上海市轨道交通站点与周边地下空间衔接规划研究Shanghai Rail Transit station and the surrounding underground space: A Planning Study of Convergence 上海地下空间的开发利用以轨道交通网络化建设为契机,进入到一个集中、快速发展的新阶段,已基本构建了一个纵贯中心城区、联系各重点地区的地下空间总体网络构架。在轨道交通站点及周边地区地下空间衔接方面,规划、建设和运营积累了许多的经验和教训。 The rail transport network construction is an opportunity for underground space development in Shanghai. Currently underground space development accesses to a new stage of rapid development. It has basically built network of underground space that connects to each of the key areas. Lessons learnt from this rapid development in underground space will provide insight into future development. 本次交流将介绍《上海市地下空间开发利用规划的实践与展望系列课题》组成之一的《轨道交通站点与周边地下空间衔接规划研究》。研究调查与已建成并开通运营的11条轨道交通线路、282座车站,全面地对上海轨道交通站点与周边地区的地下空间连通规划和建设情况进行梳理及评估,并对今后上海轨交站点及周边地区地下空间的连通规划建设提出建议。 The experience sharing conference will introduce the "underground rail station and surrounding convergence space planning study", one of the "Shanghai Underground Space Development Practice and Prospects planning issues". This article investigates and analyses the 11 rail lines, 282 stations which are already completed and in operation. Through a comprehensive assessment of past experience and our understanding of existing underground spatial convergence planning, this article will like to share on some of the specific key issues and forecast future trends in this aspect. 个人简介 王曦女,硕士,一级注册建筑师,高工,长期从事地下空间、 轨道交通、地下交通建筑设计工作,目前就职于上海市政设计研究总院(集团)有限公司城市交通与地下空间分院,担任院副总工 程师。 Personal Profile: Wang, Xi, Female, Master degree, First Class Chartered Architect, Senior Engineer. I have long been engaged in design of underground space, rail transportation, and underground transport architectural.
