Four, on the organizational arrangements for the maintenance and management personnel in actual operation of the unit, the conservation section is divided into four groups, namely, conservation of trees and flowering shrubs group 长洞自然村群山环绕，山路弯曲，村民种田、出行都很不方便。早在1994年，唐甲苟在广西搞基建工程赚了一些钱，毅然决定回来帮村里修路。他出钱出力，请人工、买、挖山石、筑路基„„经过大半年的时间，花费近30万元，硬是将不到半米宽的崎岖山路拓宽到4米多。这条2公里长的村道，成了村民们生产生活的康庄大道。 长洞自然村300多亩农田，只有一个骨干山塘，而且渠道年久失修，渗漏严重，村民种田经常遭受干旱之苦。山塘也位于半山腰，没有泄洪设施，降暴雨时洪水经常漫过山塘，损毁农田，而且严重威胁下游的几十户村民生命安全。 唐甲苟看在眼里，急在心里，决定不等不靠，自己掏钱买来水泥，请来5个农民工，从去年8月开始至今，一直在这里修水渠和整修山塘。今年中央1号文件提出加快水利改革发展，唐甲苟积极响应，他说:“国家这么重视水利，我们村民也要尽自己最大努力修水利。” 顺着山塘往下，一条水泥砖块衬砌的渠道，光滑平整，向下游农田延伸，足有四五百米长。在公路两旁，还堆着大量的水泥砖。“趁着冬天下雨少，要加快施工进度，争取明年早稻用得着～”唐甲苟说。 在山塘埂上，也堆满了石头，山塘下方正在衬砌护坡。唐甲苟还准备修一条溢洪道，解除山塘的安全隐患。 助人为乐 慷慨捐款 在长洞自然村，我们看到好几处保存完好的古代拴马碑，约有齐腰高。看得出，这个村落有些历史底蕴。 唐甲苟拿出唐氏族谱，翻到其中一页，自豪地说:“你看，我们这里以前出过状元呢～” 据唐氏族谱记载，1387年，该村唐泰稔中状元，之后被明太祖朱元璋招为驸马。村里至今还有一座驸马墓。 这种历史底蕴，培育着唐甲苟勤劳淳朴、助人为乐的性格。 村里有两个五保户，生活困难。逢年过节，唐甲苟都要买些衣物慰问，或者直接给一点钱。五保户唐祖冬说:“甲苟对我像亲人一样。既有国家的供养，也有像甲苟这样的乡亲们照顾，我打心眼里感谢大家～” 热心公益事业，唐甲苟持之以恒。 在2010年石岩头镇中心小学合格学校建设中，唐甲苟也带头捐款，被石岩头镇人民政府授予“捐资助学模范”荣誉称号。 汶川大地震发生后，广大群众踊跃捐款。唐甲苟从新闻报道中看到，不少党员纷纷交特殊党费。他先后捐了两次款，总计4000元，但是由于不是党员，没有交成特殊党费，让他感觉不爽。不久，他郑重地向洞口庙村党支部提交了入党申请书。2010年7月，唐甲苟终于成为一名共产党员。 唐甲苟并不是很富有，这么频繁的捐助有时甚至让自己生产资金都难以周转，但妻子王蓉很支持他。王蓉说:“都是乡里乡亲的，谁家没个困难，互帮互助，就能一起过上好日子。”朴实的话语，道出一对普通夫妇不普通的情怀。 有了妻子的支持，唐甲苟对公益事业更加“来劲”了。 a large area full Jet wide using insecticides on a regular basis for preventive measures and killing pests, to pay attention to the management of drug safety and drug equipment. ? ready high pressure spray gun, petrol, power, white plastic buckets and Aspirators. ? pay attention to wind direction jobs ago, starting from the downwind areas, spray height, spray low, with rubber gloves, respirator (mask).
