河南省公证处收费标准 河南公证收费标准 各市(地)、县物价局、司法局，济源市物价局、司法局，各公证处: 为促进公证服务业健康有序发展，根据国家发展计划委员会、司法部《公证服务收费管理办法》(计价费〔1997〕285号)、《关于调整公证服务收费标准的通知》(计价费〔1998〕814号)的有关规定，结合我省实际，适当调整我省公证服务收费标准，现将公证服务收费的有关问通知如下: 一、公证服务收费标准 (一)证明法律行为 1.证明经济 (1)证明土地使用权出让、转让，房屋转让、买卖及股权转让，按下列标准累计收取: 标的额500000元以下部分，收取比例为0.3,，按比例收费不到200元的，按200元收取;500001元至5000000元部分，收取0.25,;5000001元至10000000元部分，收取0.2,;10000001元至20000000元部分，收取0.15,;20000001元至50000000元部分，收取0.1,;50000001元至100000000元部分，收取0.05,;100000001元以上部分，收取0.01,; (2)证明其他经济合同，按下列标准累计收取: 标的额20000元以下的，收取比例为1,;20001元至50000元部分，收取0.8,;50001元至100000元部分，收取0.6,;100001元至500000元部分，收取0.5,;500001元至1000000元部分，收取0.4,;1000001元至2000000元部分，收取0.3,;2000001元至3000000元部分，收取0.2,;3000001元至4000000元部分，收取0.1,;4000001元以上部分，收取0.05,; (3)财产抵押公证登记每件收费400元; (4)证明房屋租赁每件收费200元; (5)证明赔偿、典当合同，每件收费200元; (6)涉及农林牧副渔生产的土地、荒山、荒地、水利设施、林木果园等承包合同每件收费50元。 2.证明民事协议 (1)证明留学协议、定向培养协议、婚前财产协议、夫妻财产约定、合伙协议等每件收费150元; venture capital investment guarantee mechanisms, talents, positive for special funds, play to the guiding role of financial capital, leveraging features, evolving financial resources, capital, financial capital, protection of social capital into new patterns. 3 innovation environment, optimizing talent, create a good atmosphere. Comrades, technological innovation, talent is a 5.股票发行，每件收费20000,50000元。 6.证明财产分割，按财产总额的1,2‰收费，最低收费300元。 7.保管文书，每年收费50元(不足一年的按一年计算)。 8.代办与公证相关的登记、认证等事务，每件收取代办费80元。 9.代写、修改与公证事项有关的文书，每份收费30,100元。 10.解答法律咨询，每次收费20元，民事事项免收。 11.公证调解。 调解民事纠纷，收费100元; 调解经济纠纷，收费500元。 调解后办理公证的，公证服务费按所办公证事项收费标准收取。 12.担任常年公证顾问、受托专项调查服务，由双方协商收费。 13.查询公证档案，每件收费20元，需复制公证书副本的，每份收费10元;公证资料翻译费，每千字50元(不足千字的按千字计算);中外文打字每页收费10元;外文校对每页10元。 14.涉外收养管辖权指定收费200元;涉台公证的指定、审批收费200元。 (九)对已受理的公证事项，申请人要求撤回的，可收取手续费，未经审查的，每件收取10元;已经审查的，按照该公证事项收费标准的50,收取。当事人需增加副本的，每份加收副本费10元。 二、企业改制过程中办理的公证业务，按照省物价局、经贸委、监察厅、财政厅、审计厅、纠风办豫价费字〔1998〕232号文规定，其收费一律在规定标准基础上降低30,。 三、公证中介机构应严格执行国家规定的收费标准，不得擅自增加收费项目和提高收费标准，对违反规定乱收费的，由价格主管部门进行查处。 四、收费单位收费前应到当地物价部门申领或变更《河南省收费许可证》，实行亮证收费，自觉接受物价、财政、审计等部门的监督检查。 五、本通知自1999年1月1日起执行。我省原有规定与本通知不符的，一律以本通知为准。 venture capital investment guarantee mechanisms, talents, positive for special funds, play to the guiding role of financial capital, leveraging features, evolving financial resources, capital, financial capital, protection of social capital into new patterns. 3 innovation environment, optimizing talent, create a good atmosphere.
