eestablishmentofacomprehensiveevaluationsystemfordesigners,planners,engineersandmanagersamorethanever,amoresimple,Guizhangmingquegreenbuildingassessmenttoolsanddesignguidelines.3.2Thesocialsignificance.Greenbuildingratingsystemreflectsthesocialsignificanceofthemainadvocatesofthenewwayoflife,heightenedawarenessandpublicparticipationinthecontinuationoflocalculturearetwoaspects.Topromoteahealthylifestyle.Greenbuildingratingsystem,thesocialsignificanceoftheprimaryadvocateahealthylifestyle,whichisbasedonthedesignandconstructionofgreenbuildingsasacommunityeducationprocess.Theprinciplesofgreenbuildingratingsystemistheeffectiveuseofresourcesandecologicalrulestofollow,basedonthehealthofbuildingspacetocreateandmaintainsustainabledevelopment.Theconceptofthepasttocorrectpeople'smisconceptionsaboutconsumerlifestyles,thatcannotblindlypursuematerialluxury,butshouldkeeptheenvironmentunderthepremiseofsustainableuseofmodestcomforttopursuelife.Fromthefundamentalterms,constructionistomeethumanneedsbuiltupofmaterialgoodsaspeople'sWenhuayishiNameandlifestyleisnotsustainablewhen,thevalueofgreenbuildingitselfwillbereduced,butonlyhadarealsocialneedWhentherequirementsofsustainabledevelopmentandwayoflifethatmatchesthegreenbuildingtoachievethebestresults.Enhancedawarenessofpublicparticipation.GreenBuildingRatingsystemisnotamonopolyforthedesignstaffofprofessionaltools,butforplanners,designers,engineers,managers,developers,propertyowners,jointlyownedbythepublicandotherassessmenttools.Itbrokethepreviousprofessionaldevelopmentofthemonopolytoencouragetheparticipationofthepublicandotherpublicofficers.Throughpublicparticipation,theintroductionofarchitectsandotherbuildingusers,theconstructionofdialogueparticipants,makingtheoriginaldesignprocessdominatedbythearchitectbecomesmoreopen.Provedtheinvolvementofvariousviewsandagoodhelptocreateadynamicculture,embodysocialjusticecommunity.3.3Theeconomicsignificance.Greenbuildingratingsystem,theeconomicsignificancecanbedividedintomacroandmicrolevels.Atthemacrolevel,thegreenbuildingratingsystemfromthesystemlife-cycleperspective,thegreenbuildingdesignintegratedintotheeconomicissuesinvolvedintheproductionfromthebuildingmaterials,design,construction,operation,resourceuse,wastedisposal,recyclingofdemolitionuntilthenaturalresourcesthewholeprocess.Economicconsiderationsofgreenbuildingisnolongerlimitedtothedesignprocessitself,whilethepolicyextendedtothedesignofthenarrowroletoplaytosupportthepolicylevel,includingtheestablishmentof"greenlabeling"system,improvingtheconstructionenvironmentalauditandmanagementsystem,increaseandconstruction-relatedenergyconsumption,pollutantemissionsandotheractsoftaxefforts,improvethelegalsystemofenvironmentalprotection,fromtheincreaseingovernmentconstructionprojectsonthesustainabilityofeconomicsupportandraisethecosttotheconstructionofpollutingtheenvironmentactsasthecostsforgreenbuildingsdesignandconstructiontocreateafavorableexternalenvironment.Thisgoalisnotentirelytheresponsibilityofgovernmentagencies,asthearchitectsinvolvedindesignworkasasoundsystemofresponsibilityforrecommendationsobligations,becauseonlythemostfromthepracticeoftheneedisrealandurgent.Therelatedpolicyissuesingreenbuildingdesignstrategies,buildingasystemtosolvetheeconomicproblemsfacingtheimportantaspects.Atthemicrolevel,thecurrentfromtheeconomicpointofDesignStrategyismorefullyconsidertheeconomicoperationoftheproject,andspecifictechnicalstrategiesaccordinglyadjusted.3.4EthicalSignificance.Greenbuildingratingsystem,thetheoreticalbasisoftheconceptofsustainabledevelopment,therefore,whethertheevaluationsystemofeachcountryhowmuchdifferenceinstructure,theyallhaveonethingincommon:reducetheburdenofecologicalenvironment,improveconstructionqualityoftheenvironmentforfuturegenerationstoremainthedevelopmentofthereisroom.Thisradicallychangethelong-soughthumanblindlytothenaturalattitude,reflectingpeople'sunderstandingoftherelationshipbetweenmanandnaturebytheoppositiontotheuniformchange.Accordingtothecurrentglobalenergyreservesandresourcesdistribution,theEarth'snaturalenvironmentisalsofarfromtheedgeofexhaustion,enoughpeopleenjoytheluxuryofcontemporarymateriallife.Butnowwehavetoconsumearesource,itmeansthatfuturegenerationswillbelessofalivingspace.Moreimportantly,ifweconsumethenaturalenvironmentmorethanitcanlimitself-renewal,thenthefutureoftheyoungergenerationisfacingtheplanet'secosystemscannotrecovertheriskintoarealcrisis.Thereforewecansay,thedevelopmentofgreenbuildingsandtheircorrespondingevaluationsystem,formorecontemporarypeopleistheresponsibilityandobligations.Formoretheinterestsoffuturegenerationsandadvantages.4greenbuildingdesignGreenbuildingdesignincludethefollowing:Savingenergy:fulluseofsolarenergy,usingenergy-efficientbuildingenvelopeandheatingandairconditioning,reducingheatingandairconditioninguse.Setaccordingtotheprincipleofnaturalventilationcoolingsystemthatallowsefficientuseofbuildingtothedominantwinddirectioninsummer.Adaptedtolocalclimaticconditions,buildinguseformandgenerallayoutoftheplane.Resourceconservation:inthebui
