1.银行对专业知识
并不高,除非你是学金融、经济的研究生等,否则,一般银行面试不会给你提出高深的银行专业问题的~2。银行的面试要求你具备能力:(1)出色的个人素质。这一点上,要求你和他们交谈的时候,充分显示你的个人素质和良好的可塑性;同时,更重要的一点是,让他们觉得你是一个可信的人,这点很重要~~(2)较好的表达能力。有很好的沟通能力,是很关键的。因为目前银行业招聘,大多偏重市场一线人员,他们的中标率也比会计、储蓄等柜台人员高很多,如果你的表达能力很好,会是你一项很大的资本,(3)赏心悦目的外表。很抱歉,不知道说这个会不会令你反感,但是事实就是这样的,你可以不美丽,但是一定不能令人讨厌,一定要清爽整洁,正装出席,(这点算作评分
