thicker. It not only have a strong impact on our study ,but also make our daily life inconvenient.
But why there are more and more students wearing such thick glasses just like the bottom of bottles. According to the survey,only a few of them from genetic factors. Most of them are drawn from experience.The reasons have to trace back to the students' own habits with the eye problems.
In fact,everything in our life can affect our eyesight.
Now,please follow me.I’ll show you several scenes:
Scene 1: Eye exercises. When the music played in the classroom ,the students are in a mess. a group of girls are talking about something; Over there , a few boys are still fighting for fun,it seems to completely ignore the music of the loudspeaker.
Scene 2: the whole class are doing eye exercises quietly, but only a few have a quick glance at the teacher in the class and the student who is on duty. When they see the teacher don’t notice them,they opened his eyes.
Scene 3: After PE lesson, some students do eye exercises without washing their hands,or rub the eyes with the dirty hands.
Scene 4: At home,after finishing doing homework in a hurry,they play games on the computer ,ipad or mobile phone . Hours and hours passes without a rest.

The four scenes from students' life, deeply reflects the students’habits with the eyes in their daily life. In fact,doing eye exercises is a good way to protect eyesight. Eye exercises can relieve students with eye fatigue. Keeping doing eye exercises twice a day can also improve students' vision.
Eyes are very important to us.In order to protect the eyes, we must do the following:
1.Don’t read books for too long.we should have a at least ten minutes’ rest every one hour.
2.We should put our light on the left.We’d better use 30-40W lights.
3.We should have a good diet.Have less sugar or sweet food,but more nutriments,like protein,Calcium and vitamin. Do eye exercises regularly.
4.Read in a correct posture.Don't read in bed ,on bus or
While you are walking.
5.Do more exercise to keep fit.Then,
