玛雅文化 Maya civilization Maya civilization is the distribution of ancient in today’s Mexican southeast, Guatemala, Honduras, Salvador and Belize were five centural American counteries civilization. The Maya civilization is a Mesoamerican civilization, noted for the only known fully developed written language of the pre-Columbian Americas, as well as it’s spectacular art, monumental architecture, and sophisticated mathematical and astronomical systems. Initially established during the Preclassic period, many of these reached their apogee of development during the Classic period ,and continued throughout the Post classic period until the arrival of the Spanish. At it’s peak, it was one of the most densely populated and culturally dynamic societies in the world. The Maya culture is mysterious, at the same time, it was also inexplicable, I full of curiousity for this culture. I like history also like to the Maya culture. It's the progress of human. Ancient Maya maize agriculture is the main economic activity, architecture, sculpture, paintings, hieroglyphic characters, astronomy, calendars and mathematics fields has achieved a remarkable success. the Mayan civilization is a period of great prosperity. Maya culture, religion occupies a very important position, Maya notable achievements in math, they have to share the fingers and toes, 20 used method of calculation. After Mayan culture in the classical period, because of the hurricane, plague and war and other disasters, the rapid decline of the ancient Mayan civilization. All major cities have been abandoned.
