To do list list of administrative powers and responsibilities 用法:上方加水1000克，煎数沸，取汤汁候温灌服，每日一剂。如病犬呕吐过于剧烈，可在灌服前2小时左右先注射胃复安注射液;如病犬脱水严重，应辅以输液治疗。 方解:犬细小病毒性肠炎从症状上看，是由热毒积于胃肠，侵扰血分所致。方中白头翁可清血分水热，止血痢;郁金破瘀行气，解胃肠瘀热;此两味药为主药。黄连、黄柏清热燥湿为辅经;乌梅、诃子养血敛阴，防虚脱，为佐药。此方有清热、破瘀、止痢、敛阴之功效，极适合犬细小病毒性肠炎的治疗。 疗效:用此方为15个养犬户的18例病犬进行治疗，愈治15例，大多灌服3-5 剂痊愈。 第五种方法 治疗原则:本病尚无特效疗法。但是犬感染后，只要不引起急性死亡，经5,7天即可产生一定滴度的抗体，因此采取维持疗法，及时纠正水、电解质失衡和防治继发性感染，有望使本病得以康复。本病的治疗原则是应用抗体，抗菌抗病毒，消炎止血止吐;清理胃肠，调解胃肠功能，对症治疗。 1.免疫接种。国内生产的犬细小病毒病灭活疫苗都与其他疫苗联合使用。使用犬五联弱毒疫苗时，对 30,90日龄的犬应注射3次，90日龄以上的犬注射两次即可，每次间隔为2,4周。每次注射1个剂量(2毫升)，以后每半年加强免疫1次。使用犬肝炎、肠炎二联苗时，对30-90日龄犬应免疫3次，90日龄以上的犬免疫两次，每次间隔为2, 4周，每次注射1毫升。 2.早期治疗:,正确使用抗犬细小病毒高免血清合理配合维持疗法的，治愈率高达94%左右。早期、大剂量、静注高免血清，比中后期皮下或肌注效果好，治愈率高。其用量为:高免血清用量依犬的经济价值、体重和病情而定，用量 ,24ml/次，24小时最好重复使用1次，连续2,3次。对于肠炎型病例，因脱水失盐过多，及时适量补液显一般为6 得十分重要。为了防止继发感染，应按时注射抗生素。(也有用免疫球蛋白，二联王，强力犬康等特异性疗法进行治疗，临床应用越早治疗效果越好)在应用高免血清的同时，进行强心、补液、抗菌、消炎、抗休克和加强护理等措施下，可提高治愈率。但不要长时间使用，以防肠道正常菌群失调，反而延缓肠道消化功能的恢复。酌情使用免疫功能增强剂，如左旋咪唑、转移因子、人血丙种球蛋白等，据观察早期应用似有一定的辅助治疗效果。 3.对症治疗 (1)补液病犬常因拉稀、脱水而死，因此补液是治疗本病的主要措施，早期一般都需4,5天静脉补液。用等渗的葡萄糖盐水加入5,碳酸氢钠注射液给予静脉注射。可根据脱水的程度决定补液量的多少。病初期，以补盐为主，补糖为辅，以2份林格氏液或生理盐水和1份5%葡萄糖溶液，并酌加维生素C、葡萄糖酸钙和能量合剂为宜。中、后期，由于患犬顽固性拒食、呕吐、腹泻，以及由皮肤、呼吸道和泌尿道不断地丧失水分，则发展成为混合性脱水。补液时以4份5%糖盐水和1份6%右旋糖酐，并加入适量的氯化钾、葡萄糖酸钙、地塞米松、三磷酸腺苷和维生素C为宜。恢复期，因组织细胞处于“饥饿”状态，机体出现低血糖症，故多用高糖、维生素C、氯化钾，并佐以肝泰乐、肌苷和维生素B12，则有助于肝功能的恢复和红细胞生成与释放。补液量依患犬脱水程度而定。体重减轻6%、8%、10%以上，分别为轻、中、重度脱水，补液量分别按每公斤体重30ml、50ml、70ml给予为宜，1,2次/天。在补液中或补液后，患犬精神好转、心律减慢、出现排尿是补足的表现，不见排尿是没有补够的指征，可酌情加大输液量，并肌注654-2注射液1,3ml，以扩张微循环，缓解毛细血管床内的缺血缺氧状态。输液中要严格控制输液量和输液速度，注意心脏的功能状况，否则易造成治疗失败。当病犬表现严重呕吐、腹泻时需纠正脱水、电解质紊乱和酸碱平衡，可静注乳酸林格氏液50,500毫升，25%葡萄糖液5,40毫升，盐酸山莨菪碱注射液0。3,1毫升，2次/日。 (2)消炎防治继发感染 常选用头孢唑啉钠，氨苄青霉素，疫敌，洁霉素，白霉素，庆大霉素等静注或肌注。在恢复期，采用诺氟沙星，环丙沙星，麦迪霉素，螺旋霉素等内服。临床应用表明，以头孢唑啉钠和诺氟沙星疗效最好。(参考用药:庆大霉素1万单位/千克体重，地塞米松0.5毫克/千克体重混合肌肉注射，或卡那霉素5万单位/千克体重加塞米松混合肌肉注射)。 rAt present, we have formed a "three-three" Park. …… Industrial Park, according to ... ... To do list list of administrative powers and responsibilities 细小治疗周期是一个星期，及时治疗的能熬过前三天基本会没事(对于那种怕遥遥无期的人来说这是个定心石，要给自己点信心～ 关于输液血管刺不中的问题:细心观察，一定要扎紧臂不然血管是不会涨起来的，多练习就能能百发百中(后肢血管比较小，在后脚背很好找，用止血橡胶管来绑前腿是没问题的绑后腿是没法看见的，要用头皮针管哪段细管(剪去针头)来绑，有,,,,左右够绑后肢的，扎紧血管很容易涨起来，要拉紧些，当然它会有点难受，然后扎尽量离关节远点，包胶布要轻不要太紧，包的时候多观察是否滴液和和肿((( 氯化钾与止血敏配伍是禁止的～药水一小时后会变红色并失去止血效果 止血敏与能量合剂不能和地塞米松配伍(想知道的自己去查去) 有个郁闷的问题:氨苄西林(青霉素的一种)和庆大配伍我听杨杨和外地的兽医说效果更好，但在配伍表查是禁止的(药效增强，之前一直未用后很多人推荐才使用的，人都不能用狗能用吗,懂的来解释下 输液的时候狗狗是很舒服的，只要慢滴基本不会乱动安稳的睡觉，后面两天是最麻烦的，一瓶要重新扎几次，好一点有点痛就乱动，有时不注意肿得都不滴了才发现( 头皮针(输液针头)最好多买点，扎三次就要换不然不尖扎了会痛，下次拿针住就乱蹭，一次性的东西质量就是保证一次性的质量(( 能喝水说明它痛苦减清了，网上说禁水禁食是硬灌((,至少三天不吃喝任何东西要做好心理准备(我的,天啊)不输液根本没法救 对与细小病后遗症我在网上查没见过，但犬瘟就有((( 得了细小可以说是终生免疫了，抗体已经产生基本不会再得第二次，不过顾及其它病还是要注射疫苗的 配伍禁忌的药一般错开时间就好了，一般半小时( 狗出现气喘急，睡住突然趴起，就要减速，这说明狗烦躁，药物反映，特别是氯化钾，直接静推会致命要，但呕吐和复泄会丢失大量的钾需要补充，缺钾会缓慢无力，呕吐拉肚子就这样我都深有体验( 配置表(按15KG的量参考)小狗最好减少剂量: 消炎，仰制酸: 氧氟沙星+西咪替丁0.2G+也可加(庆大霉素8万单位+27地塞米松4MG) 止血: 250ML5%氯化钠+13胺甲苯酸,支+38止血敏,支 酸碱平衡，补钾(必须的一天一次): 250ML5%氯化钠(或葡萄糖)+83氯化钾(一次0.5-1G)+134碳酸氢钠(一次2瓶10ML,1G)，(地塞米松4MG，庆大霉素8万单位) 注意补钾要慢滴. 能量合剂: 5%的葡萄糖250mL+Vc 0.5G+VB6 0.2G+辅酶100单位+肌苷0.1g+ATP(三磷酸腺苷)20mg 止吐: 肌肉注射爱茂尔,(,,,支与阿托品,(,,,支 巩固抗病毒(加了氨卡西林): 250ML5%氯化钠(或葡萄糖)+庆大,支+氨卡西林0.5G，氯化钠+(可加地塞米松4MG防止休克过敏和VC一支) 氯化钾的用量:多了会患高血钾，一天用量1G,小狗适减用量 碳酸氢钠(补碱纠正酸中毒)的用量:一天两瓶(1G)，如是几天没吃东西也没补过碱要加量最多一天不要超,瓶，有条件的去找,,试纸测尿的酸碱度用参照颜色获取值，小于,是偏酸性越小越酸补碱增加，,左右为中性(正常)，大于,是碱性要减少计量(可能不大) 地塞米松:作用是防休克，特别是在体质差的狗狗加入 氧氟沙星:朋友说氧氟沙星疗效并不显著，而且贵(在药店卖肯定贵，我买得便宜才,块多一瓶),但我查询到这药对胃肠道感染有疗效，我就选择了，后来医院的朋友介绍盐酸左氧氟沙星效果比氧氟沙星好((不过贵，要,元一瓶(( 还有网上说喝:昂立一号:效果也很好几十元一瓶(((贵多没用上 我懂的就这些了((希望对大家有帮助 我不是兽医，开始也缺乏实践经验，多看多了解，有问题就记录下来并查找解决，完全自己动手( 我个人建议去晚上去兽医哪，问清楚注射的药，避免重复，早上自己试，避免麻烦又可节省时间( rAt present, we have formed a "three-three" Park. …… Industrial Park, according to ... ... To do list list of administrative powers and responsibilities 第九天了～狗狗恢复很好，吃东西也很多，跑来跑去，大便还有些稀，可能肠胃还在恢复中(( 呵呵现在我把"血清"奉为灵丹了(狗狗大便有点血不吃东西就给它两瓶...第二天就没事了.. 小经历:氯化钾与止血敏(酚磺乙胺)在配伍表是可以配伍，我还配在一起过，有天没输完(针堵)留了半瓶，,个小时后瓶子里液变红(( 查资料才懂，呵呵医院也闹过这种问题，推来推去医生说是护士配错药，护士说是药剂师出错药，最后只有药剂师找出问题((这种现象输液后并无大碍，只是止血功效失效((放心了 一、第一天:刚开始狗狗食欲废绝，呕吐、拉稀，拉出来的BB有细小特有的恶臭(建议用检测板检测国产:15元，进口:25左右)，用药: 1、提高GG免疫能力:肌肉注射人用干扰素:300W单位/支，(药房买8元)没有的买兽用黄芪多糖注射液(一合15元有十只)，不同的黄芪多糖注射液浓度不一样建议按说明注射。干扰素一天一次，黄芪多糖注射液一天两次。 - 2、西米替丁或法莫替丁1支+60ML5%葡萄糖静脉注射一天一次。护胃必须要用到的可抑制胃酸分泌，有效缓解酸中毒。(建议用法莫替丁:1.7元/支药房有卖) 3、消炎防止继发感染:50ML氯化钠+1G安丙西林(小狗0.5G)+地米一支，早晚一次静脉滴注。(100ML氯化钠:1.4元/瓶 1G安丙西林/1元支 地米:0.15元/支) 4、抗病毒:有条件的用细小单克隆抗体或血清(其实个人临床感觉用处不大，而且价格昂贵30-80元，注意单抗价格不如单克隆抗体，血清注射几乎没有看到作用)我自己:用5%葡萄糖30ML+利巴伟林一支，早晚各一次静脉滴注。 5、改善微循环和止呕:6542半支+30ML5%葡萄糖，早晚各一次静脉滴注。注意:胃服安不建议使用。 6542:0.15元/支 5%葡萄糖500ML:1.8元/瓶。 6、纠正酸中毒止呕:不进食、呕吐和拉稀导致严重脱水，长期导致体内酸中毒使狗狗昏迷导致死亡，用炭酸氢纳5ML-8ML+5%葡萄糖50ML早晚各一次静脉滴注。 炭酸氢纳10ML:0.5元/支 7、补充体液:不进食、呕吐和拉稀导致严重脱水，体内纳和甲缺失而呕吐，这就是不管怎么止呕还是效果不佳的道理。用:A、复方氯化钠30ML+5%葡萄糖20ML+氨基酸30ML+VB6支+VC支+肌甘支+辅酶A瓶+止血敏支(防止出血)+ATP支一天一次静脉滴注补充能量。B、用复方氯化钠30ML+5%葡萄糖20ML+5ML氯化甲一天一次(缓慢滴住，静脉刺激大)。 VC、VB6、肌甘、ATP:0.1元/支 止血敏:0.15元/支 10ML氯化甲:0.15元/支 复方氯化钠500ML:1.8元/瓶 辅酶A瓶:1元/瓶 氨基酸18AA250ML:9.8元/瓶 rAt present, we have formed a "three-three" Park. …… Industrial Park, according to ... ... To do list list of administrative powers and responsibilities 第二天:呕吐加重、拉出番茄样BB恶臭，狗狗精神明显不如前一天，注意补充能量和纠正酸中毒。 重复第一天用药，禁止进食、进水 加用抗病毒5号+60ML氯化钠(兽药):为利巴伟林+环丙沙星注射液混合制剂/1.5元/支10ML 补充体液:A、复方氯化钠30ML+5%葡萄糖20ML+氨基酸30ML+VB6支+VC支+肌甘支+辅酶A瓶+止血敏支(防止出血)+ATP支早晚各一次静脉滴注补充能量。B、用复方氯化钠30ML+5%葡萄糖20ML+5ML氯化甲早晚各一次(缓慢滴住，静脉刺激大)。C、复方氯化钠60ML+10ML20%葡萄糖晚上加静脉滴注补充能量。 CC得犬瘟的时候是4月份，当时2个月不到，我顾虑狗狗太小，也有前车之鉴，所以没去医院，也没有打针输液，而且我对血清、单抗这些药的真假持怀疑态度，也没有用，虽然买了这些药，但是没敢用。 先把用的主要药列出来，因为时间有点久，当时没有仔细记录，可能不太详尽。 止拉:小儿庆大颗粒，云南白药，思密达(犬瘟，细小都可用) 当时CC拉的是棕色、有血丝、腥臭味稀便便，曾经出现过水状。 严重的时候用的是庆大，去药房买的小儿庆大颗粒，一次1/4或1/5包，一天三次，一天分段喂服，出血的时候喂过云南白药。症状减轻就用思密达，思密达不是抗生素，不针对细菌性拉，喂庆大以前，嚼烂一颗枣子先喂，保护胃气，用庆大后一小时，服用妈咪爱，(这个必须，时间也要记住，因为庆大杀死了肠道益生菌，必须补充) 止吐:藿香正气液，一天两次，不吐后改用清开灵口服液一天两次。 抗病毒:阿莫西林颗粒，阿奇霉素片，双黄连口服液，清热解毒口服液 前2个是抗病毒的西药，也是抗生素，是换着服用，不能同时用，阿莫西林颗粒1/4包，一天两次;阿奇霉素片1/5片，一天一次。这些都是杀呼吸道上的病毒，抗生素药剂量慎重。后两个是中成药，拉肚子效果比前2个明显，抗生素用三四天后，用后面的代替一两天。如果拉的太凶，止拉，停中成药。 消炎:头孢拉定颗粒 这个药也是以重量来看的，但是剂量慎重，也有可能出现拉肚子的情况，每6小时一次，我用的一天三次，每次1/5包。只要控制住温度就好。只要39度以下，可以不用。用抗生素和中成药都会出现拉稀的情况，只要咳嗽、黄鼻涕、呼吸急促这些犬瘟症状不除，即时一直拉都不能停药，同时止拉就是rAt present, we have formed a "three-three" Park. …… Industrial Park, according to ... ... To do list list of administrative powers and responsibilities 了，我捡了一个多月的稀巴巴，把楼下捡垃圾的婆婆都熏得不得了。 止咳平喘:川贝批把糖浆，惠非宁，小儿肺咳颗粒 川贝批把糖浆，我买过几个不同包装，只有念慈庵的比较浓，兑水喝，薄荷味不重，狗狗会自己喝。 惠非宁，味道特别怪，人都不爱喝，狗狗只能灌服 小儿肺咳颗粒，是康复期用的药，因为犬瘟好得差不多了以后，CC还在咳嗽。 个人认为，在犬瘟强烈的咳嗽反映下，这些药反映不太明显，但是川贝批把糖浆一直都在吃，润肺。 免疫:非常重要。合生元，妈咪爱，维C泡腾片 合生元，一天一包，一天2次，借用广告语“孩子少生病，麻麻少担心”，CC一直吃了2个月，现在身体很不错。 妈咪爱，一天2只2次，补充肠道益生菌 维C泡腾片，就是春晚赵本山吃那个，一次1/3片，剩下2/3片我自己吃了，和CC一起补充。 营养:CC严重，不能吃东西的时候，我买的是粉状的葡萄糖，每半小时喂服一针管，持续补充能量和水分。想当初CC严重的时候，3天没睡觉，持续给他补液。即时要吐也要灌，不然就只能去医院输液了 好点，能吃些东西了，就喂亨氏婴儿米糊。 再好一点了，CC就不吃米糊了，但是不能喂狗粮，就喂的，少许鸭肝末拌稀饭。 rAt present, we have formed a "three-three" Park. …… Industrial Park, according to ... ...
