It constrains the Chinese development. 1. 实行计划生育，有利于劳动就业，可以使每年进入劳动适龄人口减少。 First, one child policy, be helpful for employment. it can cut down the number of labors. 2. 有利于提高人口质量，家庭会把更多的时间精力用于一个孩子教育、培养 Secondly, it improve population quality, families can use more time and money for a child education. 3. 有利于资源环境的保护，减少人口，减少资源的消耗量，减少对环境带来的污染破坏。 Third, it makes for the protection of the environment resources, it will reduce the consumption of resources, reduce the environment pollution caused by so many people. 4. 而且，人口众多带来了交通拥挤、医疗条件差，社会福利资源不足，教育不公，房价上涨等严重的社会问题 And a large population bring many serious social problem such as the heavy traffic, bad medical condition, less social welfare resources, education injustice, the rising of house prices .
