It may cause harm to customer’s eyes if they are not well protected such as keratitis, cornea brushing off even lose sight , It is forbidden to shot laser out of treatment area. , Anything that could reflect laser is forbidden in laser operation room. , Pls do not optionally open the shell of the machine even power stopped, in case high voltage danger. , It is needed to screw down the cover of water tank when make movement. Chapter Two Installation & use I Parts instruction: 1、Parts of the machine: Display screen Four operation Urgent key buttons Leather skin handle Power switch Heat radiator fans for diffusing Heat. Joint for electric plug Joint for foot-touch Laser handle probe 、Fittings instruction 2 Water funnel Panel for eyelid 1064nm probe 532nm probe Power line Foot-touch Protective glasses Protective eyepatch II Operation notices: 1、 Pls keep the circumstance or operation room clean when use the machine. 2、 Operator should wear white or light color smock to avoid radiate laser as much as possible. 3、 Pls keep enough light in the operation room to enable apple of people’s eyes as smaller as possible. 4、 Pls take things with luminant surface or things could reflect laser away when use the machine. 5、 Operator should learn as more as possible customer’s symptom before treatment. Also pls tell customer the normal reaction possibly appear during treatment and after treatment. 6、 During treatment ,operator should avoid directly shooting to other normal skin area with laser. The machine needs professional operator. 7、 Operator should make strict protection to customer’s eyeball during eye liner treatment. Pls note that the harm to eyeball can not be recovered. III Installation: Open the package, install the machine: 1. Replacement:。Lay the machine level in clean circumstance with temperature of about 22- 28 ?,humidity of more than 70%. 2. Water: Put 1500-2000ml distilled water or pure water into water tank through hole under water tank cover. Pls check water level inside water tank,make sure it is at the same level with standard water level line. 3. Wear glasses and choose probe for treatment: Pls choose probe according to treatment demand, fix it well on the joint.(Probe of 1064nm is suitable for blue, black and cyan pigment, well 532 nm probe is suitable for red, coffee and brown pigment ) 4. Install: Join the power line and foot-touch to the machine after confirming there is not water leaking out inside and outside machine. A. Foot-touch installation: Push plug of foot-touch into joint, screw down it deasil. B. Power line installation: One end joins to hole for input power, one end joins to receptacle. 5. After installation according to the above steps, insert the key on power switch ,turn it right to open, there will be electrical current through the machine at once. IV Operation (LCD screen) 1、Pls completely check whether the machine is installed according to the above steps, make sure there is enough water for work and the machine is in suitable circumstance. 、Open 2 Pls confirm the urgent key is open, insert key, turn it right to open, then LCD screen show like the following picture: Right now there is electrical current through the machine and voice of water circulation could be heared.(The red urgent key must be open) It is needed to check whether there is water spurting inside water tank from hole for watching water level. Pls make sure the water cycle normally to continue the next step. Press button“?”， to enter into operation menu, right now screen shows as following: (1) Press button“?” to light the lamp, right now a voice of “ba” could be heard, at the same time, [SIMM] on the screen will show as following picture,and [FUNC] turn to [WORK]. (2) After the lamp is lighted, then press“?”， [WORK] will show as following picture, and “OK” shows. Right now the machine could work, pls note that keep the handle down to avoid laser rip into eyes. Operator could text the laser on a deep color magazine or newspaper or the back of hand. Right now operator steps on foot-touch without releasing, hold the handle with right hand, keep probe aiming at testing area to watch flashes conditions. The testing area could turn white at once when seeing flashes and hearing “ba” sound, if use the back of hand for test, you could have pain sense like needle pricking. After testing, treatment could start. (2)energy adjustment: Press button“,”， and enter into voltage adjustment menu, right now NO. of voltage light, press button “,”to increase, and press button “,”to bring down. Minimum voltage: 500V,maximal voltage: 1000V. Press button “?”to exit from voltage adjustment menu, screen shows as following: (3)Frequency means the speed of flashes. Press button“,” to enter into frequency adjustment screen (as following picture): Right now NO. of frequency lights, press button“,” to increase, press button “,”to bring down. Minimum frequency: 1HZ, maximal frequency: 6HZ.The frequency could be adjusted according to operator’s skill. 3、Close First step: Release foot-touch, take handle away from treatment area, stop treatment. Second step: Press button“?” to make [WORK] turning to [FUNC], exit working conditions. ”to make [SIMM] normally show, it means the lamp Third step: Press button “? is close. Fourth step: Turn key left to close the machine and stop working. 4、Pause during treatment (Pause within 30 minutes) If it is needed to pause during treatment for some reason or change probe during treatment, pls follow 1-3 steps mentioned above. Notice: The whole machine will be cut power and stop working when pressing red urgent key anytime! Chapter Three Operation I Operation skill & technique Notice: 1、 1064nm probe is mainly used for blue, black and cyan pigment treatment. 2、 532nm probe is mainly used for red, coffee and brown pigment treatment. 3、 During treatment, operator should try best to make a right angle between handle and treatment area to make sure the light could shot upright and avoid losing energy of light as least as possible. During treatment for tattoo in eyebrow, eye line and lip line, the spot of light should lap over a little to move in line. During treatment for spot or naevus, operator should treat a small area at one time, best result should be that the treatment area seeps a little blood. II Operation skill &technique for every treatment (1)Treatment for tattoo in eyebrow Remove blue and black tattoo: Customer could not open eyes during treatment, operator should adjust energy according to depth of tattoo color, hold the handle and move it to treatment area slowly to make customer feel acceptable in mentally. Right now, the speed of flash could be set 3HZ,keep head of the handle a two-finger distance to treatment area, start treatment from head of eyebrow to end of eyebrow. It is needed to treat again in 5-10 minutes if the color of tattoo re-appear. (2)Remove eye line (Notice: a little danger) The speed of flashes could be set 4-5HZ,adjust the energy of light to minimum energy, keep a one-finger distance between head of handle and treatment area. Operator should strictly protect customers’ eyes with panel for eyelid or medical pledget (panel for eyelid)of 1cm depth. Treatment should be started from down eye line, customer should deeply close eyes and keep eyeball up-sight inside. Operator should press the pledget(panel for eyelid) with forefinger and push up eyelid, peel down eyelid with middle finger to bare the eye line, treat it with flashes of 4-5Hz. Then, treat up eye line. Also customer should close eyes and keep eyeball down-sight inside. Operator should press the pledget(panel for eyelid) with middle finger and push eyelid down, push eyelid up with forefinger to bare the eye line, treat it with flashes of 4-5Hz. (3)Remove lip line The speed of flashes could be set 5Hz,keep a 3/4 finger distance between head of handle and treatment area.It is better to remove black,coffee, deep, red and brown lip line with 1064nm head at first time and then, treat again with 532 nm head. Notice: All tattoo in lip should be treated in 6 months after making. OR removal treatment will fail. It should have 45-60 days interval to continue next treatment until remove all. (4)Remove tattoo The speed of flashes could be set 3Hz/5Hz.It is better to use high energy for treatment until treatment area seeps a little blood. It should have 45-90 days interval to continue next treatment until remove all. (5)Remove spot and naevus The speed of flashes could be set 3Hz/5Hz.Keep 3-4 fingers distance between head of handle and treatment area.It is better to use high energy for treatment until treatment area seeps a little blood. It is advised to use 1064 nm head for normal spot and naevus treatment, but for deep color spot and naevus,it is better to use 532nm head for treatment.It should have a 15-30days interval to continue next treatment until remove all. (6)Remove birthmark The speed of flashes could be set 3Hz/5Hz.It is better to use high energy for treatment until treatment area seeps a little blood. It is advised to use 1064nm head for birthmark treatment, but for red and deep color birthmark,it is better to use 532nm head for treatment. It should have 45-90 days interval to continue next treatment until remove all. III Determinant difficulty for pigment removal 1) Pigment of tattoo quality: It is easy to remove tattoo with foliage pigment and hard to remove tattoo with complex pigment and chemical pigment. Because complex and chemical pigment have iron ion and plumbum ion to make removal treatment difficult. 2) Tattoo color: It is easy to remove light color tattoo,but difficult to remove deep color tattoo. 3) Corporeity difference: It includes age difference, skin difference etc. Chapter Four Servicing and maintenance I Maintenance: 1、 It is needed to check whether the surface of lense is clean after a period. Clean the lense with cosmetic tips dipped Ethanol. 2、 It needs to change pure water inside every one or three month. Take out 2/3 water from water tank, and then put new pure water into. Watch water level after changing, turn key left to open the machine, check water current conditions until water cycle normally. Press [SIMM] button in 5 minutes. 3、 It must be pure water or distilled water, medical distilled water is advised. 4、 It is forbidden to knock down the machine without permission. II Indication for some malfunction (1)The machine could not be open until there is power supplying. 1、 Check whether there is power from electrical source and whether the power plug is fixed well. 2、 Check whether red urgent key is open. 3、 Check whether fuse is well.Pls change it at once if it is broken. (2)Water does not cycle after opening machine. 1、 Indication: Water does not flow or not cycle normally. 2、 Resolution: Check whether water level is too low inside from hole for watching. Open cover of water tank, put water into up to standard water level, keep handle lower than the machine ,then open the machine, press [SIMM] button. It is proved the joint is joining well when you hear “ba” sound. Right now, water cycle normally and the machine hold for work. (3)There is no flashes when pressing foot-touch. 1、 Check whether the system enters into working condition. 2、 Check whether foot-touch is well.Pls change it at once if it is broken. 3、 Check whether press “Work” button. 4、 Check whether it is lower energy output. Pls increase energy by pressing VOL.ADJ(?) button. (4)、Laser gets thin or there is no laser. 1、 Voltage is too low. 2、 Lense is not clean. 3、 The handle is broken, pls change it. 4、 The machine is too hot. Pls stop working to rest for about 30 minutes. 5、 Screw the probe of, check whether the lense on head is broken, pls change it at once if it is broken. 6、 Pls check carefully whether there is water leaking out from handle or probe. Pls change it at once if water leak out. (5)During operation,the machine is suddenly powering off and stop working. Open it again, there is not laser output yet. 1、 Cutting power device automatically open when water temperature is too high. Indication: Water temperature will be too high when using 5Hz for 15 minutes or continuously working with high energy. When it is up to 55? ,cutting power device will automatically open to prevent from burning the lamp inside. Resolution: Take out 2/3 water from water tank, put into cold water reserved, open the machine again to work. 2、 Pls examine and repair the machine at once if there is electrical damage. (6)There is a sense of getting an electric shock when touch the machine with hand during using. 1、 It may caused by static of body because of dry weather. 2、 Pls use three-phase plug. 3、 The voltage is not steady, pls collocate a manostat for the machine. (7)During operation, press “SIMM” button hearing cheep 1、 The machine have a slowly preignition because of long time unusing. Pls open it repeatly. 2、 The circumstance is too cold, pls increase temperature of it. 3、 Humidity of room is too high, pls keep the room dry. 4、 The lamp is broken, pls change it. (8)The energy gets thin during use. 1、 Check whether the lense of probe is clean. Pls clean it with ethanol. 2、 Check whether the handle is too hot. Pls make the machine rest for about 30 minutes or change cold water inside. Chapter Five Familiar malfunction 1. Water tank is broken or electrical source is damaged because of the machine suffering strong shake. 2. Pls avoid water leaking out from the handle when take the machine out for treatment in winter. 3. Pls wait a moment to use the machine when the machine is taken from cold circumstance to warm circumstance. Because the machine could not work for reason of difference in temperature. 4. The energy will get thin if the lense surface with water vapor. 5. Keep the operation room clean to avoid polluting the lense. 6. Keep the voltage steady to protect electrical source.
