DATAEXTRACTION:Among86articles,35ofthemmettheinclusioncriteriaand51wereexcluded DATASYNTHESIS:Pancreasstemceilsarecharacterizedbymulti—directi onaldifferentiation.Cytokeratin19hasa positiveexpressioninpancreasstemcellsandamolecularsignofpancreasstemcells.Thisprovidesanewwayto furtherunderstandbionomicsofpancreasstemcells,studyseparation.purification.transconformationanddirection differentiationtoisletcells.andtreatdiabetesmellituswithtransplantationofpancreasstemcells.
