The day I will never forget A new life’s coming is usually the most unforgettable thing. At least, it seems to me nothing more than a baby’s birth was so unforgettable. I still remember the day when my sister’s new baby was born. I still remember every detail in that day, such as it just happened on yesterday. It was on February 28th2008, a pretty cold winter day . I was in high school grade three. It was about four moths from the college entrance examination. Every students were busy with examinations after the Spring Festival. In a very early morning, I received the news from my dad that my sister gave birth to a baby. I am so happy, the joyful news was fully occupied my brain all the morning so that I can not hear a word from my teachers, ever if it was my favorite class. When the bell sounded, I quickly rode my bike and rushed to the hospital. I rode as fast as my possible and I could say that I never reached the speed like that day. After got to the hospital I used the fastest speed went to the room where the baby live. But to my disappointment, because of I rode bike so fast that my body was too cold and doctor said that I can not come into the room immediately. Therefore, I had to find a warm room to warmed my body and put off my cold coat before I came in the room. After all this tedious preparation work, I could come in the room eventually. A lovely picture catched my eyes as soon as I came in the room. The baby was in sleep in a small baby bed, just like a sleeping angel. I saw his small nose and mouth, his skin was a little pink. His hand was so small that you can not image, just as big as my one finger. Everything include his body was so small. I stroked his skin gently, it was softy and the feeling was so beautiful. I want to hold him but the doctor said I can not because he was too weak. After a while, I went to see my sister. She just lied down on the bed with pale face. She was too weak to say a word. I know she is a great mother on that moment. This day I will never forget not only because a new baby was born in my family but also because I know that as a mother, how dangerous and not easy to born a baby. It is just like an unpredictable adventure. My sister said when she was in hospital she can feel that the death was so close to her, she could think about nothing but only felt that a great painful flood to her at that moment, and she just felt so weakness.
