大三班上学期班级工作 教 师:陈珊珊 王晓宇 保育员:黄阿平 愉快的暑假快要过去了，我们迎来了新的学期、新的小朋友、新的每一天。本学期我们以《新纲要》精神为立足点，遵循以幼儿发展为本的理念，坚持保教相结合的原则，根据本班幼儿的实际情况，结合园务计划，从培养幼儿最基本的游戏常规、生活和行为习惯以及学习习惯入手，努力把本班幼儿培养成活泼开朗、乐于交往、友好相处、礼貌谦让、爱学习的好孩子。因此在九月这个充满希望的日子里，我们制定了崭新的计划: 一、班况 本班共有50名幼儿，男生26名，女生24名，本学期班上大部分都是原来的幼儿，有11位新生加入班级中。在经过两年的幼儿园学习生活，幼儿已养成了良好的生活卫生习惯，生活自理能力及安全保护意识较之也有一定的提高。在我们组织的活动和生活活动中，大部分孩子在动手操作能力和探索能力上都有了明显的提高。而且经过两年多的努力，我们老师已经得到家长们的认可和信任。日常通过多种途径与家长交流，建立起了良好的沟通平台。家长们也常常主动与老师交流，了解孩子的在园请情况，听取老师的意见和看法。但由于全班幼儿发展不平衡，还存在以下几方面的问题: 1、部分幼儿胆小,怕生,不够自信,大胆的表达自己的想法及需求. 2、黄周杰、林星佑等幼儿比较好动，散漫，听信号能力差，时常需要教师提醒督促 。 3、一小部分幼儿吃饭速度慢,出现挑食,偏食的饮食不良习惯.(林会宁、刘露宁、吴梓颐等) 。针对以上情况，我们班三位老师将继续依据《新纲要》精神，结合本班幼儿实际情况，开展一系列的活动使幼儿在德智体美劳等方面全面发展，并积极努力做好家园联系工作。 二、教育工作目标 (一)健康领域 1、引导幼儿能积极愉快地参与各类活动，在活动中能够机智，勇敢，不怕困难;有自信心和意志力，积极参与竞争。 2、在运动中培养幼儿的自我保护意识，能注意安全、避免危险，提高幼儿的运动能力和自我保护能力。 3、培养幼儿对环境、气候和生活条件的变化的适应能力，增强体质。 (二)语言领域 1、可以清楚连贯地表达自己的意思，喜欢讲普通话，并做到发音准确。 mplementation "five big development concept" of requirements, accurate grasp economic development new normal and transformation development of relationship; deep understand on in-depth advance rule of law construction, and to build transformation development good environment of requirements; deep understand on full mobilization General cadres enthusiasm, and constantly upgrade work essence God of requirements, put Jia Secretary speech spirit implementation to specific action in the to, promoted XX economic social development Michael Shang new steps.
