Afterward, we reached an agreement on the quantity and price of the products, way of packing, payment method, shipping date and insurance. details are as follows:
货物名称﹑数量及单价(Name, quantity and unit price of the goods ):
3000 Christmas Series plush teddy bear, 1.5 USD/ unit; 1000 pilot teddy bear, 2 USD/unit; 1500 couple teddy bear, 2.5USD/unit; 500 plush yellow duck, 0.8USD/unit and 500 little panda toys, 0.7USD/unit on the basis of CIF San Francisco. We agree to give the buyer a 15% discount on the total price.

支付方式(Payment method): Irrevocable L/C at sight.
