1 范围
本标准规定了对汽车内饰件的涂装要求。
本标准适用于安装于汽车内部的油漆、胶头印
刷、热压、模转印和水转印
涂覆的(内部装饰)
金属和非金属材料。
1 Scope
The standard specify the paint coating
requirement on vehicle interior trim.
This Technical Supply Specification applies
to painted, pad-printed, heat-sealed, in-mold
decorated (IMD) and cubic-printed metallic and
non-metallic materials, which are used in the
vehicle interior.

如果以下特定零件或组件不能满足全部要求,
必须和负责的工程部门协调或在图样上给出相应
的说明。
3 Requirements
If the following requirements for specific
components or parts of components do not apply
completely or not at all, this shall be coordinated
with the responsible engineering departments or
a special note shall be given on the drawing
3.1 基本要求
首次供货和更改的批准按照SMTC 08502。
有害物质禁用按照SMTC 90008。
一个完整的试验需要至少有5个成品或者一个
涂装总面积大于0.5m2的成品零件。
仅在一定范围内允许由于涂装致使成品性能
或特定机械性能有一些下降。
涂层或油漆必须牢固黏附在基材上,同样复喷
漆层必须与首层油漆黏附牢固。复喷区域需要标
记。
供货商必须提供下列所有试验零件的以下信
息:
1 基本材料说明(供货商名称)
2 色调
3 预处理
a)清洁,例如用二甲基甲醇
b)表面活化,例如通过火焰清理
c)进一步的表面处理。例如磷酸锌磷化处理
4 油漆结构(所有参数的定义)
例如:双层软性漆和密实漆中涂:公司名称,生产
批次,底漆:公司名称,生产批次,混合比 10:x,混
合比例必须与符合油漆的(系统)认可标准相符合,
所用固化剂:公司名称,颜色,生产批次,油漆车
间的质量认证
3.1 General requirements
Approval of first supply and changes acc. to
SMTC08502.
Avoidance of hazardous substances acc. to
SMTC90008.
At least 5 finished parts or parts with a total
surface area of 0,5 m² are required for complete
testing.
The properties of the finished part or the
specified mechanical characteristics, shall only be
impaired by the paint coating to the extent defined
permissible.
The coating/paint as well as potential
re-painting shall adhere firmly to the substrate or
to the original paint coat. Areas of re-painting
shall be marked.
The supplier shall provide the following
information for all parts under test:
1 Specification of substrate material
(manufacturer designation and VDA

2 Color
3 Pretreatment
a) Cleaning, e.g. using isopropanol
b) Activation of the surface, e.g. by exposure to
flame

3.2 外观和感触性能
零件整个表面外观匀称并满足图纸要求和认
可样品的光泽和色调。不允许出现缩孔、裂纹以及
其它影响上述外观要求的缺陷。色调及光泽度的有
关
附于首次样品报告或开发试验样品报告中
(参照SMTC 5 400 002)。
3.2 Appearance and haptic characteristics
Parts shall exhibit a uniform appearance on their
entire surface; they shall conform to the drawing
requirements and to the released sample for
haptic characteristics, gloss and color.
Pores, cracks, runs and other flaws that adversely
affect the specified appearance are not
permissible.
Color and degree of glossiness are documented
in the first-sample test report acc. to SMTC 5 400
002.
3.3 大气暴晒试验
大气曝露试验按照 SMTC 5 400 001。由供货商
负责解决试验过程中的质量问
并改进涂装系统。
3.3 Open-air weathering
Open-air weathering according to SMTC 5 400
001
The supplier is obligated to remove the cause for
complaints occurring during this test and to
improve the paint system.
3.4 涂装工序
涂装工序需要由涂装方和油漆生产商共同调
整。双方确认首次样品试验报告,意味着双方对满
足要求共同负责。
划分如下:
---油漆生产商提供如何达到标准要求的信
息,制订加工规程并在实施过程中提供技术支持。
3.4 Painting process
The painting process shall be coordinated by
paint shop and paint manufacturer. Both parties
will confirm the first-sample test report, meaning
that both are responsible for fulfilling the specified
requirements.
Responsibilities are distributed as follows:
— — The paint manufacturer provides
information on the fulfillment of requirements
specified in the relevant standards, processing
guidelines and support regarding the applied
paint method.
---涂装方提供基材信息(塑料种类、品名),
及时核对其要求(同样适用于预试生产件:必要职
责),确认依从油漆生产商提供的过程指导并得到
油漆应用方法的支持。
—— The paint shop provides information
about the substrate (type of the plastic material
and its commercial name), checks the
requirements as early as possible (this also
applies to pre-production series parts: at least for
liability), confirms compliance with the processing
guidelines of the paint manufacturer and requires
support regarding the applied paint method.

3.5 预处理
所有有待提供检验的样品必须进行预置:
在室温下采用狭窄的空气温度范围(18~
28)℃内存放7 天或在60℃环境内存放48h。
每个单项检验后零件必须预置30 min,以便进
行目视评定。
按照第3.7 、3.8 条检验必须预置1 h(18~
28)℃。
纤维增强、滚珠增强或发泡零件必须在(18~
28)℃下的预置 24 h后进行检验。
3.5 Conditioning
All samples delivered for testing must be
pre-conditioned:
7 days at room temperature with narrow air
temperature range (18 to 28) °C or 48 h at 60 °C.
Before the beginning of the visual evaluation, the
samples shall be conditioned for a minimum of 30
min after completion of each individual test.
Testing acc. to Sections 3.7 and 3.8 shall be
performed after 1 h of conditioning at (18 bis
28) °C. Fiber-, ball-reinforced or foamed
components shall be tested after 24 h of
conditioning at (18 to 28) °C.

1)外观:颜色、光亮
1) Appearance: Color, gloss
手感:轻触后的主观要求(触觉和效果)
Haptic characteristics: Subjective requirements for soft touch (haptic perception or effects)
声学:与非油漆零件对比相关的尖锐刺耳和其他噪声的改善(主观评价)
Acoustic characteristics: Reduction of creaking, squeaking, or other noises as compared to unpainted components
(subjective evaluation)
2)为优化附着、激光标记、密着等问题而设计的多层结构(底漆或附加的清漆),在图纸中必须注明。多层结构上
的增补漆层需要计入总漆层厚度。对于金属漆结构参照图纸标注按第2.1条。
2) If a multi-layer structure (primer or supplementary clear coat) is required for better adhesion, laser suitability,
haptic characteristics, etc., this shall be noted on the drawing. In a multi-layer structure the dry film thickness of the
supplementary coating adds to the total dry film thickness. In the case of metal coatings, structure acc. to drawing
note acc. to Section 2.1.
3.7 初始状态中的附着力和脆性 3.7 Adhesion and brittleness in initial condition
3.7.1 涂层网格试验
按照DIN EN ISO 2409 ,用粘贴的胶粘带突然
剥离进行试验。胶粘带采用例如Fa.Beierdorf 透明
胶带4657。
要求:Gt 0-1。
3.7.1 Crosscut test
Crosscut test acc. to DIN EN ISO 2409 with
subsequent abrupt removal of adhesive tape. For
example, type 4657 adhesive tape made by
Beiersdorf Company may be used.
Requirement: crosscut test value ≤ 1

3.7.2 十字切割
由于零件结构导致涂层网格测试不能操作时,
用十字切割法。
检验:十字切割之后撕除胶带。十字切割需要
用锋利的,薄的刀具,例如,带有梯形刀的安全刀
具。
要求:在撕下胶粘带后,不允许有油漆颗粒附
着在胶粘带上。
3.7.2 Crosscut test (St. Andrew's cross)
This test shall be performed whenever a normal
crosscut test cannot be performed for reasons of
component geometry.
Test: Crosscut and subsequent removal of
adhesive tape. For the crosscut test, a knife with
a sharp, thin blade shall be used, e.g. a safety
knife with trapezoidal blade.
Requirement:
─ No paint particles shall remain on the adhesive
tape after the tape has been removed.
3.8 耐刮性能
检验按照 SMTC 30510
检验用型号318 的Erichsen-硬度试棒
试验要求:
10N负荷
探针直径为0.75 mm
评判要求:
涂装层均无油漆的开裂现象。
由负荷造成的基材有一个缺口是允许的。
3.8 Scratch resistance
Testing acc. to Test Specification SMTC 30510.
Test e.g. with the Erichsen hardness tester, type
318, with a load of 10 N and a test needle acc.
toBosch (point: 0,75 mm)
Requirements:
─No cracking (material removal) of the painting
─An indentation mark in the substrate material
resulting from the load is permitted
3.9 散发性能
检验按照SMTC 30159。
油漆非金属材料的要求依据SMTC 30158。
-溶剂漆系统:对于非油漆部件所要求挥发值
允许超过30µgC/g 。
-水性漆系统:对于非油漆部件所要求的挥发
值允许超过10µgC/g。
-金属材料涂装的要求:油漆部件不能超过
20µgC/g。
3.9 Emission behavior
Testing acc. to SMTC 30159. The following
deviating requirements apply to the tests acc. to
SMTC 30158 contained in SMTC 30159 for
painted non-metallic materials:
─Solvent-based paint systems: The emission
values required for the non-painted components
may be exceeded by 30 µgC/g. ─Water-based
paint systems: The emission values required for
the non-painted components may be exceeded
by 10 µgC/g. ─Requirement for painted metallic
materials: The emission values of the painted
component shall not exceed a value of 20 µgC/g.

3.10.1 高温老化
检验:在循环风动烘箱中存放
——在太阳非直接照射范围内的构件:置放
240 h,置放温度(90+2)℃。
——在太阳直接照射范围内的构件:(例如除
霜口,仪表板上部范围)存放时间500 h,存放温
度(120+2)℃。
——在太阳照射过渡区内的构件(例如换气
口,方向盘),存放时间500 h,存放温度105+2℃。
要求:相对于供货状态无外观和手感变化。必
须同时满足第3.7条和3.8条的要求(注意第3.5条)。
3.10.1 Aging at elevated temperature
Test: Aging in mechanical circulation oven:
─Components exposed to indirect sunlight: aging
duration 240 h; aging temperature (90 + 2) °C
─Components exposed to direct sunlight (e. g.
defroster duct, upper area of dashboard): aging
duration 500 h; aging temperature (120 + 2) °C
─Components in the transitional area of sunlight
(e. g air outlet vents, steering wheels): aging
duration 500 h; aging temperature (105 + 2) °C
Requirements:
─No change of appearance and haptic
characteristics compared to as-received condition
─The requirements acc. to Sections 3.7 and 3.8
shall also be met (note Section 3.5)
3.10.2 环境交变试验
检验:
方法 1:按照 SMTC 5 400 004 为 96 h。
方法 2:按照 SMTC 5 400 005 为 60 循环(第
一次评定在 40 循环后)
要求:相对于供货状态无明显变化。必须同时
满足第3.7条和3.8条的要求(注意第3.5条)。
3.10.2 Environmental cycle test
Test:
─method1: 96 h acc. to SMTC 5 400 004
─method2: 60 cycles acc. to SMTC 5 400 005
(first evaluation after 40 cycles)
Requirements:
─No visible change compared to as-received
condition─The requirements acc. to Sections 3.7
and 3.8 shall also be met (note Section 3.5)
3.11 耐候性 3.11 Weather resistance
3.11.1 冷凝水稳定气候
试验按照DIN EN ISO 6270-2,试验持续240
h。试验结束后30min按照DIN EN ISO 4628-2 进
行评估。
要求:不允许形成气泡。必须同时满足第3.7
条和3.8条的要求(注意第3.5条)。
3.11.1 Condensated water constant climate
Testing in test atmosphere CH acc. to DIN EN
ISO 6270-2, test duration 240 h. The
evaluationshall take place after 30 min acc. to
DIN EN ISO 4628-2.
Requirements:
─No blistering─The requirements acc. to
Sections 3.7 and 3.8 shall also be met (note
3.11.2 交变腐蚀测试(仅用于涂装的金属材料)
试测按照 SMTC30504 为 15 循环。在总成件
中刮刻线按照 DIN EN ISO 7253,第 8.5条和 DIN
EN ISO 4628-8 。
要求:
无气泡形成,无涂装面腐蚀,无金属母体腐蚀。
渗透性 d≤2.5mm,但是不在>5mm零件位置
上。
3.11.2 Corrosion cycle test (only for painted
metallic materials)
Test: 15 cycles acc. to SMTC30504; in ASSY with
scratch line acc. to DIN EN ISO 7253, Section 8.5
and DIN EN ISO 4628-8.
Requirement:
─No blistering, no cosmetic corrosion, no
base-metal corrosion
─Adhesion loss d ≤2,5 mm, but never > 5 mm

3.11.3 耐光性
试验按照 SMTC 5 400 003。周期数按照安装
位置(见第 4.1条)。
要求:
——D IN EN 20 105-A02 灰卡染色牢度评级
4。
——其他外观可见的缺陷,例如色调改变或裂
纹形成均是不允许的。
-必须同时满足第3.7条和3.8条的要求(第3.5
条注)。
3.11.3 Lightfastness
Test acc. to SMTC 5 400 003. Number of cycles acc.
to installation position (see Section 4.1).
Requirements:
─Fastness grade 4 on the gray scale acc. to DIN
EN 20105-A02
─Other visible defects, such as color change or
cracking, are not permissible
─The requirements acc. to Sections 3.7 and 3.8
shall also be met (note Section 3.5)
3.12 耐老化性
3.12 Aging resistance
3.12.1 水解试验
试验:在气候箱内,温度90±2℃,空气相对
湿度≥96%,72h。
要求:
——无色调和手感变化。
——必须同时满足第3.7条和3.8条的要求(第
3.5条注)。
