工学交替带队 遂宁市民进中等专业学校 2011——2012学年“工学交替”带队老师工作总结 为期四个半月的顶岗实习即将结束了，在学校相关领导的高度重视与深切关注下，在各位班主任及企业人事部门的配合下，今年上半年在苏州住电装有限公司工学交替工作圆满地结束了，下面将这阶段工作向学校领导汇报如下。 一、基本情况 按照学校学生处的的部署，我校2011级电信、动漫、数控1班共99名学生于2011年5月12日到达苏州住电装，14日开始上班，本次学生共分两批，第一批88人由王主任负责带到企业，第二批10人是我负责队，于20日到达企业，21号开始上班，22号我就全面负责学生的实习管理工作本次99名学生中，男生人49，女生40人，分别在住电装机电部的压接、装配、品管三个人分部工作，行为期四个半月的实习，共有60名学生坚持到最后， 9月29日共有在苏州乘坐K696次火车，在30日下午顺利返校。 苏州住电装是一个日资企业，位于苏州市相城区黄埭镇郊，离市区较远。该厂主要为汽车、复印机、打印机等生产线束，该厂待遇一般，管理相当严格。 二、主要工作成绩 1、狠抓安全管理工作，无一例安全事故发生 同学们的人身安全是实习过程重中之重。为了尽可能避免发生安全问题，我们通过召开学生大会及与个别学生谈话方式，对学生进行安全教育，让每位学生在思想上树立较强的安全意识。 ?在工作中，时时处处按照企业的安全操作规程进行作业，杜绝不安全事故的发生;?要求同学之间，同学与员工之间，特别是安徽实习学生说话要和气，行为要文明，待人要礼貌，学会尊重，避免发生磨擦;(3)要求每个同学树立起自我保健意识，有病及时就医，预防为主，减少疾病的发生，(4)制定严格的就寝，每晚9:30起我与部分学生干部一起开始查寝，这样规定同学们的就寝时间，减少同学们在外逗留的时间，避免了意外事情的发生。(5)教育学生提高防范意识，无一例学生上当受骗发生。 system troubleshooting. Re2thabilitation center of weak tube respectively into 1th, floor of East, in the, West three seat floor a layer of weak equipmen 3、教育学生转变社会角色，尽快适应工厂管理。 从学校到企业，从学生到员工，环境和角色的转变学生需要一个过程，要平息学生情绪和思想的波动，使学生尽快适应工作环境和要求，转变思想观念，面对困难，需要细致而持续的工作，要提高同学们的思想认识，同时也要解决他们实际的问题。稳定他们的情绪，使他们能安心地积极地面对工作，完成实习的任务。 同学们在现场进行实习时，需要长时间站立工作，加上企业的订单多，因而每天加在同学们身上的任务也越来越重。对于刚刚才离开校园的同学们来说，是一个比较严峻的考验。要同学们保持高昂的士气，坚持每天繁重的工作，对于远离亲人而来到一个陌生的环境工作的学生来说，老师是他们精神的支柱，力量的源泉。要坚持完成每天高强度的工作，没有什么比得上老师对他们的关心更加重要了。 5、做好后勤管理，按时给学生发放生活费，并记好相关工作日志 我们坚持每天上午、下午、晚上到在下班时在食堂里上看望同学们，每天坚持在下班时到同学们必经的路口等候同学们，坚持到同学们寝室看望同学们，和同学们打招呼，问候同学们，几句简单的问候，让同学们感受到老师对他们的关心，感觉到温暖，消除同学们工作中产生的劳累和厌倦的感觉，让同学们感受到老师的爱心和辛劳，这样师生的关系融洽了，同学们在很多方面也都能配合我们老师了。 每月7、17、27按时发放生活费，不定时还给部分学生借发生活费，6月我还在自己的银行卡上取出2000多借给学生零用。 6、每天作好查寝工作。 为了使同学们正确认识实习的意义，端正对实习的态度，我们积极地每天晚上都走访每一个学生宿舍，跟同学们谈心、交流，了解他们的思想动向，安抚他们的情绪，化解他们的疑虑，同时积极整理印发相关学习资料与文件，帮助同学们理解，平和心态，使同学们认识到理想与现实的差距，理解什么是社会,什么是企业,什么是工作,对企业提供的工作环境、工作压力、薪酬、提升通道、区域等有一个了解;告诉他们如果没有企业工作的经验，今后毕业后企业会因为我们没有现场经验，失去工作机会，或应聘上后，同样的必须从基层、简单劳动岗 k current tube into each layer individually weak current equipment. Re3layer of weak equipmentn room leads, along rehabilitation center of weak tube respectively into 1th, floor of East, in the, West three seat floor a rmatiolines1th, floor and 2nd, floor of intranet and outside network of communications cable since medical integrated floor of infocable from medical and rehabilitation of ground floor one floor basement corridor into the rehabilitation floor weak current ical 位干起，后期必须靠自己不懈的努力去争取。同时，针对同学们认为实习学不到多少东西这个想法，我们要求学生不要单纯把目光放在手头上从事的作业，而应该“用眼睛去观察，用耳朵去聆听，用嘴巴去交流，用脑袋去思考”，通过全方位的观察和沟通，才能真正学到东西。我们特别强调，在一间现代化大企业，只要用心，就能感受到企业的和企业文化。针对工作的强度较大，时间较长，告诉同学们这都是培养学生吃苦耐劳精神的机会。 7、作好日常工作 及时与学校学生处联系，上报相关表册数据、并与企业人事部门及时沟通，作好上传下达工作。及时带有病的学生去医院看病就医。在工学交替期间，我共带了10名学生去当地医院看病就医。在9月中旬及时去火车站及代售点买好返回的车票。 8、离职学生的处理。 在这三个月中，虽然大部分学生在认真的工作，但还有少数学生无法适应社会工厂的生活节奏，对于这些部分学生，我及时和他们家长取得联系，一起动员学生继续工作，如果学生还是无法适应，我就与学校取得联系，还将离厂部分的学生买好车票并送上火车，让这些学生继续回学校就读。 9、本次顶岗实习在通过在企业实地实习后，使学生增强运用专业能力，并在实践中增强动手能力，提高个人素养，培养学生的全面发展能力，使学生增强自己的礼貌、服务意识、社会交往能力 。根据企业和学生的反馈结果，本次实习在企业和学生满意度、学生的精神面貌和组织纪律等方面都得到比较高的评价。 三、存在问题 1、企业是生产线束，装配部门对学生的手有一定的影响，加上劳动强度较大，好多学生都会掉皮、打起泡，特别是11数1的马定国同学，手有些惨不忍睹。 2、住电装的工资较一般，底薪较低，开始两月才1250，而宁波奇美相比， , florehabilitation of ground floor one floor basement corridor into the rehabilitation floor weak current lines1th, floor and 2nd yer individually weak current equipment. Re4thabilitation center of weak tube respectively into 1th, floor of East, in the, West three seat floor a layer of weak equipmenor of intranet and outside network of communications cable since medical integrated floor of information room leads, along re 普通待遇每月要低三百以上，对学生的稳定有一定的影响。 3、我们学生的综合素质确实需要提高。部分学生吃苦意识不够、团队意识、及责任心不强，不能受气。部分学生的表达沟通能力太差，与师傅之间出现了矛盾，产生与公司相抵触的情绪，对企业没有正确的认识态度厂里不能正常地与同事及领导交流沟通，不会处事。 4、我对学生不够严，有些过份地关心他们，体谅他们，批评太少 如才开始的一个月，有个别学生因太累请假，我就带学生厂里请假，厂里的领导非常不高兴，认为我们没有让学生自己去面对，毕竟是学生在上班，一切该让他们自己去学会面对，学会与领导沟通。 3、没有适时放弃问题学生。 顶岗实习学生有这么多人，是一个大的团体，提升岗位认知、吃苦能力、抗挫折能力、适应社会能力就是一个奋斗理想，四个半月顺利完成返校就是基本目标。一两个问题学生，会把我们耗得精疲力竭，会让我们丧失工作重心，没有及时放走，导致对后面的学生的负面影响，所以该拿掉的时候就把他拿掉，我们也绝不心软，不能让他让整个团队动摇信心。 4、由于苏州住电装是日资企业，管理很严，学生一旦旷工三天就得算自离，自离的员工又不得再进，导致中途离厂的学生数量较大 5、老员工的不实信息对学生的思想影响较大，给学生的精神上带来了很大的冲击，也给我们的管理带来了很大的难度; 6、由于江苏这边的饮食偏甜，部分学生不太习惯，加上一开始上夜班，学生不适应生物钟的颠倒，特别是女生好多反应要呕吐。 晚班的学生饱一餐、饿一餐，特别是晚班上到2:00,3:00的时候，学生饥饿难熬，有些同学也因此而出现身体疾病症状 7、有些家长不能理解学校的做法，不忍心孩子吃苦受累，不支持学校顶岗实习的做法，要求让孩子回家，更有甚至对老师恶语相对，学生抵触情绪高涨。 8、学生对实习的工作内容不感兴趣，与所学的知识没有关联，在还没有出来实习之前，同学们都对实习感到很新鲜，很想出来尝试一下。但到了企业，每天从事重复而单调的工作，他们觉得在学校的学的知识用不上，在企业也学不到很有用的技能，企业给实习生的待遇也不高。理想与现实的落差使部分同学的心 cable from medical and rehabilitation of ground floor one floor basement corridor into the rehabilitation floor weak current ical k current tube into each layer individually weak current equipment.
