We are looking for a competent person to fill the captioned position: University graduate majors in Marketing Management. Prepared to develop career in the commercial field -outgoing personality -Able to communicate with different levels -Good knowledge in PC operations -Proficiency in written and spoken English/Mandarin 则你相应地考虑自己的qualification的选择和表述,如你可写(与上列各项对应): -University graduate with major in Marketing -Having actively participated in Business club‘s activities and learned accounting and management -Good in communication with people and like a lot of out door activities know how to tackle with people from all walks of life -Skillful in operating Words,Excel,Lotus1-2-3,etc -Fluent in English and studied advanced level of Mandarin 这个方法的好处是可让求职者清楚了解该职位是否适合自己,而本身资料又是否切合要求,而且,明白了各项要求后,就可依据每一点在履历表上重点提出自己在该方面的强项。 Three years of job experience in different positions have offered me opportunities to understand different job aspects. -As a General Clerk(IBM),Accounts clerk (Manley Toy Trading),I have learned how to prepare purchasing orders, place orders, handle accounting mattery, check voucher,……also(Salesgirl, Esprin)developing the technique of sellina, serving and stocking. Job Objective通常,一般求者只会在履历表开端简单地写上所应征的职位-"Position Applied: Management Trainee"或"I am appling for……" 比如这个不错的例子job objective To begin as a Marketing Management Trainee, with opportunity to advance to executive level and contribute to the development of firm. 4 D/A (document against acceptance)承兑交单 5 C.O (certificate of origin)一般原产地证 6 G.S.P.(generalized system of preferences)普惠制 7 CTN/CTNS(carton/cartons)纸箱 8 PCE/PCS(piece/pieces)只、个、支等 9 DL/DLS(dollar/dollars)美元 10 DOZ/DZ(dozen)一打 11 PKG(package)一包,一捆,一扎,一件等 12 WT(weight)重量 13 G.W.(gross weight)毛重 14 N.W.(net weight)净重 15 C/D (customs declaration)报关单 16 EA(each)每个,各 17 W (with)具有 18 w/o(without)没有 19 FAC(facsimile)传真 20 IMP(import)进口 21 EXP(export)出口 22 MAX (maximum)最大的、最大限度的 23 MIN (minimum)最小的,最低限度 24 M 或MED (medium)中等,中级的 25 M/V(merchant vessel)商船 26 S.S(steamship)船运 27 MT或M/T(metric ton)公吨 28 DOC (document)文件、单据 29 INT(international)国际的 30 P/L (packing list)装箱单、明细表 31 INV (invoice)发票 32 PCT (percent)百分比 33 REF (reference)参考、查价 34 EMS (express mail special)特快传递 35 STL.(style)式样、款式、类型 36 T或LTX或TX(telex)电传 37 RMB(renminbi)人民币 38 S/M (shipping marks)装船标记 39 PR或PRC(price) 价格 40 PUR (purchase)购买、购货 41 S/C(sales contract)销售确认书 42 L/C (letter of credit)信用证 43 B/L (bill of lading)提单 44 FOB (free on board)离岸价 45 CIF (cost,insurance&freight)成本、保险加运费价 补充: CR=credit贷方,债主 DR=debt借贷方 (注意:国外常说的debt card,就是银行卡,credit card就是信誉卡。 Exp=Expense花费,费用 O/H=overhead常用开支 TC=total cost总费用 FC=fixed cost常设费用 VC=variable cost变动费用 P=profit竟利润 S=sales销售总额 Rev=revenue利润 MC=marginal cost费用差额 GM=gross margin毛利 MR=marginal revenue利润差额 A/R=acount receivable待收款(销售后,记账以后收取。) “Shut up !”(闭嘴!) 不如来一句“Oh, come on .Give me a break !” “You look fine !” You’re in the pink !” “他精力充沛”美国人说:“He is bouncy.” 如:久仰,“I get mind of you “.比”I heard a lot about you.” Please remember me to your sister .” 或”Please give my best wishes to your father ”不过,若是很好的朋友,何不说,“Please give my love to Jim。” 要比说“Good-bye”或“See you soon”有趣得多,不妨一试。 有人开会迟到了,你若对他说 “You are late .”,听起来象是废话,若说“Did you get lost ?”,则更能让他歉然,可别说成“Get lost!” 别人征求你的意见,问能否开窗户等,你要说“You can do that .”就有点土了,用一句“Do you have the time? ”实际上,问他人的姓名,地址都可以这么用:“May I have you name?“要比”What’s your name ? 别人问你不愿公开的问题,切勿用“It’s my secret ,Don’t ask such a personal question .” 你可以说“I would rather not say .”(还是别说了吧!)。 有时候,你想说什么,可说是想不起来,你可以说“Well …”“Let me see”“Just a moment ”或“It’s on the tip of my tongue.” 交谈时,你可能会转换话题,不要只说“By the way ”,实际上,“To change the subject”“Before I forget”“While I remember”“Mind you ”都是既地道有受欢迎的表达。 用“I know ”或“I got it ”就顺耳得多,要是不懂就说“I’m not clear about it .”不过如果你会说“It’s past my understanding”或“It’s beyond me .” Amber and Ethabella arrive for work on Monday morning.
