Well, I think we should do something to help them live a happy life .After all ,the old people are an asset of society .What’s your idea? B: First, we should treat old people with respect and show our affection to keep them up to date. A: Great. B: Then, their family should take good care of them, especially when they are sick. A: Yes, it’s the duty of their family. What’s more , we can appeal their family to accompany with them sometimes ,prepare for them a healthy diet, and lead them to a young attitude towards life. Then our old people will enjoy their remaining years in happiness. 8、What are the causes of war ?Are you for or against the view that the only way to preserve peace is to prepare for war? A: Some countries pretended to help Algerian in the name of peace. But to be honest ,they just wanted to control the country and deprive them of oil. B: Yeah, that’s ture. Normally, war breaks out because of ethnic or religions conflicts, territorial or economic disputes, and ideological differences. A: Throughout history , most wars have been waged to protect the economic interests of superpowers . B: We will never be able to get rid of war as long as there are countries that want to dominate other countries through the use of force. A: Oh, no, no. Then our world will never to be in peace? B: It’s not totally. Some people say that the only way to preserve peace is to prepare for war ?Do you think so ? A: I think so .If a country doesn’t prepare for war ,he’ll have few concerns that he will not endeavour to strengthen military ,some developed countries tend to exploit them for some benefits or damage its benefits which may cause dispute that disobey the peace. When the country become strong, I think it will guarantee peace. B: But I am against the opinion as a peace activist. A peace world means no wars. War is a human tragedy. Millions of people die and families fall apart as a result of war. Throughout human history, war has always been the greatest source of pain and suffering. A: That’the facts. Peace is the forever topic. I wish the world will be in peace. B: Less war ,more peace! All of the world people will be happy.
