Information for safe, reliable, and mature application of equipment and advanced technology to the enemy 2.发动机无怠速，怠速不稳; 3.发动机热车不易起动等几方面。 其中前两者最为普遍，下面分别叙述这三种典型故障的检查和维修的方法。 1.发动机运行中发撞，加速无力 这种故障现象最常见，检查起来较麻烦，引起这种故障的原因较多。应遵循由简到繁，由表及里的原则进行检修。 (1)检查分火线及火花塞 在维修中发现，许多故障的原因并不是在燃油喷射系统，而是在点火系统。但是故障现象却十分相似。低速发撞，高速时不太明显，且加速性能差。点火部分故障往往出在分火线和火花塞上，所以首先应当检查分火线及火花塞。 ?分火线的检查方法，拆下分火线，分别用万用表欧姆档测量，各分火线阻值应当在合理的范围内，过大或过小都必须更换。 如Audi2.2E:R=18-25Ω Benz560:R=15-20Ω ?火花塞的检查方法:分别拆下各缸火花塞和分火线(不拆开)，起动发动机每次1-3秒，观察火花塞点火情况。或换用一组新火花塞，观察故障现象的变化情况。 进行完以上的检查和调试以后，如果故障现象仍未消除，应对燃油喷射系统进行检查和调整。 (2)检查油压(将油压表安装在滤清器之后)，测量系统油压P。 系统 P应略大于0.5MPa，如果系统油压低于0.5MPa，这就说明汽油泵和滤清器中系统 存在故障。然后在滤清器之前测量系统油压，若油压仍低于0.5MPa，且油压无明显变化则证明滤清器良好。可直接拆卸油泵。根据维修经验，汽油泵损坏的机率远远大于蓄压器，所以这时清洗或更换汽油泵，问题即可解决。 一般拆下汽油泵会发现油泵滤网表层有附着物，一种是粉状颗粒物，它是含在油中的杂质，另一种是发亮的胶状物，它是汽油中的一种高分子化合物。这两种物质堵塞汽油泵滤网，造成油路堵塞，使供油不足。 (3)检查喷嘴 如果油压正常(P大于或等于0.5KPa)，应先检查喷嘴。拔下喷嘴，排放在一张系统 白纸上，然后起动发动机，每次1-3秒，观察喷嘴的喷油量和喷雾锥角。这时往往可以发现个别喷嘴的喷油量和喷雾锥角明显小于其它喷嘴。清洗或更换喷嘴，the neighbouring frequency transmission planning, the system can accommodate more than more than 80 TV channels, 2 reverse channels. Information for safe, reliable, and mature application of equipment and advanced technology to the enemy 故障现象即可消除。 (4)检查燃油量分配器 如果进行了以上儿方面检查，故障形成的原因仍未发现，那么故障就有可能发生在燃油量分配器上。然油量分配器是机械式燃油喷射系统较为复杂的部分之一。它本身结构复杂，制造精密，因此拆卸和安装的技术难度较高，并且更换费用较大。如果在维修时拆卸分配器，不注意损坏了燃油量分配器柱塞，即使很小的划痕，也会造成各缸喷油量有很大差异，从而使发动机的转速不稳。如果分配器损坏，一般无法进行零部件更换，也很难修理，常需更换总成，所以应谨慎操作。 经过以上四部分的检修，一般情况故障现象都可消除。如果故障仍未消除，则需对油路的蓄压器、暖风机调节器以及电路的高压线圈、分电器等部分进行仔细地查找。 2.检查和清洗补充空气调节器 补充空气调节器(又称怠速稳定阀)，是在发动机怠速运转时提供过量空气进一步调节供油量，以保障发动机怠速平衡，如果发动机怠速不稳，或无怠速，而当把发动机转速调至1500r/min时，发动机运转平稳，说明故障发生在补充空气调节器。 检修时，拔下补充空气调节器电插头，拆下补充空气调节器，清洗补充空气调节器柱塞和节气门上的柱塞量孔中的积灰。然后装上补充空气调节器，观察故障现象是否消除。若仍未消除，则需换用新的补充空气调节器。 3.发动机冷车易起动，热车不易起动 发动机冷车易起动，热车不易起动。也是机械控制燃油喷射轿车常发生的一种故障现象。发动机熄火，5分钟后再次起动，不能着火，但1小时后故障现象自动消除，很易起动，但发动机运转一段时间后。熄火再次起动，仍无法起动。这时拔下火花塞，往往发现个别缸火花塞过湿，造成发动机存油过多不能起动(俗称火花塞淹死)。若排除过多的油量，即可起动发动机。因此解决这个问题的关键是控制发动机在熄火后的喷油量。 发动机节气门的喷油量由两部分组成，一个是经过燃油量分配器提供的燃油，另一个是由冷起动阀供给的燃油。结合实际维修中的经验，发现故障发生在前者的机率远大于后者。因此先分析燃油分配器。 (1)燃油分配器的喷油量是受空气流量计控制的。空气流勤f的感知板根据空气流量的大小调节燃油量分配器柱塞的行程，从而调节供油量。出现这种故障现象时，拆下燃油分配器，往往发现柱塞被卡死。这样发动机熄火以后，各缸继续供油，造成积油过多，而使热车难以起动。润滑、清洗柱塞以后，故障现象即可消除。 the neighbouring frequency transmission planning, the system can accommodate more than more than 80 TV channels, 2 reverse channels. Information for safe, reliable, and mature application of equipment and advanced technology to the enemy 产生这种故障的内在原因一般是由于长期使用劣质汽油。汽油中过多的水分以及其它腐蚀性的化学物质，使得柱塞锈蚀而被卡死。 另外，在安装新的分配器时，柱塞的初始位置一定要与感知板匹配，如果柱塞初始位置过高，同样会出现以上故障。 (2)冷起动阀的喷油时间是受温度时间开关控制的。温度时间开关装在水套里，感知水温t>35?时，则关闭冷起动阀、停止喷油。但是如果温度时间开关总通电，则冷起动阀一直供油，会造成发动机热车不易起动。 同样，如果冷起动阀关闭不严或卡死，也会出现以上故障。 ?温度时间开关检查方法:用万用表欧姆档测量温度时间开关，若阻值很小，则必须更换。 ?冷起动阀的检查方法:热车时(水温80?以上)，关闭发动机，观察冷起动阀是否喷油，若喷油，则更换冷起动阀。 返回 进口电控汽车故障码判读要点 汽车工业发展突飞猛进，进口高档电脑汽车日益增多，它们大多使用自我诊断系统来修车，所以故障码的判读成为维修人员的一项重要任务，现将故障码判读的要点归纳如下: 1. 故障码由1-5位数组成。在判读故障码，除了多看有关资料，还要亲手实 践，才能做出正确的判断。 2. 在同时出现很多个故障码时，并不一定表示汽车有很多地方出毛病，相反， 很可能是接头、连线、尤其是接地部分不良而造成的。 3.
